COMPOSITE CASE HAVING RETAINING BAG INCLUDING BEAD REFILL MECHANISM
A protective carrying case for a firearm is disclosed, wherein the protective carrying case includes a top component, a bottom component, and semi-hexagonal ends, wherein the top component and the bottom component are constructed from carbon fiber. The protective carrying case additionally includes a retaining element with vacuum split functionality to retain elements within the case.
SHIPPING CONTAINER SYSTEMS
There is disclosed a packaging system including an outer container having a bottom and four upstanding sidewalls defining an outer container volume, the outer container further comprising an outer container top, and an inner compartment having an inner compartment bottom, four upstanding sidewalls including an inner compartment front, an inner compartment back, and two opposing inner compartment ends, the four upstanding walls bounding a perimeter of the inner compartment bottom, and an inner compartment top, wherein the inner compartment is formed by an inner compartment panel folded to form the inner compartment bottom, the four upstanding inner compartment sidewalls and the inner compartment top, wherein the packaging system includes a plurality of suspension elements maintaining an air gap between the outer container and the inner compartment, and wherein the outer container and the inner compartment are formed from a packaging system material.
Shipping system for shipping glass sheets
A shipping system for shipping planar substrates includes a plurality of planar substrates stacked to form a pack and a plurality of interleaving material including substantially spherical beads positioned between the substrates of the pack and configured to carry a load. Substantially all of the beads have a diameter within 25% of D.sub.max, where D.sub.max is a diameter corresponding to a size of an opening of an upper limit sieve used in the shipping system. Also disclosed are a spacer for use in a shipping system for shipping planar substrates, a wrapped system for shipping planar substrates, a method of wrapping a system for shipping planar substrates, and a powder applicator.

PROTECTIVE PACKAGING STRUCTURE FOR COMPRESSIBLE MATERIALS
A more robust packaging structure for maintaining the integrity of compressible biologically active materials during storage and especially during transportation is provided. These containers protect the materials from shock, vibration, deformation, or separation from agitation. The compressible materials may be in the form of synthetic fibers, and may include a composite of fibers and beads or granules. Suitable materials that may benefit from such a robust packaging structure include synthetic materials that comprise a biologically active ceramic or glass.
SCOOTER TRANSPORT CONTAINER
A scooter transport container that houses and retains an electric scooter securely in a natural upright position whenever transporting. The scooter transport container includes a plurality of panels defining an interior cavity. An opening is defined in at least one of the front or the rear end of the transport container to permit insertion and removal of the scooter in the interior cavity. Wheel chocks prevent movement of the scooter in a longitudinal direction within the transport container. A left and a right lateral support pad are disposed on an interior of the transport container and protrude from left and right opposed sidewall panels to abut with a lateral side edge of a deck of the scooter for supporting the rider or a lateral frame member of the scooter. The lateral support pads are configured to retain the scooter 40 in an upright condition within the transport container.

Bendable cargo securement device and method
A compact bendable cargo securement device for stabilizing unrestrained items in the bed or cargo area of a pick-up truck or storage area in a motorhome or recreational trailer is disclosed. It may also be used as a stabilizer doing woodwork and other jobs that require stability of the work platform. The device will conform to any surface and has the ability to wrap around objects—both regular and irregular shaped—and will hold them and keep them from shifting. As disclosed, the bendable cargo securement device is composed of a flexible tube loaded with filler material when used and deployed for securing objects. The flexible tube is preferably fabricated from rubber or any material allowing sufficient flexibility for the cargo securement device to wrap around items while having suitable strength to avoid puncture/destruction from deployment. Each end of the device requires a closure to contain the filler material.
