HOLDER ASSEMBLY FOR BOTTLES AND CONTAINERS
A holder assembly configured to hold a scoop within an inside of a container at a height above the level of a substance. The holder assembly comprises a first portion and a second portion. The first portion comprises a stem that may be provided with a height according to the geometry of the intended container. The second portion comprises a plurality of stems cooperatively configured and dimensioned to retain the scoop disposed in an inverted position. The segments are connected to the stem at a junction and should be disposed in a spaced apart relation to one another collectively defining a gap for the scoop wall(s). The segments should be movable away from the gap and comprise an inherent tendency to return to their natural position that generates a force that retains the scoop in place.
Storage container with internal release mechanism
The present invention includes a kit that includes a container with a removable lid that is operable to create a seal around the container, and an internal release mechanism that is operable to sever the bond between the food and the surrounding container so that food items can be easily removed from the container. The release mechanism comprises a bottom member and two opposing side members extending therefrom that are configured to conform to the contours of the container and is operable to dislodge food from the interior surface of the container in a sweeping fashion by rotating the release mechanism within the container. The release mechanism may be fastened to the bottom of the container and optionally may include a lip to aid in scraping food from the container.
PACKAGING BAG
A self-standing packaging bag for use in a microwave oven. The packaging bag is made of a flexible film formed into a bag shape, the packaging bag includes a bottom surface portion and a peripheral surface portion provided to rise from the bottom surface portion, the peripheral surface portion includes a front surface portion and a back surface portion facing each other and includes an opening that opens upward, the peripheral surface portion includes an openable member configured to open and close the opening, and an opening portion for opening the packaging bag, the opening portion is provided closer to the bottom surface portion than the openable member, a container-shaped main body portion obtained by tearing the peripheral surface portion in a circumferential direction at the opening portion and removing a tear-off portion above the opening portion is usable as a dish when eating contents in the packaging bag.
Lid and scoop for a container
A lid and scoop assembly for a container is disclosed.
MEASURING SCOOP
A measuring scoop and its method for fabrication. In one embodiment, a planar element is fabricated of a foldable material. The planar element is generally circular, and is scored with three generally linear scores each having a first end substantially at the center of the element and a second end proximate an outer edge of the element. Folding the element about the scores produces a generally conically shaped object that can be used as a measuring scoop for food and other things. A handle protrudes into the interior of the scoop. In some embodiments, the two portions comprising the handle are held together securely by a tab in one portion that locks into a slit in the other portion.
EATING UTENSIL WITH INWARDLY CURVING SCORES
A deformable sheet defines a handle and an operational element in which one or more scores, which may be straight, curved, or a combination of straight and curved, are cooperatively provided to enable deformation of the handle portion to convert the operational element into a strong, sturdy, and functional implement sufficient to meet the required application. When curved scores are present, they may be concave (outwardly curving) or convex (inwardly curving) with respect to the longitudinal midline of the operational element.
Package of a food product provided with a scooping tool
Package of a food product comprising a container and a sealing foil connected to the mouth edge of the container and a tool for picking the product, fixed to the surface of the sealing foil, wherein the sealing foil has a surface of thermoplastic plastic material, the tool is a flattened body of cellulosic or wood-cellulosic material, shaped like a spatula, and is fixed to said surface of the sealing foil by ultrasound welding, in the absence of an added adhesive material, along a section of a creasing line generated on the surface of the tool by the sonotrode during the welding process.
CLOSURE WITH BONDED TAMPER EVIDENCE
A closure for a container includes an annular base to be fixed to the upper rim of a container and a lid. The lid is adapted to be moved to an open position, in which access is gained to the container. A locking member is attached to the base and to the lid so as to lock the lid relative to the base such that movement of the lid relative to the annular base is prevented. The locking member includes at least one tamper-evident lug welded to an attachment surface of the lid or the annular base and a frangible connection integrally adjoining the tamper-evident lug.
CONSTRUCTIBLE UTENSILS WITH LOCKING TAB
Utensil elements and methods for their fabrication. In one embodiment, a planar utensil element is fabricated of a foldable material, and has a length greater than a width. The planar utensil element comprises first and second scores, said scores being generally symmetrical about a midline running along the length of the planar utensil element, and indicative of where the planar element is to be folded in order to become a usable utensil. Folding the planar utensil element about the first and second scores produces a handle and a bowl. The handle is formed by two generally symmetrical halves joined together by interconnecting tabs in a “tab-lock” arrangement.
INDEX-ABLE CONTAINER WITH DISPENSER RECEPTACLE AND METHODS FOR FILLING AND MANUFACTURING
The present invention is a container system comprised of a ridged container, a dispenser that can be secured to a receptacle that is integral to the container and a closure, various methods of manufacturing the container and automated means of placing the dispenser on the receptacle. The container system is generally intended to store dry or granulated substances. The container has an integral receptacle to stow the dispenser. The receptacle has indexing features to aid automation. The dispenser has a coupling feature that engages the receptacle of the container as well guiding features to direct its travel during automation. The dispenser becomes trapped on the receptacle when the closure is in place. The means of automation uses the indexing features on the receptacle to orient the container and the guiding features on the dispenser to direct the dispenser onto the receptacle.
