A container has a container lid and a container lower section connectible with each other via thread ribs on the lid and the lower section, by twisting the lid and the lower section relative to each other about a screwing axis of rotation. The thread ribs on the lid and the lower section extend over a circumferential angle of 90 degrees or less. A clearance at least equal to the circumferential extension thereof is left in the circumferential direction on the lid and the lower section. At least two thread ribs on the lid and the lower section overlap each other. A complete overrun circumferentially is possible in only one of the two opposing positions when an opposing position of a thread rib in the lower section or the lid is reached during a screwed connection in the direction of the screwing axis of rotation.

The present invention relates to a tube closure assembly. The assembly includes a tube head that includes a neck and a closure liner sealing said neck, and a cap that includes a punch provided with at least one tooth. The one or more teeth are configured to peripherally cut said closure liner. The cap is configured to transition from an open flush position, in which the one or more teeth are flush with said closure liner, to a perforation position, in which the one or more teeth perforate the closure liner, then from the perforation position to an end-of-travel position allowing partial cutting of the closure liner, the transition from the perforation position to the end-of-travel position being carried out with an angular rotational range below 360°.

Bayonet connection structure between container mouth portion and cap

A bayonet connection structure between a container mouth portion and a cap is disclosed. The cap includes multiple slip prevention claws spaced apart from each other. One of the slip prevention claws is elastically displaceable in a radial direction. A rotation prevention projection is provided between the elastically-displaceable slip prevention claw and the other slip prevention claws. The mouth portion has a hollow cylindrical portion with an outer circumferential surface provided with multiple slip prevention claw (SPC) engagement portions for the slip prevention claws. The SPC engagement portions are as many as the slip prevention claws. Each of the SPC engagement portions has an end in a clockwise direction provided with a rotation prevention stopper. The mouth portion includes a rotation prevention rib to be got over by the rotation prevention projection of the cap when the cap is rotated.

A cap configured to close a container including a neck is disclosed herein. The cap includes at least one protruding element configured to cooperate with a slot situated on the neck such that the cap goes from a first position to a second position. The cap also includes at least one opening situated on an upper wall of the cap that is aligned with the at least one protruding element of the cap. The cap yet further includes a sealing element configured to impart sealing between the cap and the neck. The sealing element is radially offset relative to the protruding element.

Petri dish with single-handed lid connection and removal

A petri dish has interlock features between the lid and dish that allow single-handed engagement of the lid with the dish by rotation, so that the lid and dish may be raised by grasping only the lid without stabilization of the dish with a second hand. Disengagement is similarly single-handed.
