There is provided a lid assembly for a bottle, including a base attachable to said bottle over an mouth thereof, a main body rotatably connected to said base, a cover configured to extend over an open upper end of the main body, the cover including an opening extending therethrough, and a spout slidably held within said body and movable along a first axis between a retracted position in which the spout is located within the main body and an extended position in which the spout projects through said opening in the cover, wherein said opening in the cover is closed when the spout is in said retracted position.

A formulation dispensing device can include a cartridge receptacle to accommodate and/or secure a beverage ingredient cartridge and permit contents within the cartridge to flow into a bottle or beverage container. Additionally, a formulation dispensing device can include a drink through valve that can permit mixed contents from a beverage container to flow through the drink through valve and be consumed. For example, the formulation dispensing device can include ingredients that can be added to a range of different drinks, including sports drinks, dietary drinks, and as a critical life supporting drinks in humanitarian situations. The formulation dispensing device can also include a lid configured to pivot between open and closed positions and can seal the dispensing device which allows the beverage container to be inverted during consumption without leakage through the first aperture.

A bottle push-pull aseptic dispenser cap comprising a guide-body having a reference axis and designed to be coupled to the mouth of a bottle; the guide-body being provided with a tubular shaped inner chamber closed at the bottom, and with through openings designed to place the inner space of the bottle in communication with the inner chamber. The cap further comprises a shutter-nipple which is coupled in an axially sliding manner to the guide-body so as to translate axially inside the inner chamber along the reference axis, between a retracted position, in which the shutter-nipple closes the through openings in a fluid-tight manner, and an extracted position, in which the shutter-nipple projects cantilevered outwardly from the guide-body and disengages the through openings so as to be able to receive, from the latter, said beverage through said inner chamber.

The present invention relates to a pourer comprising a tubular body which is able to be attached to a container and a pouring spout accommodated within the tubular body and reversibly movable relative to the tubular body between a retracted position and an extracted position. The pouring spout has a pouring lip conformed to define a pouring orientation and the tubular body and the pouring spout are coupled together by coupling means that are able to guide the movement of the pouring spout relative to the tubular body between the retracted and extracted positions and prevent rotation of the pouring spout relative to the tubular body to hold the relative angular position of the pouring lip with respect to the tubular body.

A content container is provided according to one embodiment of the present invention. The content container includes: a container body accommodating content; a neck portion which is formed on the upper end of the container body and has an opening portion formed therein, the opening portion being in communication with the inside of the container body; and a discharge portion which is at least partially accommodated in the neck portion so as to seal the opening portion and has a nozzle portion for discharging the content, on the upper portion thereof. The discharge portion has at least one communication hole formed in the lower end thereof, for transferring the content in the container body to the nozzle portion. When the discharge portion is descended from a first position to a second position by the external force of a user, the communication hole is exposed to the inside of the container body so that the content in the container body can be transferred to the nozzle portion via the communication hole.

An aseptic closure assembly for a fluid container that includes a cap connectable to an opening of the fluid container and a fluid dispenser connectable to an outer surface of the housing of the cap. The fluid dispenser includes a main body and fluid lines provided within the main body, a shell housing provided around the main body, and an insert connectable to a second end of the main body. The main body includes apertures nearer the second end that are connected to the fluid lines and configured to be in fluid communication with the fluid container when the fluid dispenser is connected to the cap. The fluid dispenser is configured such that a downward directed force towards the fluid container fits the insert into the support of the cavity and disconnects the insert from the main body of the fluid dispenser to seal the fluid container.

A liquid dispenser (10) for a container of liquid, comprises a spout (12) and a liquid uptake structure (18) aligned to provide liquid to the spout from a container. The liquid uptake structure has first openings (20) radially distributed at the spout end, second openings radially distributed around the container end and a third opening centrally located at the container end. The liquid uptake structure provides an airflow path through the second openings and a principle liquid flow path separate from the airflow path through the third opening, thus separating the two flow paths and providing a smooth pour.
