Dual-Purpose Container Closure
A dual-access closure for a beverage container has a body with a flexible rim adapted to snap over an upper rim of a beverage container, a sealed, elongated enclosure attached to an underside of the body, a first access element adapted to open and close a first opening passing through the body into the sealed, elongated enclosure, a vapor-producing apparatus within the sealed, elongated enclosure and coupled to the first opening, and a second access element adapted to open and close a second opening passing through the body, outside the sealed, elongated enclosure. With the body engaged to the top of the beverage container, a user is enabled to manipulate the first access interface to draw vapor from the vapor-producing apparatus, and to manipulate the second access element to ingest a beverage from the beverage container.
Drink containers
A drink container including a liquid container having a neck with an opening and having an internal compartment sized to hold a volume of potable drink liquid and a cap assembly removably coupled to the liquid container, the cap assembly including a base removably coupled to the neck of the liquid container and including a through-passage extending through the base, a first catch structure coupled to the base, a mouthpiece assembly including a rigid collar member having second catch structure adapted to be selectively engaged with the first catch structure, and a user release mechanism adapted to automatically disengage the first and second catch structures upon actuation of the user release mechanism.
CONTAINER LID WITH STATIC CARABINER SUPPORT
A fluid container such as a water bottle includes a vessel and lid. The lid includes a carabiner support in the form of a pathway, such as a hole. At least a portion of the pathway is surrounded by a resilient material. A carabiner extending along the pathway has a friction fit against the resilient material, sufficient to hold the carabiner in different static positions, resisting forces of gravity acting on the carabiner. The lid can include different configurations with secondary openings in some embodiments. The carabiner support can be located in different locations upon the lid. The lid can also include half of a magnetic coupling pair with a second half of the magnetic coupling pair located upon the vessel, so that the lid can be attached to the vessel when not covering an opening of the vessel.
BEVERAGE CONTAINER AUTOMATED SPOUTS AND RELATED METHODS
A cap for a container, such as a water bottle, includes a spout, a state sensor, and an actuator that moves the spout between an open position and a closed position when the state sensor senses a state change for the cap. When a state change is sensed, for example when the container is tilted by a threshold amount, or when a pressure within the container has increased by a threshold amount, an actuator automatically moves the spout between an open position and a closed position. The control mechanism could also track use data, such as how many times the spout has been open/closed, or how much liquid has traveled through the spout.
LIQUID DISPENSER
A cap assembly for drinking vessels including an upper unit and a lower unit. The lower unit including a plug member coupled to a base member, wherein the lower unit is configured to receive within a mouth of the drinking vessel. The plug member can expand against the wall of the mouth for sealably engaging the cap assembly to the mouth of the drinking vessel. The upper unit can be fastened to the lower unit, wherein the upper unit is configured to cause the plug member to expand and retract. The lower unit and the upper unit having a passage for liquid. The upper unit including a flip spout member that can be flipped between an up position and a down position. In the up-position, the passage is open for the water to flow out, while the passage is blocked in the down-position.
Water sterilization cap with removable cartridge
A water sanitization cap for covering a bottle is provided. The cap may screw-fit on a conventional water bottle. The conventional water bottle may store drinking water. The cap may include a UV-C module. When activated, the UV-C module may destroy bacteria and/or viruses within the water. The cap may also include a cartridge. The cartridge may be a filter cartridge, pH modifying cartridge and/or a flavor-enhancing cartridge. The cartridge may filter out particulate matter, modify the pH and/or enhance the flavor of the water when water is being suctioned out of the bottle. The water may be suctioned out of the bottle using a foldaway straw included in the cap.
Dual-purpose container closure
A dual-access closure for a beverage container has a body having an attachment interface to engage to a top of a beverage container, a sealed, elongated enclosure attached to an underside of the body, a first access element adapted to open and close a first opening passing through the body into the sealed, elongated enclosure, a vapor-producing apparatus within the sealed, elongated enclosure and coupled to the first opening, and a second access element adapted to open and close a second opening passing through the body, outside the sealed, elongated enclosure. With the body engaged to the top of the beverage container, a user is enabled to manipulate the first access interface to draw vapor from the vapor-producing apparatus, and to manipulate the second access element to ingest a beverage from the beverage container.
DISPENSER INTEGRATED IN A CAP OF A CONTAINER FOR GRANULAR AND/OR POWDERED PRODUCTS
A dispenser (a) applicable to cap of a container (b) for granular and/or powdered products. The present dispenser (a) comprises a cylindrical body chute (10) with the required capacity, which is mounted with the possibility of relative rotation, on a virtual longitudinal (11) axis, in a cradle (2) formed on the wall of a lateral recess of the cap (b) of the container (c), being said chute provided with a projecting peripheral flap (14) acting as a manually operated turning means. The wall of the cradle (2) has an opening (3) facing the interior of the container (c) and the chute (10) has first and second openings (12-13) angularly separated. Chute (10) can run between a product loading position, with the first opening (12) facing the opening (3) of the cradle and the second opening (13) closed by the wall of the cradle, and a product discharge position, with the first opening (12) closed by the wall of the cradle (2) and the second opening (13) facing the outside of the cap.
STRAW LID ASSEMBLY
A straw lid valve assembly includes a cap, a spout, and a valve member. The cap connects with a drinking vessel and includes valve receiving passage. The spout connects with the cap and pivots between a drinking position and a closed position. The spout includes an inner passage that is in fluid communication with the drinking vessel when in the drinking position and is closed off when in the closed position. The valve member is receivable in the cap and includes a drink passage and a vent passage in fluid communication with the drinking vessel when the cap is connected with the drinking vessel and the valve member is received in the cap. The valve member is receivable in the valve receiving passage such that an uppermost surface of the valve member is exposed to ambient when the spout is in the drinking position and the valve member is received in the cap.
Drink bottles
Drink bottles, or drink containers with cap assemblies that include a drink spout. The drink spout is pivotally coupled to a base of the cap assembly and includes a mouthpiece.
