Square bottle
A peripheral groove is defined by a bottom surface, an upper side surface, and a lower side surface, and, in at least one of the upper side surface and the lower side surface, a radially outer end edge of an end portion positioned at a circumferential end portion of a panel surface portion is further away in a bottle axis direction from the bottom surface toward an adjacent corner surface portion when viewed from the outside in the radial direction.
CONTAINER FOR RECEIVING LIQUIDS
The container is used for receiving liquids and is formed substantially from a thermoplastic material. A container wall is provided at least in certain regions with a rib-like structure. The container wall has an oval profile in a horizontal cross-sectional area. The container is provided with two mutually opposite curved longitudinal sides and two mutually opposite curved transverse sides. In the region of at least one of the longitudinal sides, the rib-like structure is configured in such a way that it has, at least in certain regions, a reinforcing rib of closed encircling shape.
Hot-fill container having vacuum absorption sections
The present disclosure describes a hot-fill container for use with a hot-filling process. The container includes vacuum absorption sections that resist partial collapse and uncontrolled deformation of the container's walls during the hot-filling process. The vacuum absorption sections are asymmetrically-formed and include respective edge portions and panel portions configured to deform and pivot about a linear part of the edge portions when a vacuum is created inside the container. The edge portions have a curvilinear part that is adapted to comfortably receive and engage a user's fingers during use of the container, making the container more user friendly. The vacuum absorption sections are arranged about the container's central longitudinal axis such that their respective panel portions substantially form the sides of a polygon when viewed in top plan view. The polygon appears to be inscribed within an otherwise circular container periphery.
SYNTHETIC RESIN BOTTLE
A synthetic resin bottle, which has a pressure reduction absorbing performance and which exhibits a cylindrical shape in which the appearance of the body section to which the label is attached is similar to a perfect circle, is provided. A synthetic resin bottle 1 having cylindrical body section 3 has four pressure reduction absorbing panels 8 arranged at equal intervals in body section 3, and column portions 9 each having an arc-shaped wall surface 9a arranged between pressure reduction absorbing panels 8. Arc-shaped wall surface 9a of column portion 9 in a cross section of body section 3 constitutes a part of a virtual single true circle 10. Total circumferential length of arc-shaped wall surfaces 9a of column portions 9 is 55% to 75% of entire circumferential length of true circle 10.
Preform assembly, double container, and method of manufacturing double container
A preform assembly includes: an outer preform that includes an outer mouth portion and a stretch portion connected to the outer mouth portion and in which a recess extending in a vertical direction is provided on an inner surface of the stretch portion; and an inner preform that includes an inner mouth portion and a stretch portion connected to the inner mouth portion, wherein an outside air introduction port communicating with a part between the outer preform and the inner preform is provided in a mouth portion composed of the outer mouth portion and the inner mouth portion located on an inner side of the outer mouth portion.
Container construction
The invention is a bottle or container for a beverage, which is configured with an upper and lower compartment connected by a waist portion that defines a passage therebetween. Through the use of an appropriately configured freezing shelf, the beverage held in the lower compartment can be frozen at point of sale. The bottle is specifically configured to, upon activation, create a pinch point between the waist portion of the bottle and the punt of the lower compartment. This pinch point is achieved through controlled deformation of part of the lower compartment and/or waist portion of the bottle and effectively seals the lower compartment, and its contents, from the upper compartment, or at the very least significantly restricts the passage between the two compartments. Convection circulation between the two compartments is prevented or at least hindered. The isolation of the lower compartment from the upper compartment by virtue of the pinch point may leads to quicker crystallization and ice formation. The invention is advantageous it means that the beverage contained in the upper compartment can be held at a higher temperature and thus is easier to consume at the time of purchase and allowing some time for the beverage in the lower compartment to melt and in due course become consumable.
BEAUTY CARE PRODUCT
A beauty care product comprising a sealable plastic container, a sealing means and a beauty care component is provided, wherein the container of which is resistant to random, uncontrolled deformation under a substantial pressure differential between the environment and inside the container, yet having an affordable cost of manufacture and/or being appealing to the consumer. A kit comprising said product thereof, a method of manufacturing said product, and a method of using said product for application onto skin and/or hair are also provided.

Synthetic resin container
A synthetic resin container, including a mouth portion, a shoulder portion, a body portion and a bottom portion. The body portion is formed into an angular cylindrical shape and has one or more concave groove portions formed along a circumferential direction such that: a cross section shape of a site in which the concave groove portion is formed is similar to a cross section shape of a site formed into the body portion, and when the cross section shape of the site in which the concave groove portion is formed and the cross section shape of the site formed into the angular cylindrical shape of the body portion are superimposed, respective apexes of the cross section shape of the site in which the concave groove portion is formed internally contact respective sides of the cross section shape of the site formed into the angular cylindrical shape of the body portion.
Double-walled container
A double-walled container includes an outer layer body and an inner layer body. A single adhesive strip is disposed between the outer layer body and the inner layer body in a manner such that the adhesive strip extends along a center axis. The outer layer body is provided with a single ambient air introduction hole. The outer layer body includes an inner surface, which is configured by a separation surface and a pseudo-adhesive surface. The separation surface faces the ambient air introduction hole and is separated from an outer surface of the inner layer body, and the pseudo-adhesive surface faces the separation surface and is separably adhered to the outer surface of the inner layer body.
