The present systems can by used to administer to a user water and other fluids optionally together with one or more other ingestibles such as flavoring, or a health supplement. In another aspect, new rotor or disk units that may comprise one or more pods or packets that contain ingestible material(s). In a further aspect, one or more of such pods or packets that may comprise one or more ingestible materials.
HYDRO-LIQUID SOLUBLE FILMS, PRODUCTS AND USES THEREOF
Films compositions for packaging and delivering a foodstuff, pharmaceutical, industrial, manufacturing and agricultural materials and uses are disclosed. The film can be formed from at least one biodegradable film forming agent, and at least one biodegradable plasticizer. The resulting film can be formed and shaped to a variety of film package configurations and can have multi compartments. The resulting films and film packages can be edible and substantially and/or completely soluble in a cold, cool, warm and/or hot hydro-liquid including water. The film forming agent(s) is compostable and the film has an essential absence of petrochemicals and non-biodegradable plastics/bioplastics.
SOLUBLE COFFEE CONTAINER
A soluble coffee container to be inserted in a beverage brewing device, including a main body to store at least one soluble item therein and dissolve in response to receiving a liquid thereon from the beverage brewing device, and a lid removably disposed on at least a portion of the main body to at least partially cover the main body and dissolve in response to receiving the liquid thereon from the beverage brewing device, such that a drinkable solution is created.
CAPSULE FORMULATION
[Technical Problem] A problem of the present invention is, in one aspect, to provide a capsule formulation including an active ingredient and the like that may deteriorate upon contacting an acid, wherein the capsule formulation makes it possible not to deteriorate the active ingredient and the like by a gastric acid which enters into a capsule film.
[Technical Solution] A capsule formulation comprising an active ingredient and oil, wherein said capsule of said formulation is an enteric capsule comprising a water soluble film forming polymer and gellan gum; said oil is an oil acceptable for pharmaceuticals or foods; and said active ingredient is encapsulated in said capsule together with said oil, and the production method thereof, are provided.
CONE-SHAPED EDIBLE CONTAINER AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF
A cone-shaped edible container according to the present invention comprises: an edible outer layer; an edible inner layer; a first edible adhesive layer disposed between the outer layer and the inner layer to bond the outer layer and the inner layer together; and a second adhesive layer for maintaining the outer layer and the inner layer to be in the shape of a cone, wherein at least some regions of the edible container have a first cross-section structure in which the inner layer, the first adhesive layer, and the outer layer are sequentially laminated in a direction from the inside toward the outside, and have a second cross-section structure in which the inner layer, the first adhesive layer, the outer layer, the second adhesive layer, the inner layer, the first adhesive layer, and the outer layer are sequentially laminated in the direction from the inside toward the outside.
CONE-SHAPED EDIBLE CONTAINER
A cone-shaped edible container according to the present invention comprises: an edible outer shell, an edible inner shell, and an edible first adhesive layer provided between the outer shell and the inner shell to adhere the outer shell and the inner shell to each other. The outer shell and the inner shell are rolled into a cone shape in a state of being adhered to each other so as to have a basic structure of a cone shape. The outer shell forms the outermost side of the basic structure, and the inner shell has a stronger rigidity than the outer shell. Thus, assuming a cone-shaped structure implemented only by the outer shell, even if an external force of a magnitude capable of breaking the assumed structure is applied to the basic structure, the basic structure is maintained.
Edible multi-ring can-holder and methods for manufacturing edible can-holders
A method for manufacturing an edible, multi-ring, can holder comprises the steps of dehydrating beer by-product to produce a dried pulp, grinding the dried pulp into a powder, forming a pulp slurry by adding the powder into a mixture comprising plant fibers, an environment-friendly, oil-repellent chemical, an environment-friendly, water-repellent chemical, and water, a water-to-other ingredient ratio being approximately 1000 liters of water to approximately 60 kg of the powder, the plant fibers, the oil-repellent chemical, and the water-repellent chemical, injecting the pulp slurry into a mold having an interior cavity in the shape of at least one six-pack ring, and applying pressure and heat to the mold containing the pulp slurry to produce at least one edible six-pack ring.
PACKAGED FOOD CONCENTRATE WITH BARRIER PROPERTIES PROVIDED BY AN EDIBLE PACKAGING
The present invention relates generally to the field of packaged food products. In particular, the present invention relates to a packaged food product, wherein the packaging comprises at least one edible packaging layer and the barrier properties of that packaging are mainly provided by that edible packaging layer. For example, the present invention relates to a packaged food concentrate, the packaging comprising an edible primary packaging in contact with the food concentrate and a secondary packing, wherein the edible primary packaging provides the required barrier properties and wherein the edible primary packaging comprises compounds selected from the group consisting of gellans, waxes, whey protein isolate, cellulose, alginates, methylcellulose, hydroxypropylmethyl-cellulose, corn zein, gluten, soy protein, caseinate, chitosan, pectin, carrageenan, or combinations thereof.
