COMPOSITE STRUCTURAL BOARD
A composite structural board is disclosed, which comprises a face plate (2), the face plate (2) having a main body portion (2c) that is substantially in one plane and a peripheral portion (2a) surround the main body portion formed by bending the main body portion downwards, the face plate (2) having an upper surface and a lower surface; the board further comprising a base plate (3) provided with a plurality of substantially uniformly distributed and integrally formed protrusions, the lower surface of the face plate (2) being attached to and supported on top faces of the protrusions; and the board further comprising a stiffener (4) for fixedly connecting the peripheral portion (2a) of the face plate (2) and the base plate (3) together, wherein at least a part of the stiffener (4) is fixedly connected to the base plate (3), and at least another part of the stiffener (4) is fixedly connected to at least a part of a lower surface of the peripheral portion (2a) of the face plate. With the above-described structure, the strength of the composite structural board can be further increased while the number of components is reduced, and the production costs are greatly lowered.
RE-PULPABLE INSULATED PAPER PRODUCTS AND METHODS OF MAKING AND USING THE SAME
Insulated paper products are disclosed. Methods of making and using insulated paper products are also disclosed.
PACKAGING BOX, METHOD AND DEVICE FOR DETECTING DAMAGE, DETECTION APPARATUS, AND STORAGE MEDIUM
The present disclosure relates to a packaging box, a device and method for detecting damage, a detection apparatus, and a storage medium, and belongs to the field of packaging technologies. The packaging box includes a plurality of packaging cardboards that are combined into the packaging box, wherein at least one packaging cardboard of the plurality of packaging cardboards includes: a surface paper; a backing paper; at least one layer of a core paper; and at least one external force detecting member, wherein the at least one layer of the core paper is disposed between the surface paper and the backing paper, and wherein the at least one external force detecting member is configured to measure a strength value of an external force when the packaging cardboard is subjected to the external force.
REPULPABLE CORRUGATED PROTEIN BOX AND PROCESS FOR MAKING SAME USING WIRE SIDE IMPREGNATION
A repulpable moisture resistant protein box having a composite structure with a fluted medium, a top backing board secured to one side of the fluted medium and a bottom backing board secured to the other side of the fluted medium. The backing boards are impregnated with a hydrogenated triglyceride on the wire side and the fluted medium is also impregnated with a hydrogenated triglyceride. The backing boards each have an outer felt side surface coated with styrene acrylic co-polymer. The protein boxes have a higher compression, moisture resistance and are recyclable.
BLOW MOLDED ARTICLE WITH DEBOSSING
A blow molded multilayer article having a hollow body defined by a wall comprising at least three layers. The wall has a first Layer A comprising an outer surface of the wall, a second Layer A comprising the inner surface of the wall and a Layer B between the first and second Layer As. The B layer can contain an effect pigment and/or an opacifying pigment and the Layer As can be transparent. The wall contains a deboss element.
Plastic corrugated container with soft score line
A box formed from a plastic corrugated material with soft score lines is provided. The soft score lines are formed to enable the top flaps of the box to lay substantially flat against the outer surface of the box when folded to an open position.
Container assembly for grout specimens
A container assembly comprises a container having a peripheral side wall defining a rectangular interior space and having top flap and bottom flaps folded inwardly to selectively enclose the interior space. The bottom flaps include notched edges for interlocking to maintain corners of the peripheral side wall square. An insert is removably receivable in the rectangular interior space. The insert comprises first and second panels of sheet material selectively folded to define a plurality of rectangular mold cavities in the interior space. Distal edges of the panels are notched wherein the notched edges interlock at the corners of the peripheral side wall to maintain the mold cavities square.
PACKAGING FOR THE THERMALLY INSULATED TRANSPORT OF GOODS
The invention relates to packaging for the thermally insulated transportation of cooled or hot goods, which packaging consists of a box with multi-layer wall material formed from corrugated board and bubble wrap and an insert formed from a cushion filled with wood shavings. The multi-layer material for the box in accordance with the invention consists of a multi-layer laminated or loosely stacked composite, which, from the outside to the inside of the box, has the following layer sequence: (a) one or more bubble wrap layers, which are laminated with an aluminum foil or have a foil layer metallized with aluminum; (b) one or more single-wall open corrugated boards; (c) one or more bubble wrap layers which are laminated with an aluminum foil or have a foil layer metallized with aluminum.
Extensible barrier films, articles employing same and methods of making same
There is provided a barrier film including a barrier layer having two opposing major surfaces, a first organic layer in direct contact with one of the opposing major surfaces of the barrier layer; a second organic layer in direct contact with the other of the opposing major surfaces of the barrier layer; and a substrate in direct contact with the first organic layer or the second organic layer; wherein the barrier layer comprises buckling deformations with average spacing smaller than average spacing of the buckling deformations in the first or second organic layer.
