CONTAINER INTENDED FOR VACUUM-STORAGE OF FOODS, COVER, ASSEMBLY COMPRISING THE CONTAINER AND THE COVER AND SYSTEM FOR VACUUM-PACKING FOODS
A container intended for vacuum-storage of foods, including a tube for passing air, which is open at the two ends thereof; a cover for closing the container, the cover including means for connecting with the tube of the container, a channel for passing air extending between a first opening defined by the connection means and a second opening, a member for closing a channel, such as a valve, and a mechanism for opening an air passage between the first opening and another opening, such as the second opening.
PARTITION STRUCTURE OF INTERNAL SPACE OF FOOD STORAGE CONTAINER
A partition structure of an internal space of a food storage container includes: a container body having a bottom part and lateral parts surrounding a periphery of the bottom part, wherein a transversal inner edge is formed between the lateral parts, and a longitudinal inner edge is formed between the bottom part and each lateral part; and a partition component, disposed in the container body and composed of plural plate units, each plate unit has a partition plate part and an abutting part, and at least one alignment part having a curvature is extended from each abutting part; wherein a curvature defined by the transversal inner edge being extended from each lateral part and a curvature defined by the longitudinal inner edge being extended from the bottom part to each lateral part are substantially the same as the curvature of the alignment part.
End closure with venting
An easy-opening end closure that may also be reclosed, suitable for joining to a container. A cover panel is bonded around its perimeter to an end panel with a rotatable lever interposed between them. To open the closure, a user applies force to the rotating lever to move it axially around an attachment point and thereby progressively debonding a substantial portion of the bond perimeter. The closure incorporates means for equilibrating pressure in the internal headspace of the container with the outside ambient for improved pouring.
LID ASSEMBLY FOR A CONTAINER
Provided is a lid assembly for a container. The lid assembly includes a lid formed of a first material and a seal formed of a second material and being integrally formed with the lid. The lid can be attached to the container such that a radially outwardly extending flexible lip of the seal compresses against an inner surface of the container to seal the lid assembly to the container.
Closure debonding system
An easy-opening end closure that may also be reclosed, suitable for joining to a container. A cover panel is bonded around its perimeter to an end panel with a rotatable lever interposed between them. To open the closure, a user applies force to the rotating lever to move it axially around an attachment point thereby engaging integrated mechanisms to progressively debond segments of the perimeter seal.
Internal vent handle cover arrangement; and methods
Aspects and techniques of the present disclosure relate to an internal cover/vent handle arrangement, in association with a container, such as a 5 gallon bucket with a slanted sidewall for evacuating air volume above stored material. The disclosure relates to a squeeze-actuated vent valve arrangement arranged and configured to be easily operated even while deeply recessed in the bucket. The disclosure also relates to a deflectable outer seal arrangement configured to seal against a slanted sidewall of a bucket.
Lid for containers under vacuum
A closure includes an overcap having an annular skirt, and an annular wall extending inwardly from the skirt. A lid is carried by the overcap radially within the annular skirt, and includes a hub, and an annular margin extending radially outwardly with respect to the hub, and having upper and lower surfaces. An annular container seal extends circumferentially continuously around the annular margin. One or more vents may extend through the annular margin between the upper and lower surfaces thereof at one or more discrete circumferential locations radially inward with respect to the container seal. One or more vent seals may be disposed at the one or more vents between the lid and the overcap.
APPARATUS FOR INTRODUCING AN ADDITIVE TO A CARBONATED LIQUID
A closure device for firing an additive into a carbonated beverage bottle with a neck comprises a cap member and a housing. The cap member includes a pressurised tank containing the additive and a propellant and has a bottom aperture. The housing engages with the neck and includes a plug member which engages with the bottom aperture. The cap member can be lifted relative to the housing from a first armed or closed position in which the plug member closes the bottom aperture to a second firing position in which the plug member provides a communication path from the tank through a nozzle in the plug member.
Can comprising a first, dispense opening and second, vent opening and a single pull tab
A can for containing a liquid having a top end is disclosed. The top end has a dispense area defined by a first score line and a pull tab coupled to the top end by a rivet. The pull tab has a puncturing end for breaking the first score line and pushing into the interior of the can without detaching the dispense area to open a dispense aperture. A vent area is defined by a second score line and positioned on the opposite side of the rivet. The first and second score lines are separated by at least one torsion stripe of the can top material for acting as a hinge by torsion upon lifting the actuating end of the pull tab. As the dispense aperture is opened by pushing the dispense area into the interior of the can, a vent aperture is opened by pulling the vent area outwards.
