RECEPTACLE SYSTEM WITH LID ASSEMBLY
The present invention is generally directed toward receptacle systems and methods of using the same. In one embodiment, the receptacle system includes a cup and a lid assembly. The lid assembly is configured to allow for removal of consumable items such as, but not limited to, fruit, nuts and seafood, while further providing a holding chamber for disposable items such as, but not limited to pits, shells and seeds that are left over from the consumable items. The cup, the lid assembly, or both may be discarded and replaced or re-used. The lid assembly includes at least one barrier surface or wall that provides physical separation between the consumable items and the disposable items.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR DE-OXYGENATION OF A CLOSED CONTAINER
Systems and methods for preserving oxidizable substances such as liquids or foodstuffs are disclosed. These systems incorporate a sealing device and an oxygen scavenging chemical or agent coupleable to the system. The oxygen scavenging agent can remove the oxygen from the headspace of a container such as a bottle of wine without reducing the pressure in the headspace to the extent that the flavor of the wine is adversely affected.
PORTABLE SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR ADJUSTING THE COMPOSITION OF A BEVERAGE
The systems and methods provide a container assembly comprising: a container having a known storage capacity for storing a liquid; an additive dispensing assembly, the additive dispensing assembly dispensing variable, non-zero quantities of one or more additives into the liquid stored in the container; one or more vessels that each contain one of the additives, of the one or more additives, to be dispensed into the liquid; and a gas dispensing assembly, the gas dispensing assembly releasing a gas into the liquid stored in the container, and the gas dispensing assembly including: an onboard gas tank; a valve assembly; and a gas outlet, and the valve assembly controlling flow of gas from the onboard gas tank, through the valve assembly, and to the gas outlet so as to output the gas into the liquid; and wherein the valve assembly, to perform the controlling the flow of gas, is movable between: an open position, in which flow of gas is allowed to flow from the onboard gas tank to the gas outlet; and a closed position in which the flow of gas is prevented to flow from the onboard gas tank to the gas outlet.
BEVERAGE CONTAINER LID WITH RESERVOIR AND REPETITIVE MEASURING AND DISBURSEMENT MECHANISM
A lid for a beverage container having a reservoir chamber for holding drink additive, a measurement chamber in fluid communication with the measurement chamber, and an upper chamber with a lower end in fluid communication with an upper end portion of the reservoir chamber. A plunger has an upper chamber seal, an upper seal and a lower seal, and an actuator moves the plunger between first, second and third plunger positions to dispense a measured drink additive in the measurement chamber into the container. The plunger has a central filler port to receive drink additive and an aperture in fluid communication with the reservoir chamber. The actuator includes a closure member closing the filler port and manually movable to move the plunger. A lock member is movable between locked and unlocked positions, and in the locked position prevents movement of the plunger from the first to the second plunger position.
Supplement shaker apparatus
A supplement shaker apparatus having a primary container for holding drinking fluid and a supplement container for holding a supplement wherein the supplement container is supported by the primary container with an opening therein. The apparatus also includes a lid assembly that is securable to the primary container and holds the supplement container in position in the supplement shaker apparatus. The apparatus further includes a spout connection element that extends from the opening in the supplement container to the lid to permit the drinking fluid to pass out of the primary container without contacting the supplement in the supplement container. A supplement shaker kit that includes a supplement container for holding a supplement wherein the supplement container is supported by a shaker bottle with an opening therein and a lid assembly that is securable to the shaker bottle and holds the supplement container in position relative to the shaker bottle. The kit also includes a spout connection element that extends from the opening in the supplement container to the lid to permit the drinking fluid to pass out of the shaker bottle without contacting the supplement in the supplement container.
Constructive arrangement for suction device with container to mix yerba mate or similar with water
A device is disclosed for mixing with water the ingredients for yerba mate, tea, or similar beverages. The device has two connected compartments, a first sealed compartment connected to a second compartment. The first compartment is also connected to a duct on the bottom which can draw water from a common disposable bottle. The second compartment is also connected to a suction nozzle that protrudes from the top. The device is designed so that when the suction nozzle supplies suction water is drawn from the bottle through the first compartment and into the second. The beverage ingredient, such as yerba mate, is placed in the first compartment and is kept there by an input filter placed at the entrance to the first compartment and an output filter placed at the connection between the first compartment to the second compartment.
Dispensing devices and systems
Dispensing devices and systems for dispensing materials into a host vessel, optionally containing a host substance, are provided. The dispensing devices are removably attachable, in whole or in part, to a host vessel such as a water bottle or an alcohol bottle. The dispensing devices generally include a rotating capsule (perhaps with a quantity of flavor or nutritional supplements in the capsule) that can be rotated to a position to dispense the contents of the capsule into the host vessel. Depending upon configuration, the act of dispensing may involve squeezing, shaking, or the simple passive step of permitting gravity to act on the contents of the capsule.
Dosing timer and dispensers using the same
A dispensing system includes a pour cap for a container and a timing device configured to visually indicate when a dose has been dispensed from the dispensing system, the timing device being securable to either the pour cap or the container and configurable based on a product being dispensed.
PORTABLE CUP AND COVER STRUCTURE THEREOF
A lid structure comprises an edible first part. The first part comprises a bottom portion and an annular wall. The annular wall extends from the periphery of the bottom portion in a direction having an included angle with the bottom portion. The bottom portion and the annular wall define an accommodating space, and the outer periphery of the annular wall is provided with at least one first opening. The lid structure further comprises a second part provided with a third opening and covering the first part, with the accommodating space facing the second part, and the at least one first opening and the third opening being located on opposite sides of the bottom portion, respectively. A portable container comprising a container part and the lid structure is also provided.
BEVERAGE CONTAINER LID, ASSEMBLY AND SYSTEM
The disclosure is directed to a beverage container lid, assembly and system. The beverage container lid, assembly and system are operationally configured to store fluid in a fluid reservoir of a beverage container lid and convey fluid out from the fluid reservoir to a target destination such as a fluid reservoir of a corresponding beverage container.
