Packaging filler insert for stacked washer/dryer unit
A packaging filler insert includes a first packaging filler insert end and a second packaging filler insert end. A first packaging filler insert side extends from the first packaging filler insert end to the second packaging filler insert end and a second packaging filler side extends from the first packaging filler insert end to the second packaging filler insert end. An outer packaging filler insert face has at least one tab, and an inner packaging filler insert face located and positioned opposite from the outer packaging filler face. A pair of filler inserts are positioned between upper and lower portions of an item that is shipped in a carton, to provide support for the upper portion, such as via engagement with corner posts positioned between the filler inserts and adjacent corners of the carton.
Cushioning, packing, and package
Cushioning supports a bottom corner section of an article being packed. The corner section has a bottom face, a first side face, and a second side face. The cushioning includes a first cushioning member and a second cushioning member that are separable from each other. The first cushioning member includes a bottom section that faces the bottom face of the corner section of the packed article and a first side section that faces the first side face of the corner section of the packed article. The second cushioning member includes a second side section that faces the second side face of the corner section of the packed article.
Packaging system and method
A packaging system included a support member and a packing component. The support member includes a base, a head portion, and a leg. The head portion extends from the base in a first direction. The leg extends from the base in a second direction opposite the first direction. The packing component includes a first portion and a second portion. The first portion defines a first aperture configured to receive the leg. The second portion defines a second aperture configured to receive the head portion.
WASHER BASE
A washer base used to support components of a washing machine or other large household appliance, particularly the centralized load elements, during assembly, shipping and handling by restricting their movement is provided.
Unthreaded Casing Thread Protector
A combination of a casing tube and a closed end unthreaded tubular thread protector that has an inside diameter significantly greater than the outside diameter of the casing tube is described. Further, the thread protector is typically much longer than the threaded portion of the associated casing tube such that a significant amount of axial movement of the protector relative to the casing tube is required to remove it therefrom. The casing protector is most typically comprised of a polymeric material, such as polyethylene or polypropylene, that is soft enough as to not damage or mar the threads on the casing in which it is in contact, but stiff enough in the tubular form of the protector to prevent impact loads from being transferred to the threads there beneath.
STORAGE CONTAINER
A storage container comprises: a storage portion and a side wall provided around the bottom portion, and a hollow region defined by an inner side surface and a bottom surface and having a generally cuboid shape; and a positioning member positioning a rectangular plate-like structural body as a storage target inside the hollow region. In the storage portion, a groove is formed in the inner side surface and the positioning member is detachably fitted into the storage portion. The positioning member includes a joint member in contact with the groove and a contact member detachably fitted into each other. The contact member includes: an engaged portion to be engaged with the joint member, a contact portion having two contact surfaces receiving a corner of the storage target and forming a generally right angle, and an intervening portion to be provided between the side wall and the joint member. The contact portion and the intervening portion are formed integrally.
PACKING CONTAINER FOR DISPLAY DEVICE
A packing container for a display device includes: a main tray; a first panel support portion configured to protrude from a base portion disposed inside the main tray; a first base protruding portion configured to protrude from the base portion, and to be opposite to a first side surface of the first panel support portion; and a first sub-tray located on the first panel support portion of the main tray, wherein the first sub-tray includes: a second panel support portion located on the main tray, wherein the second panel support portion is opposite to a panel support surface of the first panel support portion; and a first lower protruding portion configured to protrude from a first edge of the second panel support portion toward the base portion, and to have an end portion between the first side surface of the first panel support portion and the first base protruding portion.
Packaging System and Method
A packaging system included a support member and a packing component. The support member includes a base, a head portion, and a leg. The head portion extends from the base in a first direction. The leg extends from the base in a second direction opposite the first direction. The packing component includes a first portion and a second portion. The first portion defines a first aperture configured to receive the leg. The second portion defines a second aperture configured to receive the head portion.
Shower door glass pane packaging assembly
A packaging assembly is provided with a base that is sized to receive at least one shower door glass pane. At least one shower door glass pane is received within the base. A handle is mounted to the base. A plurality of projections extends from a bottom surface of the base to rest upon an underlying support surface and to reduce friction between the packaging assembly and the underlying support surface. The base includes a box with an opening formed in opposed surfaces of the box to expose a portion of the at least one shower door glass pane.
Flat-pack packaging material for drums
Provided is an inexpensive packaging member whereby musical drums can be packaged for transportation, in a short time and in the most compact manner, and can be safely transported. The packaging member can be inexpensively produced using a simple structure whereby cardboard or other sheet member is cut in a predefined shape and perforations are made therein. Furthermore, the packaging member is flat-packed and therefore does not occupy space during transportation and storage. In addition, packaging time can be shortened and drums can be safely transported. The flat-packed packaging member can be reused countless times if the contents are the same size.
