CLOSURE CAPS AND CLOSURES
A cap for a screw-threaded container closure or closure plug includes a cap top and an attachment ring extending axially downward from beneath the bottom surface of the cap top under a central portion of the cap top. The attachment ring is securingly engageable with the container closure or closure plug; the attachment ring comprising a) a cam surface configured to deflect the attachment ring radially inward upon engagement of the attachment ring with the container closure or closure plug and b) an upwardly facing shoulder above the cam surface. The container closure or closure plug comprises a plurality of lugs engageable by a wrench or other drive tool and each having a radially inwardly facing guide surface comprising a downwardly and radially inwardly sloping portion and a downwardly facing shoulder extending radially outward below the downwardly and radially inwardly sloping portion. The upwardly facing shoulder of the attachment ring comprises an inner, radially outwardly extending portion and an outer, upwardly extending lip. The downwardly facing shoulder of each lug comprises a radially extending, radially outer portion and a radially inner, depending lip complementary to the outer, upwardly extending lip. A secure and relatively easy engagement between the cap and container closure or closure plug is thereby obtainable.
CAPPING ASSEMBLY FOR RECEPTACLES
The present invention belongs to the technical field of closures with discharge devices for receptacles, focusing on hinged closures. It consists of a capping assembly intended to be attached to the gland of a liquid container. This assembly consists of a tubular neck (1) and a cylindrical hinged cap (2). The cap integrates a ring (3) linked to the neck, a hinged lid (4) for opening and closing the pouring hole, a hinge (5) for hinging the cap and frangible bridges (16) between the ring and the cap. Additional elements in the tubular neck, such as a lower collar and an upper washer, contribute to the efficiency and functionality of the assembly.

Tamper evident blister packaging
A tamper evident package comprises a blister assembly defining at least one cavity, the opening of the at least one cavity being at least partially closed by a membrane. A sleeve housing the blister assembly is provided, the sleeve having a top side and a bottom side, the bottom side having a contact window that is aligned with the cavity. In addition, a package integrity feature is applied to the bottom side and covers the contact window. The package integrity feature is further applied to the membrane covering the cavity through the contact window.
Method of sealing a lid to a container using a removeable sealing strip
A removable sealing strip and method is provided for sealing a lid removably secured to a top portion of a container. The removable sealing strip includes a strip removably affixed to a substrate and has a first portion extending from a first end thereof, a second portion extending from the first portion, and a third portion extending between the second portion of the strip and a second end thereof. The strip is foldable along a fold line such that an inner surface of the first portion of strip binds to an to inner surface of the second portion of the strip so as to define a tab on the strip. The inner surface of the third portion of the strip is affixable to the lid and to the top portion of the container to substantially inhibits removal of the lid from the top portion of the container. The tab is configured to facilitate removal of the third portion of the strip from the lid and the top portion of the container.
CONTAINER SEALING AND PRESSURIZING SYSTEM AND METHOD
Beverages such as beer and soda which contain carbon dioxide or other gases may degrade in quality when subjected to atmospheric pressure, oxygen, and/or light. It may be desirable to store such beverages in containers which prevent exposure to these conditions. An aluminum can is one such container but is associated with the problem of resealing the can after breaking the seal. The described utilities provide for resealing, pressurizing, and/or dispensing from an aluminum can or similar beverage container.

Container with a child-proof lock
A container having a childproof safety device is provided. The container has a container body with a container opening, comprising a container closure for the container opening, said closure being movable from a closed to an open position, and comprising a removable tamper-proof element. A child safety device that comprises an actuating element is associated with the container closure. The invention is characterized in that the tamper-proof element blocks movement of at least a portion of the actuating element and in that after the tamper-proof element is removed at least a portion of the actuating element is movable from a first position, in which the container closure is secured, to a second position, in which the container closure is not secured.
Labelling arrangement for a multi-part container, system and method for applying a labelling arrangement to a multi-part container
A labelling arrangement for a multi-part container includes a sleeve-shaped cap element having an interlocking structure adapted to be applied to a first part of the container and coupled to the first part by the interlocking structure. The labelling arrangement further includes a sealing label adapted to be attached to a second part of the container by a second label portion and to surround the applied cap element by a first label portion. The labelling arrangement further includes at least one severing region so that, when the container applied with the labelling arrangement is opened, the labelling arrangement is severable in the severing region and at least a part of the cap element is removable together with the first part of the container from the second part of the container.
CONTAINER CLOSURE WITH TAMPER-EVIDENT RING, AND METHOD FOR ASSEMBLING A CONTAINER CLOSURE OF THIS KIND
The invention relates to a container closure (10) comprising a base portion (16) which extends about a reference axis (100) of the container closure (10), a cap portion (18) which in a closed positioned covers a drinking hole (30) in the container closure (10) and in an open position leaves said drinking hole in the container closure (10) uncovered, and a tamper-evident ring (14) which is separate from the cap portion (18) and the base portion (16) and is interlockingly connected to the cap portion (18) and connected to the base portion (14) in a hooked manner. The tamper-evident ring (18) has an annular bead (56) that is not radially covered by the base portion (16) and extends in an annular groove (54) of an outer wall (34) of the cap portion (18), which wall faces radially outward.
