The invention relates to a method of packaging a packaged product (102) and one or more unpackaged products (104) for shipment, the method comprising: providing a shipping container (110) generally sized to accommodate the one or more unpackaged products (104), the shipping container (110) having a plurality of walls (114, 116, 118, 120) and a bottom (122) that define an interior of the shipping container (110), each of the plurality of walls (114, 116, 118, 120) having an edge (124, 126,128, 130) that cooperate to define an open side of the shipping container (110), inserting the one or more unpackaged products (104) into the shipping container (110) and attaching the shipping container (110) to the packaged product (102) such that the packaged product (102) closes or covers the open side of the shipping container (110). The invention further relates to a shipping container (110) and to a method for creating customized packaging for a plurality of items on-demand.

COMBINATION PACKAGING AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING SAME
A combination packaging includes an inner packaging having first side walls, which can be erected from a flat into an erected state, and an outer packaging having second side walls, which can be erected from a flat state into an erected state. The outer packaging has at least one closable lid and one closable bottom, which are articulated to the second side walls and can be folded in into a closed state. The inner and outer packaging are arranged such that they can be jointly transferred into the erected state. The outer packaging, in the erected and closed state thereof, encloses the inner packaging. At least one connecting element connects the inner packaging to the outer packaging, the connecting element having a predetermined breaking point arranged such that erecting of the combination packaging, closing of the inner packaging, or opening of the outer packaging severs the predetermined breaking point.

An integrated carton and container which includes a collapsible container and a plurality of cartons. The carton or cartons can be filled with a product or products while the carton or cartons remain integrated with the container. The carton and container are integrated in such a way that when the container is expanded into an open position, the carton or cartons correspondingly expand into an open position. The integrated carton and container may be integrated in such a way that the integrated carton and container may be filled with a product and closed on a single apparatus.

The technology disclosed herein includes a packaging apparatus including an outer sleeve, an inner sleeve, and at least one locking mechanism configured to lock the inner sleeve inside the outer sleeve. In some implementations, the locking mechanism is an interior sliding mechanism, which locks the inner sleeve in its entirety in the outer sleeve. In some implementations, the locking mechanism is an interior sliding mechanism, which permits the inner sleeve to move partially out of the outer sleeve. In some implementations, the locking mechanism includes a spring, a tab, a flap, a key, a magnet lock, or other locking component. In some implementations, the inner sleeve includes a pull tab for removal of the inner sleeve from inside the outer sleeve.

Each opening corresponds to one of the plurality of compartments in the blister card. The assembly further includes a carton including a first wall opposite a second wall. An access opening is defined in the first wall and a plurality of perforations are defined in the second wall. The access opening is sized to provide access to the plurality of compartments, and each perforation corresponds to one of the plurality of compartments in the blister card.
