An elastomer lined self-locking tie includes an elongated strap, at least one cavity or recess in the elongated strap, an elastomer segment, and a locking head. The elongated strap includes a head end positioned opposite a tapered end. The tapered end includes a first surface positioned opposite a second surface. The cavity is positioned in either the first surface or the second surface. The elastomer segment is positioned within the cavity and extends beyond either the first surface or the second surface. The locking head extends from the head end of the elongated strap and includes an orifice shaped to receive the tapered end of the elongated strap and the elastomer segment.

This document describes an integrated release feature for pawl-latching devices. In particular, the integrated release feature is integrally connected to a pawl that is connected to a locking head of the pawl-latching device. The locking head defines a slot that extends through the locking head and includes a first channel conjoined with a second channel The pawl is disposed within the second channel and positioned internally to the locking head. The pawl has multiple pawl teeth to engage serrations on an elongate strap when the elongate strap is disposed within the first channel The integrated release feature includes at least one wall shaped to define multiple sides of an open cavity in a midsection of the pawl for receiving a release tool, and the wall has opposing ends that both face the first channel and have one or more additional pawl teeth.

A zip fastener for supporting one or more objects is provided. The zip fastener is specifically configured so that it can sustain high tensile loads, such as 500 pounds, before deformation begins to occur, and even higher tensile loads, such as 750 pounds, before failure occurs. The zip fastener includes a strap body that has a plurality of strap teeth. The zip fastener further includes a buckle that is connected to the strap body and includes a locking tab. Both the strap body and buckle are made from a nylon material. The locking tab is configured to releasably and selectively engage a portion of the plurality of strap teeth.

An evacuation system may comprise an evacuation slide configured to be deployed from an aircraft, a first strap coupled to the evacuation slide, a second strap coupled to the evacuation slide, and a releasable restraint extending through the first strap and the second strap. The releasable restraint may comprise a first stem connected to a first bead and a second stem connected to a second bead, wherein a diameter of the second stem may be different from a diameter of the first stem.

A cable tie mount for supporting an object, the cable tie mount includes: a body including a mounting face formed on a first side of the body, a threaded bore formed in a second opposing side of the body, and a first cable tie passage formed on the body and configured to receive a cable tie therethrough; and a support portion including a threaded portion extending therefrom and configured to threadably engage the threaded bore formed in the second opposing side of the body. A tamper-evident attachment for a cable tie includes a ratchet head cover configured to couple to a ratchet head of the cable tie such that the ratchet head cover covers at least a portion of a head opening of the ratchet head to inhibit access a pawl in the ratchet head. The ratchet head cover defines at least one slot-shaped opening configured to align with the head opening of the ratchet head when the ratchet head cover is coupled to the ratchet head. The at least one slot-shaped opening is sized and shaped to receive a strap of the cable tie therethrough.

An engaging member includes an engaging portion configured to be inserted and assembled into a fixing hole of a vehicle body, an attachment portion configured to attach elongated wire routing materials, and linking portions configured to connect the engaging portion and the attachment portion to each other.
