A closure assembly for a container filled or fillable with a pourable product, the closure assembly comprising: a collar including an outer threaded portion; a lid including inner threaded portion, wherein the inner threaded portion and the outer threaded portion are configured to allow for fastening the lid to the collar by rotating the lid relative to the collar in a first rotation direction and for loosening the lid from the collar by rotating the lid relative to the collar in a second rotation direction; a ring member; a cutting device; a control device configured to control the cutting device; one or more coupling elements, each having a first end connected to the lid and a second end connected to the ring member, wherein the first end is positioned downstream of the second end along the second rotation direction.
Closure assembly for a container and container having a closure assembly
A closure assembly for a container filled or fillable with a pourable product comprising at least a lid having a first rim, a ring member having a second rim facing the first rim and one or more coupling elements, each one being connected to the first rim and to the second rim. Each coupling element comprises at least one respective intermediate portion, one respective first curved portion connected to the first rim and the intermediate portion and one respective second curved portion connected to the second rim and the intermediate portion. The intermediate portion is inclined with respect to the first rim and/or the second rim.
Fluid sample container cap
A sample container cap (or cap) is configured to be used with a sample container for collecting fluids. The cap has (1) a bottom portion having a bottom cavity configured to retain a sample container, a bottom opening configured to permit fluid to pass therethrough and into the sample container, and (2) a top portion connected to the bottom portion, wherein the top portion includes a top opening configured to permit fluid to pass therethrough. The sample container cap has at least a (1) a first position in which the top opening and bottom opening are not aligned and the cap is configured so that fluid cannot pass therethrough, and (2) a second position in which the top opening and bottom opening are aligned and the cap is configured so that fluid can pass therethrough and into the sample container.
