The leg extends from the base in a second direction opposite the first direction. The packing component includes a first portion and a second portion. The first portion defines a first aperture configured to receive the leg. The second portion defines a second aperture configured to receive the head portion.
Packing container for display device
A packing container for a display device includes: a main tray; a first panel support portion configured to protrude from a base portion disposed inside the main tray; a first base protruding portion configured to protrude from the base portion, and to be opposite to a first side surface of the first panel support portion; and a first sub-tray located on the first panel support portion of the main tray, wherein the first sub-tray includes: a second panel support portion located on the main tray, wherein the second panel support portion is opposite to a panel support surface of the first panel support portion; and a first lower protruding portion configured to protrude from a first edge of the second panel support portion toward the base portion, and to have an end portion between the first side surface of the first panel support portion and the first base protruding portion.
CONTAINER AND PROTECTION MEMBER
A bottom surface member of a container defines an xy plane, and a side surface member defines an xz plane and a yz plane. A protection member includes a receiving portion having a receiving surface parallel to the xz plane and a support portion integrally formed with the receiving portion. The receiving portion includes a first flat plate portion that includes the receiving surface and is parallel to the xz plane. The support portion includes a contact portion that is in contact with a side surface of the side surface member and a second flat plate portion parallel to the yz plane.
Bendable Cargo Securement Device and Method
A compact bendable cargo securement device for stabilizing unrestrained items in the bed or cargo area of a pick-up truck or storage area in a motorhome or recreational trailer is disclosed. It may also be used as a stabilizer doing woodwork and other jobs that require stability of the work platform. The device will conform to any surface and has the ability to wrap around objects—both regular and irregular shaped—and will hold them and keep them from shifting. As disclosed, the bendable cargo securement device is composed of a flexible tube loaded with filler material when used and deployed for securing objects. The flexible tube is preferably fabricated from rubber or any material allowing sufficient flexibility for the cargo securement device to wrap around items while having suitable strength to avoid puncture/destruction from deployment. Each end of the device requires a closure to contain the filler material.
Storage container
A storage container includes: a storage portion having a rectangular bottom portion, a side wall, and a hollow region; positioning members positioning a rectangular plate-like structural body inside the hollow region; positioning members positioning a rectangular plate-like structural body inside the hollow region; and grooves formed in the storage portion, each of the grooves being formed in the inner side surface at an inner corner of the bottom surface, and two of the grooves being formed at two inner corners adjacent to each other. Each of the positioning members is detachably fitted into the storage portion into corresponding one of grooves. Each of the positioning members includes a joint member in contact with one of the grooves and a contact member detachably fitted into each other. The contact member includes an engaged portion, a contact portion, and an intervening portion integrally formed with the contact portion.
CORNER SLEEVE CUSHIONING DEVICE WITH REAR-END REINFORCED STRUCTURE
A corner sleeve cushioning device with a rear-end reinforced structure includes first air and second air column surfaces, and a bottom air column surface connected between bottom portions of the first and second air column surfaces. The first, second, and bottom air column surfaces each have a plurality of air columns, and a receiving space is formed therebetween. An inner fixed portion and a rear-end fixed portion respectively bind an inner surface of an outer end of the first air column surface and an inner surface of an outer end of the second air column surface with each other. The rear-end fixed portion is opposite to the receiving space and located at an outer side of the inner fixed portion, so that the corner sleeve cushioning device has a rear-end reinforced structure with a double layer protection formed at an outer side of the receiving space.
Tray with buffering members for carrying display panel
A tray for carrying a display panel is disclosed, and the tray includes a base configured to support the display panel, supporting members on the base and each having an inner surface corresponding to two adjacent sides of each of corner portions of the display panel, and buffering members coupled to the inner surface of each of the supporting members and configured to contact the two adjacent sides of the display panel, wherein the buffering members are spaced apart from the inner surface of each of the supporting members by a set distance.
Self-locating structural packaging element
A self-locating structural packaging element, including an elongate portion of material extending, along a longitudinal axis, from a first terminal end to a second terminal end; a vertex, defined along the longitudinal axis, from the first terminal end to the second terminal end; a first packaging element leg, extending laterally from the vertex to a distal end, the first packaging element leg having one or more alternating ridges and grooves, each of the alternating ridges and grooves of the first packaging element leg extending along the longitudinal axis; a second packaging element leg, extending laterally from the vertex to a proximal end, the second packaging element leg having one or more alternating ridges and grooves, each of the alternating ridges and grooves of the second packaging element leg extending along the longitudinal axis; and an alignment extension portion formed in a portion of the first packaging element leg.
Transport Unit for a Filter Module, and Method for Transporting a Filter Module
The invention relates to a method for transporting a filter module (10) comprising an elongate and tubular housing (12) and at least one flat filter segment (26) arranged in the housing (12), said method comprising the following steps: a. arranging the filter module (10) in a transport container (44); and b. orienting the filter module (10) in the transport container (44) such that a plane of the filter segment (26) is arranged at least approximately vertically in the normal transport position of the transport container (44).
WAFER CUSHION
Wafer cushions for use in wafer carriers include spring beams that include a first arm extending from the frame of the wafer cushion in a first direction and a second arm extending from the first arm in a second direction, and a wafer contact at the end of the second arm opposite where the second arm is joined to the first arm. The wafer cushion may contact a substrate within the wafer carrier only at the wafer contacts during normal conditions. The substrate may also contact secondary contact points on the second arm when a shock event occurs. The wafer contact can be v-groove style wafer contact. The wafer contact may include a contact surface having a convex surface where it is configured to contact the wafer.
