HANDLE OPERATED HYDRATION SIPPER LID
Various examples are provided for a container cap with a handle-operated sipper. In some examples, among others, the container cap can include a lid bottom, a sipper coupled to the lid bottom, and a connecting bar coupled to the sipper. The container cap can include a handle for receiving a force and mechanically transmitting the force to the connecting bar. The connecting bar can rotate the sipper to an open position or a closed position when the handle mechanically transmits the force.
Discharge-type cap and bottle having the same
A discharge-type cap includes an outer housing detachably coupled to an inner surface of an upper opening of a container, a button portion hinged to an upper portion of the outer housing, and a tube having one end located in a lower portion of the outer housing and the other end located on a side of the button portion. The button portion includes an upper tube insertion hole which has a lower surface and a side surface communicating to each other and into which the tube is inserted, and the outer housing includes a lower tube insertion hole having a central portion into which the tube is inserted and inclined in a direction in which the other end of the tube is located.
Pressure equilibrating squeeze dispenser
A bag-in-bottle type of a squeeze dispenser comprising a housing, a cap, a flexible bag for containing fluid, and means to equilibrate atmospheric air pressure with air pressure inside the housing is disclosed. Said means include a closable air channel. The closable air channel, and the cap, may each be in an open or a closed position. When the cap is in an open position, the closable air channel is in a closed position, thus substantially locking the air inside the housing in place and allowing for fluid to be dispensed from the flexible bag upon application of pressing force on the sidewalls of the housing. When the cap is in a closed position, the closable air channel is in an open position, allowing for a flow of atmospheric air into, and out of, the dispenser housing and thereby equilibrating the air pressure inside the housing with air pressure of the atmospheric air.
Packaging with an aroma detection feature
A package with an aroma detection feature. The package is an air tight container that includes a primary passageway container aperture and a secondary container aperture. The primary container aperture is a standard closure device for allowing a person to have access to the material stored within the container. The secondary aperture includes an air tight closure that can be opened by a user to have access to the aroma of the material contained within the container and then closed again in an air tight manner. The secondary container aperture includes a push button that when pushed by a user allows access to the aroma of the material contained in the container and when the button is released the secondary aperture returns to an air tight closed position.
CONTAINER LID WITH ROTATABLE SIPPER AND FLEXIBLE HANDLE
A container lid can include: a body having an opening formed therethrough; a sipping member rotatably coupled to the body, a passageway formed through an interior of the sipping member so as to extend from a proximal end of the sipping member to a distal end of the sipping member, the sipping member configured to rotate between a stowed position in which the passageway and the opening are misaligned, such that the opening is sealed, and a released position in which the passageway and the opening are aligned; and a flexible handle connected at a first end to the sipping member and rotatably coupled at a second end to the body via a pivot pin. The handle can be configured such that a substantially downward force exerted on the handle causes rotation of the sipping member toward the released position.
Closure
A dispensing closure (10) comprising an actuator disc (20) and a base (15) is provided. The disc is pivotally mounted on the base and is pivotable between a closed position which prevents fluid product dispensing and an open position which allows product fluid dispensing. The closure comprises a transport lock (24) for preventing the disc moving from the closed to the open position.
Closure
A pivotable disc closure actuator, a closure including the actuator and the closure combined with a bottle or other container. The actuator includes a closing surface which includes a product dispensing opening at a front thereof, at least two pivots on the closing surface, an extension panel extending from a peripheral wall of the closing surface and having a locking and an unlocking position, the pivots being intermediate the product opening and the extension panel, and the extension panel having a latch member extending inwardly toward the closing surface when the extension panel is in the locked position. The closure may include a closure base which may in turn include a cutout or opening in its outer wall. In its locked position the extension panel may rest on a surface of the cut out or outer wall to prevent the actuator from rotating from its closed position to an open position.
Dispensing closure
A closure for a container having an opening for dispensing fluids contained therein. The closure includes a cap and a pivotable top component moveable between a closed and two opened positions. A pair of dispensing openings are in fluid communication with the associated container. A second dispensing opening and its associated channel has a larger cross section, perpendicular to a flow direction, than a first dispensing opening and its associated channel.
WATER STERILIZATION CAP WITH REMOVABLE PARTICULATE FILTER AND/OR HYDRATION METER
A water sanitization cap for covering a bottle includes a barrel, a shell, and a waterproof compartment. The shell surrounds at least a portion of the barrel and includes an outer surface and an inner surface. The waterproof compartment is formed within the interior of the barrel. The waterproof compartment includes one wall formed at least in part from a transparent material, one or more light emitting diodes (“LEDS”), a sensor, and a filter cage. The LEDS are fixed within the waterproof compartment and oriented to shine light through the transparent material. The sensor includes an activation button. The sensor is configured to sense when the cap is in the installed position and supplies voltage to the activation button. The activation button is activated by a user in the installed position to supply voltage to the LEDS to emit light. The filter cage is operable to contain a filter.
