Sensor positioning system
A sensor positioning system, includes an actuation server for communicating with components of the sensor positioning system. The sensor positioning system additionally includes a first actuation system and a second actuation system, wherein each actuation system includes a pulley system for maneuvering an underwater sensor system. The sensor positioning system includes a dual point attachment bracket that connects through a first line to the first actuation system and connecting through a second line to the second actuation system. The underwater sensor system is affixed to the first pulley system, the second pulley system, and the dual attachment bracket through the first line and the second line.
Aquaculture system with improved feed transportation and method for transporting feed in an aquaculture system
An aquaculture system including a fish holding unit which is fluidly connected to a water recirculation conduit, a water treatment unit, a water inlet, and a feed storage unit. The system further includes a feed loading section. When feed is added into the system at the feed loading section the feed is transported to the fish holding unit. In another aspect the invention relates to a method of transporting a feed in a recirculated aquaculture system.

Aquaculture Pump System and Method
A method of operating a variable speed pump in an aquaculture system including a culture tank that houses aquatic life. The method includes monitoring a dissolved oxygen level in the culture tank, determining a dissolved oxygen threshold based on current respiration requirements of the aquatic life in the culture tank, and comparing the dissolved oxygen level to the dissolved oxygen threshold. When the dissolved oxygen level is below the dissolved oxygen threshold, the method further includes increasing a speed of the variable speed pump until a flow rate through the culture tank that maintains the dissolved oxygen level at or above the dissolved oxygen threshold is reached. The method also includes updating the dissolved oxygen threshold based on new respiration requirements of the aquatic life as the aquatic life matures through its growth cycle.

Process for utilizing dual use packaging for a fish-related product
In a process for the dual use of packaging for a fish-related product such as fish food or a fish-related consumable product normally dispensed into an aquarium, a package including a compartment is filled with the fish-related product which is then dispensed until depleted. The dual use package is then placed within the aquarium and utilized as a decorative ornament. In this regard, the dual use package may be reconfigured for use as a decorative feature within the aquarium, and ballast may be added to the ornamental container before being submerged.

Aquaculture pump system and method
Embodiments of the invention provide a method of operating a pump in an aquaculture system including a water tank that houses aquatic life. The method includes monitoring a dissolved oxygen level in the culture tank, determining a flow rate threshold based on the dissolved oxygen level, and changing a speed of the pump to maintain a current flow rate through the culture tank above the flow rate threshold.
Process for utilizing dual use packaging
A process is disclosed for utilizing dual use packaging, particularly ornamental packaging containing a pet-related product as would be used with an aquarium. The ornamental container is filled with a pet-related product such as fish food. The fish food is selectively dispensed from the container until depleted. The container is then utilized as a decorative ornament in an aquarium. Ballast may be added to the ornamental container before being submerged in the aquarium. The ornamental container may resemble a lighthouse, a treasure chest, a rock sculpture, a wall block, a submarine, or a vase.
