FLAT-PACK PACKAGING MATERIAL FOR DRUMS
Provided is an inexpensive packaging member whereby musical drums can be packaged for transportation, in a short time and in the most compact manner, and can be safely transported. The packaging member can be inexpensively produced using a simple structure whereby cardboard or other sheet member is cut in a predefined shape and perforations are made therein. Furthermore, the packaging member is flat-packed and therefore does not occupy space during transportation and storage. In addition, packaging time can be shortened and drums can be safely transported. The flat-packed packaging member can be reused countless times if the contents are the same size.
PANEL PACKAGING TRAY
A panel packaging tray includes a packaging case including a sidewall which defines a receiving section in which a display panel is accommodated and a plurality of supports disposed on an inside surface of the sidewall, where the supports guide a position of the display panel on a plane crossing the inside surface. A supporter of the supports includes a fixing unit coupled with the sidewall and a buffer unit disposed between the fixing unit and the display panel. The buffer unit includes a straight portion, a corner portion, and a curved portion located between the straight portion and the corner portion, based on a direction parallel to the plane. A curvature of a curved surface included in the curved portion is determined by a maximum tilt angle by which the display panel is allowed to be tilted in a state of being accommodated in the receiving section.
Surgical tray corner protector
A corner protector for use with a surgical tray includes a base, at least one side extending from the base, and at least one aperture extending through the base. The at least one aperture allows a medium to pass therethrough. The corner protector further includes at least one stud extending from a major surface of the corner protector such that when the corner protector is positioned against a surgical tray, a channel is created between the corner protector and the surgical tray.
Onsite adjustable packing crate system
A crate system that includes a crate body that can be easily adjusted in size without hand tools. The crate body includes four width adjustable side walls, sandwiches between a lower planar support base and an upper top panel. Each side wall includes at least one lower side wall component affixed to the perimeter edge of the support base and at least one upper side wall component. The lower and upper side wall components and interconnected with pegs and holes to adjust the width of the side wall. Straps are extended around the side walls, support base and top panel to hold them together. The support base includes at least two rows of elongated slots that extend transversely and longitudinally over the support base and foam pads. A plurality of internal straps are inserted into one of the slots and automatically engage the slots when the straps are pulled upward.
Carton with corner crumple zones
A shipping carton having a force receiving area located adjacent opposing edges of the carton's top and bottom edges. The force receiving area is configured to deform in the presence of an external force and distribute that force through the force receiving area while minimizing the transfer of force directly to the appliance and minimizing damage to the surface panels of the shipping carton.
Wedge for immobilizing objects in a box having a square or rectangular cross-section
A wedge used to wedge objects in a box the wedge being a sheet made of a rigid, resistant and foldable material, including a central portion having a polygonal shape and size substantially equivalent to those of the bottom of the box, the sheet including at least one foldable flap, attached to the central portion via folding lines or hinges, wherein the central portion is provided with multiple grooves being segments of a curve or of a straight line, along which the material is crushed and the thickness thereof is reduced, the grooves constituting folding lines inside the central portion, which facilitate the deformation of the wedge, the grooves leading to the periphery or the proximity thereof of the central portion of the wedging sheet and they are not parallel to one another or to the sides of the central portion.
Container Having Dunnage Components Movable In Opposite Directions and Method of Using Same
A container for holding product therein during shipment and being returned for reuse has a base and opposite sides. The container has multiple levels of dunnage components, the dunnage components of at least one level being movable between open and closed positions to enable an operator to load and unload products more easily. The dunnage components of at least one level may have openings through which pass guides supported at least partially by the container.
Refrigerator
A structure for packaging an interior part such as a shelf and a door guard to prevent the interior part from being damaged due to impact and friction during transportation of a refrigerator is provided. Each of the shelf and the door guard may be accommodated in a shock-absorbing member in a state of being separated from each mounting portion to be fixed within a storage chamber. The shock-absorbing member coupled with the shelf or the door guard may be packaged by a package member and be fixed to a shelf mounting portion of an inner case.
Container
A container includes a container main body and a cushioning. The container main body is configured with an accommodation space that is to accommodate a to-be-accommodated object with a flat plate shape. The container main body includes a base, a side wall, and a recess. The recess is formed in a peripheral part of the base and recessed from a surface of the base. The cushioning is to be set in the recess in multiple different postures. The cushioning has a first surface including a first receiving surface and a second receiving surface. In a state in which the cushioning in a first posture or a second posture is set in the recess, the first receiving surface or the second receiving surface faces the accommodation space and the second receiving surface or the first receiving surface is buried in the recess.
