Fresh Cosmetic Composition Delivery System

A fresh composition delivery system includes a package with two compartments separated by a foil seal for separating a cosmetically acceptable carrier from an unstable active ingredient. An elastomeric bulb with a dart can be actuated by the user to pierce the foil seal so that the carrier and the active can be mixed in the package to form a composition shortly before use. For the resulting mixed composition, the level of the unstable active ingredient in the composition decreases by less than 6% over 7 days when stored at 25 C. at 60% relative humidity.

Mixing and/or transferring device

A device for mixing a first substance and a second substance, or for transferring at least one of the substances, which are present in a first or second receptacle, the device including a first adapter with a circumferential wall, along which extends a cannula body, and a hollow-cylindrical section that is connected to the cannula body; a second adapter with a circumferential wall, along which extends a cannula body; and a hollow-cylindrical section that is connected to the cannula body; when the first and the second adapter are assembled, the hollow-cylindrical sections inter-engage in a liquid-tight manner, and the first and the second adapter are connected to each other in a detachably screwed manner.

Fresh-keeping bottle

A fresh-keeping bottle includes a volumetric bottle having a bottle cap, a bottle body and a base. The upper end of the bottle body has a liquid squeezing outlet. The lower part of the bottle body is fixed with the base that includes a flexible bottle bottom and a cylindrical support. The upper edge of the bottle bottom is fixed in the inner wall of the cylindrical support. The liquid can be squeezed from the fresh-keeping bottle by pressing with a single hand without leakage. Solid and liquid materials can be separately packed at the upper and lower parts of a package bottle through tinfoil, which is punctured through sharp protrusion of the bottle bottom to mix the solid and liquid materials. The bottle keeps the powder fresh in transmission and storage and can simply mix the solid and liquid material together without needing special work when in use.

Multiple dosing device and magazine

The present disclosure concerns a multiple dosing device and magazine for releasing one or more doses of additive. The multiple dosing device comprises a magazine having a number of through openings, each receiving a tube, containing a dose of additive. The through openings and tubes extended axially between two opposite ends of the magazine. The tubes are arranged moveable in an axial direction inside respective through opening. Each tube has a pointed lower end. An upper foil and a lower foil are placed adhered to the opposite ends of the magazine. The ends of the tubes are placed abutting or adjacent the upper and lower foils, respectively. The multiple dosing device further comprises an activation part with push buttons, which push buttons are placed for controlling the axial position of one tube each.

Connecting and container system

A connecting system for providing a fluidic connection between containers, the connecting system having at least two connecting arrangements configured to produce the fluidic connection. Each container has an initial state in which the two containers are fluidically separated from one another and a connected state in which the two containers have been fluidically connected together by a relative movement of the containers. A securing device prevents relative movement of the containers in the initial state, and a receptacle is provided in which the securing device can be accommodated for enabling said relative movement. The system is usable in a method for preparing a mixture of substances in which the containers are placed in a connecting orientation with the securing device arranged between the containers in a manner preventing fluidic connection of the containers, and releasing the securing device for enabling fluidic connection the containers by a relative connecting movement.

Reagent component dispensing caps for reagent containers used in automated clinical analyzers

Described is an automated reagent dispensing cap and methods of use in an automated clinical analyzer for introducing one or more reagent components housed in the reagent dispensing cap into a container enclosing another reagent component with which it is combined to achieve a reagent useful for diagnostic testing.

Transfer cannula
11981494 · 2024-05-14 · ·

A transfer cannula for sterile transfer of fluids to powders or fluids to fluids from a first receptacle into a second receptacle has two tube sections running in the same direction which have different lengths in the longitudinal direction of the tube sections, the longer tube section terminating in an insertion tip. The tube sections are rigidly connected to a coupling wall surrounding the tube sections in a cylindrical manner. The coupling wall has a cutout which extends as far as an end edge of the coupling wall and in which, when viewed from the side, an insertion tip of each tube section is exposed. The coupling wall projects beyond the insertion tip in the direction of the longitudinal extent of the tube sections, and the cut-out widens in a corresponding V-shape at the end edge.

MULTIPLE CONTAINER DEVICE
20190210757 · 2019-07-11 ·

Disclosed is a dual container device comprising a bottom container comprising a first base, a top member comprising one or more first openings, and a first wall extending between the first base and the top member, a top container comprising a second base comprising one or more second openings, and a second wall extending from the second base, an intermediate wall extending either upwardly from the upper rim of the first wall or downwardly from the lower rim of the second wall, the intermediate wall for slidably receiving the container that is not attached thereto therethrough, and guides and tracks disposed on the interior surface of the intermediate wall and the exterior surface of the wall of the container received within the intermediate wall such that motion of the top container with respect to the bottom container is restricted to between an open position and a closed position.

Expandable Container

A container system includes a body having a first end and a second end. The first end has an opening formed therethrough. The body defines a plurality of ribs between the first end and the second end that are configured to actuate between a compressed state and an expanded state to vary a volume inside the body. A dissolvable concentrated material is disposed within the body. When a predetermined amount of water is introduced into the body after the plurality of ribs are actuated into the expanded state, the dissolvable concentrated material dissolves in the water to produce a mixture having a predetermined concentration.

Metering device made of plastics material
10315830 · 2019-06-11 · ·

The metering device includes a metering container which can be fitted with screwing action on a standard bottle neck. The metering container has a funnel-shaped base, which is adjoined by a cylindrical lateral wall having, at the upper end, a cross-sectionally u-shaped collar, to which a cover surface can be applied in a form-fitting manner. At the top of the metering device is a pressure-exerting head with an encircling, detachable periphery. A puncturing mechanism having a two-part pressure-exerting pin can be actuated by the pressure-exerting head. The puncturing mechanism is fixed to the cover surface, prior to initial use, and is separated out of the cover surface by a cylindrical casing wall on the pressure-exerting head. The second part of the puncturing mechanism has a punching sleeve, which severs membranes which close the metering container, whereupon the contents of the metering container can be supplied into the bottle.
