CONVERTIBLE CARRIER
A convertible carrier includes first and second carrier units (101A, 101B). The first carrier unit includes a first side panel (114A) and a first medial panel (110A) disposed opposed to the first side panel. The second carrier unit includes a second side panel (114B) and a second medial panel (110B) disposed opposed to the second side panel. The first and second medial panels are in a face-contacting arrangement to form a medial wall disposed between the first and second side panels. The first and second medial panels are retained in the face-contacting arrangement by at least one hinged connection (149, 161) between the first and second medial panels and by at least one removable joint. The removable joint is formed in part from part (162A) of the first medial panel and in part (162B) from part of the second medial panel.
CONVERTIBLE CARRIER
A convertible carrier includes first and second carrier units (101A, 101B). The first carrier unit includes a first side panel (114A) and a first medial panel (110A) disposed opposed to the first side panel. The second carrier unit includes a second side panel (114B) and a second medial panel (110B) disposed opposed to the second side panel. The first and second medial panels are in a face-contacting arrangement to form a medial wall disposed between the first and second side panels. The first and second medial panels are retained in the face-contacting arrangement by at least one hinged connection (149, 161) between the first and second medial panels and by at least one removable joint. The removable joint is formed in part from part (162A) of the first medial panel and in part (162B) from part of the second medial panel.
DISPENSING SYSTEM AND PACKAGE FOR USE THEREWITH
A system for dispensing articles provided initially in a package is disclosed that comprises a frame configured to support the package of articles and a package-opening tool associated with the frame. The frame includes longitudinally opposed front and rear end sections, and an upper support deck extending at least partially between the front and rear end sections and below which a product display area is provided. The opening tool associated with the frame such that its open the package when the package is moved longitudinally on the upper support deck and relative to the opening tool, thereby allowing the articles to be at least partially dispensed from the package into the product display area.

A carton for carrying a plurality of articles. The carton has a plurality of panels for at least partially forming an interior of the carton. The plurality of panels includes a top panel, a bottom panel, and at least one side panel. A handle is in at least the top panel. The handle includes a handle feature in the top panel and a flexible handle panel adjacent the handle feature.

A carton (90) comprises a substantially tubular structure including a top wall (16) and first and second side walls (14, 18) hingedly connected respectively to opposed edges of the top wall. The carton comprises a handle structure (H1) formed in the top wall (16) and in at least one of the first and second side walls (14, 18). The handle structure (H1) includes a first handle flap hinged to the top wall (16) and to the at least one of the first and second side walls (14, 18) by a hinged connection (31A). The first handle flap comprises a first main portion (30A) formed from part of the top wall (16); and a first end portion (32A/46A) formed at least in part by a part of the at least one of the first and second side walls (14, 18).

A carton (90) comprises a substantially tubular structure including a top wall (16) and first and second side walls (14, 18) hingedly connected respectively to opposed edges of the top wall. ARRANGEMENT OF CONTAINERS IN A CARTON
A package comprising a carton and an arrangement of containers. The carton can comprise a plurality of panels extending at least partially around an interior of the carton. The plurality of panels can comprise at least a first panel and a second panel disposed opposite to one another. The arrangement can comprise a number of rows of containers disposed at least partially in the interior of the carton. The arrangement can include at least a first row and a second row extending along the respective first and second panels. A load width of the arrangement can be less than the number of rows multiplied by a first difference between the diameter of the containers approximately an eighth of an inch, and the load width can be greater than the number of rows multiplied by a second difference between the diameter and approximately a half of an inch.
