A tab is further shaped and positioned to engage the first protrusion in the cardboard container to prevent the container from falling out.

A method of manufacturing the box includes identifying cutting lines and crease lines on a box template. The crease lines define a plurality of surfaces of the box, one of which is an operative surface. The method further includes identifying a score line that is on the operative surface and defines a removable portion dimensioned to accommodate the dish. The method further includes cutting a stock material with a cutting die to produce a cut material, and folding the cut material along the crease lines, forming the box.

A packaging system having a storage configuration and a display configuration is described herein. The package is made from a package blank having panels adhesively engaged together to form the package. The assembled package having an interior defined by a plurality of walls within which a plurality of product containers may be stored and eventually displayed. The bottom and/or two opposing walls of the package have a pattern of discrete material depositions adhesively deposited thereon. The depositions each have a height as measured from the wall that they are mounted upon. The presence and height of the opposing depositions providing a mechanical engagement surface against which an adjacent product container is biased or held against, to prevent the product container from falling forward or out of the package when the package is in the display configuration, even as individual product containers are removed from the package by customers.

The tray is configured to hold at least one item. The inner structure is inwardly bent against the tray. A top panel flap of the inner structure is between the top panel of the display package and the tray.

The upper end is sealed by a front upper tuck panel and a back tuck panel, the back tuck panel being retained in a front upper slit defined by the front upper panel.

Furthermore, a method of manufacturing a package for a powdered material is disclosed, comprising sliding the tub in the sleeve, such that at least the peripheral wall of the tub is enclosed by the sleeve, whereby the sleeve supports the tub and the tub and sleeve form a container for the powdered material.

The material storage and transport system can also include a releasable strap adapted to extend across the bottom when in a securing configuration and a sample carrier, including at least one sample secured to a sample support substrate by a molded sheet. The material storage and transport system can include a hinged lid that is integrally connected to a wall of the material storage tray, and configured to convert between a folded-in position, an opened position, and a closed position.
