CLOSURE
A single-piece flip-top dispensing closure (10) is provided. The closure comprises a base (15) and a lid (20) joined by a hinge (25). The base is attachable to a container neck and includes an integral spout (45). A tamper-evident member is frangibly connected to the lid. The tamper-evident member includes a hook (85). The base is provided with a raised crossbar (550) under which the hook engages with the closure in an initially closed condition. When the lid is initially opened the interaction between the crossbar and the hook causes the tamper-evident member to release from the lid.
TAMPER-PROOF CONTAINER
The present invention relates to a tamper-proof container comprising a container, a cap, and a tamper evidence mechanism, including a female component, a male component, and a locking member. The container to hold contents includes a top portion, a bottom portion, and a wall portion with a cap attached to the top portion of the container. The cap includes an inner portion with orifice and a lid pivotally connected to the inner portion via a hinge for opening and closing the tamper-proof container. The cap further includes a sloped portion at its front region which has a smooth surface for applying the contents directly to the desired area. After contents is filled in the container, the lid is closed for the first time, and the tamper evidence mechanism is secured by locking the male component in the corresponding female component with the locking member provided over the male component.
APPARATUS FOR COLLECTING AND STORING FLUID SAMPLES FROM VEHICLES AND MACHINERY
An apparatus for collecting and storing fluid samples from vehicles and machinery comprises a storage container having a fluid inlet sealed by a cap, the cap having an aperture releasably sealed by a lid. An adapter connects the cap releasably to a fluid outlet coupling port of a fluid sampling device. The adapter comprises a lumen, having an inlet and an outlet aperture, an external screw thread engageable with an internal screw thread of the coupling port and a connector assembly for connecting the adapter releasably to the cap. A penetrable diaphragm provides an airtight seal over a storage region of the storage container. When the adapter is connected to the coupling port and the cap is connected to the adapter, a fluid outlet tube extending from the coupling port extends through the aperture and protrudes through one or more perforations provided in the penetrable diaphragm into the storage region.
Anti-pollution Bottle Cap
The disclosure provides an anti-pollution bottle cap comprising a cap body, a liquid drainage one-way valve and an air intake one-way valve. A liquid drainage hole and an air intake hole are disposed in the cap body and both communicated with an inside of the cap body. The liquid drainage one-way valve is disposed in a space enclosed by the cap body. The liquid drainage hole is blocked by the liquid drainage one-way valve in one way so as to be opened during toppling operation. The air intake one-way valve is disposed in the space enclosed by the cap body. The air intake hole is blocked by the air intake one-way valve in one way so as to be closed during toppling operation. In application, the anti-pollution bottle cap will be installed on a bottle for matched use, so that a user can normally drain liquid through the liquid drainage hole only by squeezing the bottle. When use is stopped, through blockage of the liquid drainage one-way valve to the liquid drainage hole, adherends on the body surface of the user are prevented from entering the bottle, contents will not be polluted, and the problem that an existing bottle cap is likely to pollute contents is practically solved.
OVERMOLDED SEAL MEMBER
A seal member is provided that may prevent fluids from leaking from a drinking bottle, such as a reusable water bottle. The seal member may be overmolded into a lid of the bottle such that the seal chemically and mechanically bonds to the lid. Overmolding the seal member eliminates gaps that could form between the seal and the lid, thus enhancing the cleanability of the seal member and the lid.
Sprinkler with Tamper Evident Feature
A sprinkler assembly for a flowable product container includes a sprinkler base and a sprinkler disk rotatably coupled to the sprinkler base. The sprinkler base includes a tongue defined in a base plate by a shear area and a tongue hinge, with the tongue extending upward when the shear area is unbroken, and partially detached and rotatable to an open position when force is applied to break the shear area. The sprinkler disk has a pour aperture with a complimentary shape to the tongue so that the tongue extends through the pour aperture to prevent rotation of the sprinkler disk when the shear area is unbroken and not tampered with, and rotates downward when the shear area is broken to allow the rotation of the sprinkler disk. The sprinkler assembly may be fabricated from materials such as polyethylene and polyurethane.
PUSH TYPE CUP LID AND CUP
The present invention provides a push type cup lid, which has a lid body, provided with a water outlet; a flip-top lid for covering the water outlet, the flip-top lid being rotatably connected with the lid body; a sealing assembly for plugging the water outlet, the sealing assembly being movably connected with the lid body; and a button arranged on the lid body in a pressed manner, both the sealing assembly and the flip-top lid being in linked connection with the button. The present invention has the beneficial effects that according to the cup lid, the water outlet is plugged by the sealing assembly and the water outlet is further covered by the flip-top lid, so that the reliability of the cup lid which is closed is ensured; when it is opened, the sealing assembly and the flip-top lid can be opened simultaneously by pressing the button.
Multipurpose Lid and Container
An article of manufacture for providing a multi-purpose lid and container according to the present invention includes a hollow container having an open end and an inside cavity and a multi-purpose lid for coupling to the open end of the hollow container to enclose the inside cavity. The multi-purpose lid includes a lid frame configured to match the open end of the hollow container, a filtered lid having a first open and a first closed position and a plurality of filter holes through its surface, an outer lid having a second open and a second closed position and a solid surface and positioned to cover the filtered lid when the filtered lid is in the first closed position and the outer lid is in the second closed position, and a hinge coupled between the lid frame and both the filtered lid and the outer lid, the hinge permits the filtered lid to move between the first open and the first closed position and the outer lid to move between the second open and the second closed position.

Dispensing lid
A dispensing lid includes a port through the lid, a slider in sliding engagement with the lid, and a detent on the slider. The slider is selectively movable between a closed position that closes the port, an open position that opens the port, and removal from the lid. The detent includes a wall extending from the slider, a lever attached to the slider at a pivot, a pawl extending from the lever, and a catch extending from the pawl. The lever is in an orientation opposing the wall with a gap between the lever and the wall. The catch engages a first stop in the lid when the slider is in the closed position with the lever released, engages a second stop in the lid when the slider is in the open position with the lever released, and does not engage the lid when the slider is removed.
