CAP WITH A CUTTING ELEMENT
A cap arranged to interact with a spout has a top portion, a sidewall portion depending from the top portion and formed in one piece therewith. The sidewall portion has an interior threading arranged to interact with exterior threading of the neck during an opening operation and during a closing operation. The cap further has a tamper evidence, which is removably attached to the sidewall portion having cutting elements with a first end hingedly attached to the sidewall portion and a free end portion arranged to interact with a membrane portion of the spout. The hinged attachment allows for the cutting element to pivot in an axial direction. Further, the free end portion has a blunt tip and a comparatively sharper cutting edge on a lateral side of the free end portion.
SEALING CONTAINER
A sealing container is designed to enable a user to adjust the timing of discharging the contents. The sealing container includes: a bag-shaped member for accommodating the contents therein, a sealing film for sealing the bag-shaped member, an opening means so configured that at least a part of which is movable toward the sealing film and is capable of opening the sealing film, an operation unit for performing an operation of moving the opening means, and a discharge means configured to be capable of discharging the contents from the bag-shaped member at a timing different from a timing at which the opening means penetrates the sealing film by operating the operation unit. It is possible for the user to perform only the operation of opening the sealing film by operating the operation unit, so that the user is able to arbitrarily adjust the timing at which the content is discharged from the bag-shaped member of the sealing container.

Sealing membrane with pull-tab
The invention concerns a sealing membrane (2) for a container (5), said membrane (2) having an edge region (4) intended to be secured around an opening (5a) of the container (5) such as to form a sealing of the container (5), the membrane (2) comprising a pull-tab (1) extending from a portion of the edge region (4) such as to facilitate simplified release of the membrane (2). The invention is characterized in 12 that the pull-tab (1) comprises a stiffening structure (7) arranged in a pattern that defines an intended folding line (3) extending across the pull-tab (1). The invention also concerns a container arrangement (8) comprising a container (5) with an opening (5a) and, at least partly secured to the container (5) around the opening (5a), a sealing membrane (2) of the above type. The invention also concerns a method of manufacturing a sealing membrane (2) of the above type, wherein the method comprises the step of embossing, corrugation, creasing, folding and/or heat shaping the stiffening structure (7).
PIERCING CAP AND PIERCER
The present application relates to a system for dispensing fluid. The system includes a flexible container including a spout that is in fluid communication with an interior region of the container. The system includes a cap configured to be mounted to the spout. The cap includes an opening that leads to a membrane and a first retention mechanism located in the opening. The system includes a piercing tube having a first end configured to puncture the membrane and a second end configured to be connected to a dispensing tube. The piercing tube includes a seal bead and a second retention mechanism. The piercing tube is inserted into the opening of the cap such that the first end punctures the membrane, the first and second retention mechanisms engage each other to retain the piercing tube in the cap, and the seal bead sealingly engages the cap.
