Container having a self-supporting cover for an outlet
A container for transporting and storing liquid, viscous or pourable substances, in particular a container of the Intermediate Bulk Container type. The container has a base, a side wall, and at least one outlet recess in the base and/or the side wall, in which an outlet valve is or can be arranged and which is closable on the outside of the container by a cover. The cover has a base section, by which the cover is fastened or fastenable to the container, and a closure section which is hinged on the base section via a hinge assembly such that it can pivot about a rotational axis. The hinge assembly can hold or lock the closure section in a self-supporting manner in a position releasing the outlet recess.
Collapsible container
A collapsible container for the storage and transport of flowable material. The container is provided with a continuous sheet of side panels secured into stepped engagement with itself to define an interior. Foldable support brackets are secured to the side panels to maintain the side panels at an angled orientation relative to the side panels of the container and to prevent distortion of the side panels by hydrostatic pressure toward a circular orientation. The support brackets define an opening in the top of the collapsible container through which a fill head may engage a top cap of a flexible liner provided within the collapsible container, to fill the liner with flowable material.
BULK MATERIAL SHIPPING CONTAINER
A bulk material shipping container including a pallet, a compartment mounted on the pallet, a material unloading assembly, and a material loading assembly.
PALLETIZED INTEGRATED BOX
An integrated container with a box and pallet is provided that is made entirely of corrugated materials, and is fully compatible with automated systems and methods for the safe collection, transfer, and treatment of infectious and hazardous waste. The integrated box and pallet made entirely of corrugated materials provides an improved high strength packaging solution that allows for safe transport of waste to a disposal location. The corrugated pallet and box are compatible with shredders and does not require metal fasteners. The corrugated pallet and box are completely recyclable, and may be made of a cardboard or of plastic. Separate waste collection containers may be collected and placed in the box of integrated container.
PACKAGING ASSEMBLY FOR THE TRANSPORT AND STORING OF ROASTED COFFEE AND METHOD FOR PACKAGING ROASTED COFFEE BEANS
Packaging assembly for the transport of coffee in the form of roasted beans, comprising: at least one impermeable bag, impermeable at least to oxygen and water vapour; said at least one impermeable bag being flexible and sealable in a watertight manner to prevent the introduction of fluids or gases; at least one unidirectional valve sealingly applied to said at least one impermeable bag which only allows gas to escape from the impermeable bag preventing the entry of gas into the impermeable bag, wherein said at least one unidirectional valve makes it possible to achieve an over-pressure inside the impermeable bag variable from 3 to 60 mbar.
Bulk material shipping container
A bulk material shipping container including a pallet, a compartment mounted on the pallet, a material unloading assembly, and a material loading assembly.
LINER WITH LIFTING CRADLE
A liner (10) includes a liner base (11) and a cradle (12) which is used in conjunction with a conventional intermediate bulk container (13). The liner base has a bottom wall (15), a top wall (16) opposite the bottom wall, and four side walls (17) extending between the bottom wall and top wall. The four side walls include a front wall (18), a rear wall (19), and two oppositely disposed end walls (20). The top wall includes a top opening fitment (22). The front wall includes a dispensing opening fitment (23). The liner lifting cradle includes a bottom panel (26), two oppositely disposed end panels (27), and a rear panel (28). The end panels have an elongated terminal end (30) which includes a reinforced mounting hole (32). The rear panel has an elongated terminal end (34) which includes a grommet (35) defining a reinforced mounting hole (36).
NOVEL CAP FOR REFILLABLE TOTE
A cap with refill capability and the ability to track various aspects of the tote, cap, and equipment has been developed for use on chemical totes. It provides the ability to refill the tote without removing the cap and remove water from the fluid and air in the hose.
A CONTAINER
The container has a lid structure comprising two lid panels. The first lid panel forms at least a part of the top wall. The second lid panel forms at least part of one of the side walls. When the container is in the erected condition the lid structure can have one of, and be moved between, a closed configuration; top load configuration; and, front load configuration. The front load configuration has two variants. In a first front load configuration the first and second lid panels remain connected to each other and are moved so that they are in a substantial face to face relationship. In the second front load configuration the second lid panel is pivoted to lie on top of the first lid panel.
