ERGONOMIC CAP FOR FILTRATION
A filtration container lid configured to receive a force to filter a fluid in a filtration container assembly comprising a filtration container assembly attachment, a side wall, a top wall having a first concave surface, a cap-mounting portion having two second concave surfaces, and a cap.
DISPENSING SYSTEM
The present invention provides a dispensing system comprising a self-gassing liquid to be dispensed and a dispenser for dispensing the self-gassing liquid, the dispenser including: a valve housing having an inlet for receiving the liquid and an outlet through which the liquid is to be dispensed; a valve chamber and/or passage extending between the inlet and the outlet, and a valve arranged to open and close the valve chamber and/or passage; pressure maintaining means arranged to maintain the pressure of liquid at the inlet to the valve housing at a constant pressure during successive dispensing operations; and control means for controlling the opening and closing of the valve, the control means being arranged to open and close the valve to commence and terminate each successive dispensing operation, wherein the period for which the valve is open determines the quantity of liquid dispensed. The dispensing system may permit very small quantities of liquid to be dispensed with great accuracy and avoid the liquid being subjected to high shear forces. The system is particularly beneficial for the dispensing of peracetic acid.
CONTAINER
A container for self-gassing liquids, the container comprising a receptacle and an insert arranged to seat within a neck of the receptacle, the insert being further arranged to engage and seal directly or indirectly with a connector extending across the neck of the receptacle. The insert defines a void defined by a base portion of the insert and a peripheral side wall of the insert extending within the neck of the receptacle, the insert comprising a hole in the base portion. The container further comprises a dip tube extending from a lower surface of the base portion to, or towards, the bottom of the receptacle. The dip tube defines a passageway through the base portion, or is connected and sealed to the lower side of a passageway through the insert, the passageway terminating in said void such that the hole and the passageway are in fluid communication with each other through the void. Self-gassing liquids may be safely stored and transported in the container without risk of over-pressurisation of the internal volume of the container, which may also be quickly and easily installed into a dispensing device by the end user, requiring minimal handling by the user.
FILTER CAP ASSEMBLY INCLUDING PROTECTIVE BAFFLE AND METHOD OF USE
A filter baffle assembly, including a filter cap engageable to a mouth of a container, the filter cap including a filter vent operatively attached to a liner situated within an inner space of the filter cap, and a gas permeable baffle disposed between a mouth of the container and the filter vent, covering the filter vent, the baffle including a single perforation to permit gas exchange between an interior of the container and the filter vent, and to protect the filter vent from contact with contents housed in the interior of the container. A gas permeable point baffle for protecting a filter vent from contact with the contents of a container, including a single perforation, the point baffle being welded to a liner and covering a filter vent operatively attached to the liner, housed within a cap engageable to the mouth of the container. A method for protecting a filter vent from the contents of a container.
CONTAINER WITH GAS AND/OR LIQUID PERMEABLE MEMBRANE
A food storage container is provided that may be used to increase shelf life of produce stored therein. The food storage container is preferably used to contain produce that is often not refrigerated, and thus subject to increased humidity levels when stored inside a sealed container. The container preferably includes each of a container portion and a lid member and a container portion, wherein the lid member may be attached and removed to the container portion. The lid member may include upper and lower lid members that are also selectively engageable with one another. A water vapor permeable membrane layer is preferably secured between the upper and lower lid members to help control humidity levels within the container portion. In some embodiments, a gas permeable membrane layer may be present between the upper and lower lid members for controlling gas flow into and out of the container portion as well.
Cover for liquid container of spray gun
The invention relates to a plastic injection molded cover for a liquid container for a spray gun. The cover includes an elongated tapered filter arranged in a connecting spout and including a filter frame which a integrally provided in one piece with the cover and into which a filter medium is embedded. The covers are stackable, wherein the filters are inserted into each other and can be longer than a distance of stacked covers.
CONTAINER FILTRATION SYSTEMS
Storage containers and lids for such containers are provided. The lid has a first lid face and a second lid face. The second lid face has a rim configured to attach the lid to a storage bin. On the first lid face and extending to the second lid face is a plurality of apertures to provide airflow through the lid. A seal material extends from the second lid face that is configured to make the airflow path selectively sealable at a continuous wall and closed surface of a corresponding storage bin.
Build material container
A build material container for use in 3D printing includes a reservoir to hold build material and a build material outlet structure. The container also includes a throughput structure to allow air to enter into the reservoir through the throughput opening, wherein said throughput opening provides access to build material in and out of the reservoir.
RADIOACTIVE STORAGE CONTAINER
A container includes a two-piece lid, a base, and an O-ring. The two-piece lid includes a plate and a connector including a first leg with internal threads and a second leg. The base defines a cavity with an open end and a closed end and includes a collar with external threads. The O-ring is configured to form a seal between the two-piece lid and the base. The internal threads on the first leg of the connector engage the external threads of the collar responsive to rotation of the two-piece lid relative to the base. The second leg of the connector drives the plate towards the base responsive to the internal threads on the first leg of the connector engaging the external threads of the collar. The O-ring forms the seal as the internal threads on the first leg of the connector engage the external threads of the collar
Splash guard for vented containers
The present disclosure provides a splash guard to minimize potential contact between the chemical product and a vent membrane during transport and/or transfer of containers, thereby resulting in preservation of the integrity of a vent membrane during transport and/or transfer of a chemical product. The splash guard is affixed to the fitment and so can be removed from the interior of the container prior to transfer of the chemical product out of the container. The splash guard may be used with fitments of varied shapes, sizes and/or structures, and with containers of varied shapes, sizes and/or structures. The splash guard is easy and inexpensive to manufacture and easy to install, e.g., by snapping onto a ring (lower perimeter) of a fitment. For example, the splash guard covers the entire circumference of the neck of a container, and is formed of a moldable material that provides rigidity.
