A liquid drink concentrate dispensing system is provided. It includes a concentrate storage container and a housing with a piercing device for providing a flow path for selective discharge of drink concentrate into a cup for diluting with water. The storage container includes a pump to effect selective discharge of the concentrate.

A mixing container for mixing multiple materials comprises a container body in which multiple storage chambers are formed in a storage part by a partition wall that is a raised portion of a wall surface forming the storage part, and a lid member attached to the container body such that the multiple storage chambers are separately sealed; the partition wall is configured to be deformable into a concave part recessed in a movement direction of the partition wall through movement in a direction from the lid member toward the container body with a circumferential edge of the storage part sealed to the lid member; and when the partition wall is deformed into the concave part, the multiple storage chambers are deformed into one storage chamber.

The container is used with a larger vessel such as a blender into which the capsule is inserted and into which water or other fluid is poured. An assembly (10) including a container (12) having a first end (14) and an opposing second end (16). The assembly (10) also includes a housing (18) for removably receiving a cartridge (20) of the type including a substance storage compartment (22) for storing a substance therein. The housing (18) is connectable to the second end (16) of the container (12). When connected to the container (12), the housing (18) is movable relative to the container (12). A rupturing device (24) is provided for rupturing the storage compartment (22) upon relative movement between the housing (18) and container (12), so as to combine any storage compartment contents with any container contents. The rupturing device (24) is mounted within the container (12). A container opening (26) is provided in the first end (14) of the container (12); and a closure (28) provided for sealing the container opening (26). The closure (28) is movable between a closed position, and an open position for providing access to the container (12).

This invention relates to a packaging and distribution assembly (10) for a fluid product, of the type comprising: a storage member (22), comprising a tubular reservoir (40) able to receive a first fluid composition; a closed chamber (130) in communication with the tubular reservoir; and a pressurization member (24), able to move axially in such a way as to decrease a volume of said closed chamber. The closed chamber is sealed from the air in a deployed configuration of the storage and pressurization members, corresponding to a maximum volume of the closed chamber.

The storage member (22) and the pressurization member (24) comprise means (76) for breaking the seal of the closed chamber in a compact configuration of said storage and pressurization members, said compact configuration corresponding to a minimum volume of the closed chamber.

The present invention relates to a container comprising a substantially tubular body forming a first volume for receiving a first fluid, said body having a first and a second end, said first end comprising a dispenser provided with an aperture making it possible to dispense the contents of the container, said second end comprising a closure element, the closure element comprising a flexible wall making it possible for said flexible wall to be displaced between a first and a second position relative to said dispenser in order to thus dispense the contents of the container, wherein the container comprises a capsule with an outer wall forming a second volume for containing a second fluid, the capsule being positioned between the dispenser and the flexible wall respectively, the capsule being suitable for releasing the second fluid into said first volume during or after a first displacement of said flexible wall, from its first position towards its second position.

A container apparatus includes a first container and a second container for receipt by the first container. A temporary seal is formed in part by each of the first container and the second container. The temporary seal maintains the second container in the first container. The second container is movable between a first position, in which the temporary seal is engaged, and a second position, in which the temporary seal is disengaged. A mixing container includes a body having an upper opening and containing a dissolving agent, at least one receiving chamber protruding outward from an inner peripheral surface of the body, having a hollow defined in the protrusion where a press-through pack (PTP) sheet is fittable from inside the body, and formed from a flexible material, a support including a plate and a releasing hole that communicates with an inlet of the hollow in the receiving chamber when the plate is installed on the inner peripheral surface of the body and allows a substance stored in the PTP sheet to be released into the body, and holds an edge of the PTP sheet between the inner peripheral surface of the body and the plate, and a holding structure that holds the support on the inner peripheral surface of the body.

A blender for blending ingredients from a container with a fluid includes a bottle including a chamber with an opening to receive the fluid and a shoulder about the opening. The blender further includes a lid configured to couple with the bottle that includes a container receiver. The container receiver is configured to receive the container containing the ingredients and position the container against the shoulder when the lid is coupled to the bottle, wherein the shoulder is configured to have a shape and size to receive and seat the container. The container receiver is further configured to apply pressure to the container while the shoulder holds the container stationary to discharge the ingredients from the container into the chamber.
