Synthetic resin blow molded bottle
In a synthetic resin blow molded bottle, reduced pressure absorbing panel portions and column portions are formed alternately in the circumferential direction. Each column portion has a diameter that gradually increases downward and that remains substantially constant vertically. Each reduced pressure absorbing panel portion includes a pair of panel side edge portions, which is bent to the inner side from the adjacent column portions, a panel surface portion, which connects the pair of panel side edge portions, and a panel lower edge portion, which is bent to the outer side from a lower end edge of the panel surface portion. The panel surface portion of each reduced pressure absorbing panel portion includes a panel upper-side surface portion, whose diameter gradually increases downward, and a panel lower-side surface portion, which connects the panel upper-side surface portion and the panel lower edge portion and which has a substantially constant diameter vertically.
CONTAINER WITH PRESSURE ACCOMMODATION PANEL
A container is provided with a body portion. The body portion includes a first vacuum panel, a second vacuum panel, a third vacuum panel, a first diagonal column between the first vacuum panel and the second vacuum panel, and a second diagonal column between the second vacuum panel and the third vacuum panel. The second vacuum panel and the third vacuum panel are oriented in opposite directions. In response to a change in an internal container pressure, the body portion flexes at the first vacuum panel such that a surface of the first vacuum panel increases in concavity in response to an increasing pressure change.
Multi-layer bottle
A multi-layer beverage container made is disclosed. An outer layer encloses an inner layer that is configured to shrink or flex to accommodate volume changes of a beverage inside the beverage container caused by a change in temperature of the beverage in the sealed beverage container. The inner layer is not attached to the outer layer through the majority of the beverage container, with attachment zones being located at selected areas of the outer layer. There is a space between the inner layer and the outer layer. A gas introduction system is provided in the space to maintain a desired gas pressure in the space. The set gas pressure allows outer layer to be designed without the need to resist deformation caused by reduced pressure due to changing volumes of the beverage.
SYNTHETIC RESIN CONTAINER
A synthetic resin container in a bottle shape including a mouth as a dispensing spout for a content medium, a trunk extending contiguous to the mouth via a shoulder, and a bottom closing a lower end of the trunk, in which: the trunk is provided with a reduced pressure absorbing portion having a plurality of reduced pressure absorbing recesses arranged side by side in the circumferential direction, and the reduced pressure absorbing portion is formed in a barrel shape having an intermediate part diameter at an intermediate part in the vertical direction larger than an end diameter at either one of ends in the vertical direction.
SYNTHETIC RESIN CONTAINER
A synthetic resin container, the container including: a parting line; and a plurality of reduced pressure absorbing panels each formed as a groove extending in the vertical direction while twisting in the circumferential direction, the reduced pressure absorbing panels being disposed in the trunk, in which: when the parting line passes through an upper part of a first reduced pressure absorbing panel and through a lower part of a second reduced pressure absorbing panel, the first reduced pressure absorbing panel is shallower in depth at the upper part thereof than at a central part thereof in the vertical direction, and the second reduced pressure absorbing panel is shallower in depth at the lower part thereof than at a central part thereof in the vertical direction.
PLASTICS MATERIAL BOTTLE WITH INTERSECTING TENSION BANDS
Provided is a plastic container with a bottom area and a main body, which adjoins the bottom area in a longitudinal direction of the plastic container, wherein the main body includes a wall which extends all the way around in a circumferential direction of the plastic container and an opening area which at least indirectly adjoins the main body in the longitudinal direction and has a container opening, wherein the circumferential wall of the main body includes at least one first groove and/or elevation extending in a first direction and at least one second groove and/or elevation extending in a second direction.
Pressure reinforced deformable plastic container with hoop rings
A plastic container comprises an upper portion including a finish adapted to receive a closure, a lower portion including a base, and a sidewall extending between the upper portion and the lower portion. The upper portion, the lower portion, and the sidewall define an interior volume for storing liquid contents. The plastic container further comprises a pressure panel located on the container and moveable between an initial position and an activated position. The pressure panel is located in the initial position prior to filling the container, and is moved to the activated position after filling and sealing the container. Moving the pressure panel from the initial position to the activated position reduces the internal volume of the container and creates a positive pressure inside the container. The positive pressure reinforces the sidewall. A method of processing a container is also disclosed.
Compressible container for hot filling
The invention relates to a container (100) for drinks suitable for hot filling and compressible so as to be able to draw the drink out by means of a pressure exerted on the side walls. The container comprises a central body (3) with vacuum compensation function which is created following the cooling of the fluid after the hot filling. Said central body comprises four trapezoidal-shaped panels (1) and is limited on the top and on the bottom by a set of ribs (6,7) and rings (8,9).
SYNTHETIC RESIN CONTAINER
A synthetic resin container, including a mouth portion, a shoulder portion, a body portion and a bottom portion. The body portion is formed into an angular cylindrical shape and has one or more concave groove portions formed along a circumferential direction such that: a cross section shape of a site in which the concave groove portion is formed is similar to a cross section shape of a site formed into the body portion, and when the cross section shape of the site in which the concave groove portion is formed and the cross section shape of the site formed into the angular cylindrical shape of the body portion are superimposed, respective apexes of the cross section shape of the site in which the concave groove portion is formed internally contact respective sides of the cross section shape of the site formed into the angular cylindrical shape of the body portion.
