Container and closure assembly with predetermined humidity and related method
A container assembly configured to maintain a predetermined humidity for storing a product therein. The container assembly includes a container having a body with a body wall and a mouth opening into a storage cavity and a cap having a top wall. The cap is selectively mountable over the mouth of the container to substantially enclose the storage cavity in a mounted configuration. A sidewall extends substantially perpendicularly from one of the body wall and the top wall. The sidewall defines an opening and a compartment and has an opening edge adjacent the opening. A moisture control material is positioned within the compartment. A sealing membrane has a peripheral portion. The peripheral portion is secured to the sidewall proximate the opening edge. The sealing membrane is configured to allow moisture flow therethrough to maintain the predetermined humidity in the storage cavity.
CHILD RESISTANT PACKAGING
A child-resistant packaging is provided for storing and securing pharmaceuticals, drugs, nutraceutical products, medications, cannabis products and other hazardous materials which are vulnerable to access by the children. The packaging comprises a container, a cap and a depressor to lock the cap with the container or unlock the cap from the container. The container comprises a fixed circumferential ring along an elongated hollow neck having relief cut-outs and hinges to provide depression for a plurality of container lugs. The cap comprises an elongated hollow neck having a plurality of cap lugs towards its open end. The depressor is forced the container lugs inwards in the body of the container and the cap lugs are locked with the container lugs.
CONTAINER AND CAP HAVING TAMPER-EVIDENT MEMBER
A container includes a container body with a projection and a cap with a cover member, an inner member, and an outer member. The inner member is threadably engaged to the neck of the container body and is supported for movement between a first threaded position and a second threaded position relative to the container body. The outer member depends from the cover member and extends at least partly about the inner member and an axis. The outer member includes a tamper-evident member that includes an abutment member configured to engage with the projection to limit movement of the cap from the first threaded position to the second threaded position. Also, the tamper-evident member is permanently deformable to disengage the projection and allow movement of the cap from the first threaded position to the second threaded position.
CHILD-RESISTANT CONTAINER HAVING CAP RETAINER FEATURES
A container body has a neck defining an opening with an axis. The neck includes a projection that projects radially away from the axis. A cap includes a wall that defines at least part of an exterior of the cap. The wall includes an aperture extending therethrough. The cap is removably attached to the neck and supported for movement on the neck between a first position and a second position. The wall is resiliently flexible for radial movement between a retained position and an unretained position with respect to the neck. In the retained position the projection retains the cap in the first position. The wall, in the unretained position, allows movement of the cap from the first position toward the second position.
Container systems with a squeeze-and-turn closure
Container systems that include a squeeze-and-turn closure. Closure systems that include a squeeze-and-turn closure. Methods related to such systems.
Container assembly with child resistant closure
In one embodiment there is provided a container assembly configured to hold a substance and including a container and closure configured to thread together. The container having a single continuous channel around an exterior region of its sidewall. The assembly further having a sleeve positioned around the secured closure and container and having a sleeve wall extending from an opened bottom end to an opened top end. The sleeve further further having at least one flange extending internally and fitting into the channel on the container, such that the sleeve freely rotates around the closure. The sleeve is thus configured to freely rotate to prevent a user from removing the closure from the container until pressure is applied downwardly on the top of the closure and applied upwardly on the bottom of the container while twisting in opposite directions.
Cap Assembly and Bottle Assembly
The present application provides a cap assembly and a bottle assembly. The cap assembly includes a cap, an inner cylinder assembly, an elastic member and a blocking member. The cap includes a cap top and a cap side portion. The cap side portion is formed by extending downwardly from an outer edge of the cap top, and the cap top and the cap side portion define a cap cavity. The inner cylinder assembly is connected to the cap top, is arranged in the cap cavity, and forms an annular receiving portion with the cap side portion. The elastic member is arranged in the receiving portion. The blocking member is arranged in the receiving portion below the elastic member. The cap is provided with at least one locking portion for preventing the elastic member and the blocking member from falling from the receiving portion. The cap assembly has a lower height, and gas in a bottle body cavity can be exhausted from the bottle through an exhaust passage during opening of the bottle assembly according to the present application, especially when in an exhaust state.
System for push and turn child safety container with finger grips
Provided is a system a push and turn child safety container with finger indents. The child safety container has an outer body having a first circular element bounded by a first circumferential wall extending normally away from the first circular element for a first distance, the distal end of the first outer wall having a retainer with an inner body having a second circular element bounded by a second circumferential wall extending normally away from the second circular element a second distance less than the first distance with an inner surface of the second circumferential wall having a first screw thread, the inner body nested with in the outer body and retained by the retainer. The screw element characterized by a circular first element having an outer circumferential wall having a plurality of indents structured and arranged to receive a user's finger, each of the plurality of indents providing an abutment surface to receive a substantial portion of a user's fingertip, the circumferential wall sections between the indents being substantially smooth; and a threaded circular wall extending normally from a circular first element below the indents, the threaded collar structured and arranged to be disposed within the inner body and engage the first threads of the inner surface of the second circumferential wall to temporarily bind the screw element with the inner body, the threaded collar defining at least a portion of a storage space for the safety container.
