A fish delousing installation includes a warm water source, and a fish slide for fish to slide down. The fish slide has a fish inlet, a fish outlet, and a slide length defined therebetween. A plurality of shower nozzles are in communication with the warm water source and are positioned to shower the fish with warm water as the fish slide from the fish inlet to the fish outlet.

SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR SOLAR GREENHOUSE AQUAPONICS AND BLACK SOLDIER FLY COMPOSTER AND AUTO FISH FEEDER
20170172083 · 2017-06-22 ·

A system, method, and computer program product for an aquaponics, and greenhouse system, including a solar greenhouse insulated on north, east and west sides and with glazing on a south side at an angle to maximize winter sunlight, and housing: a fish tank; grow beds coupled to the fish tank; and hydroponic tanks respectively coupled to the grow beds. The grow beds are coupled to a fish tank geyser pump internal to the fish tank, and a hydroponic tank geyser pump internal to a respective one of the hydroponic tanks. The fish tank and hydroponic tank geyser pumps are powered by an external air pump via an air selector switch to pump and aerate water from the hydroponic tank to the grow bed and to pump water from the fish tank to the grow bed and aerate water of the fish tank.

AQUACULTURE SYSTEMS AND METHODS
20250064030 · 2025-02-27 ·

An aquaculture system can include stacked growth trays. Animals, such as shrimp, can be transferred between the growth trays for different stages of growth. Waste water can be removed from the growth trays and can be processed by a water treatment system. Treated water can be returned to the growth trays. A valve in a first configuration can permit water to circulate through the growth tray, while impeding the animals from exiting the growth tray. In a second configuration, the valve can permit the animals to exit the growth tray, such as for transition to a subsequent growth tray. A sweeper system can be used for cleaning and/or mixing the water in the growth tray, and/or for pushing the animals out of the growth tray during a transition.

KIT FOR ASSEMBLING AN AQUARIUM AQUAPONIC ASSEMBLY AND AQUARIUM AQUAPONIC ASSEMBLIES THEREOF
20170105393 · 2017-04-20 ·

A kit for an aquarium aquaponic assembly is disclosed. The kit comprises generally an aquarium module, a garden module, a reservoir module, drain conduits fluidly connecting the modules and a pump. The reservoir module has a top opening adapted to receive and maintained both the aquarium module and at least one garden module. Each garden module supports terrestrial plants and is located directly adjacent to one side of the aquarium module and located below a predetermined operating water level of the aquarium module. The aquarium module comprises a transparent tank adapted to be partially supported by the reservoir module. The system is designed such that the waste water from the aquarium module flows to the garden module for irrigating and feeding the plants. The waste water flowing from the garden module is filtered and directed to the reservoir module then pumped back to the aquarium module.

SMART CLOUD-BASED INTERACTIVE AQUARIAL DEVICE

A smart cloud-based interactive aquarial device, mounted on an aquarium and connected to at least one cloud server to communicate with an electronic device through the cloud server, including an image capturing device for capturing images in the aquarium; at least one peripheral control device including a feeding member for feeding fish foods into the aquarium automatically or according to a feeding instruction of the electronic device; a processing module connected to the image capturing device and the peripheral control device to control operation thereof; and a wireless communication module for enabling the smart cloud-based interactive aquarial device to communicate with the cloud server or the electronic device, sending images captured by the image capturing device to the cloud server for storage and sending at least one instruction to the processing module through the cloud server.

Method and system for utilizing heat in a plant or animal growing device, and greenhouse

A method for utilizing heat in a plant or animal growing device includes circulating a heat transfer fluid through a circuit forming a closed fluid loop, heating the heat transfer fluid by a heat source, supplying heat from the heat transfer fluid to a first heat user which may be a thermal desalination unit, and returning at least part of the heat transfer fluid that has been cooled down. The heat transfer fluid supplies heat to at least one additional heat user serially arranged before or after the thermal desalination unit. The temperature ranges of the heat transfer fluid are within the optimal operating temperature ranges of the respective heat users in the fluid circuit. A corresponding system and greenhouse by which the method of the invention may be implemented is also described.

Aquatic organism rearing system and aquatic organism rearing method

An object is to maintain the hydrogen sulfide concentration in rearing water at a constant value without measuring the hydrogen sulfide concentration in the rearing water. The present invention includes: a water tank 10 that stores rearing water W leaving a gas phase at an upper part; a gas sensor 50 to detect hydrogen sulfide gas concentration in the gas phase G; and a hydrogen sulfide supplying means F to supply hydrogen sulfide to the rearing water W based on a detection signal output from the gas sensor 50 so as to maintain a hydrogen sulfide concentration in the rearing water W at a predetermined value.
