The insert and the head part are connected in a form-fitting and/or force-fitting manner. An outwards facing surface of the insert interacts in regions radially (R) with an inward facing surface of the head unit in a connection region transversely to a longitudinal direction (L) of the insert. The surface of the insert and of the head part have, in the connection region, a larger diameter in a region facing away from the head part than in a region facing the head part in the longitudinal direction (L), respectively.
DISPENSING DEVICE AND SYSTEM FOR BIOLOGICAL PRODUCTS
A handheld dispensing device has a first dispensing element configured to dispense a structural material and a second dispensing element configured to dispense a biological material. The second dispensing element is single-use and sterilizable. The first dispensing element is connectable to the second dispensing element. A dispensing system also is provided and has a sterilizable chamber; at least one robotic arm assembly and a dispensing device within the sterilizable chamber. The at least one robotic assembly is configured to move the dispensing device that has a first dispensing element and a second dispensing element. The first dispensing element is releasably connectable to the second dispensing element. An external control is device connected to the robotic arm assembly and controls the at least one robotic arm assembly. The first dispensing element dispenses a structural material and the second dispensing element dispenses a biological material.
FOOD PREPARATION PACKAGES, SYSTEMS, AND METHODS
A food preparation package is disclosed. In some embodiments, the food preparation package can include a burst compartment, a first compartment to contain a first food ingredient, and a second compartment to contain a second food ingredient. The food preparation package can also include a first frangible seal separating the burst compartment and at least one of the first and second compartments. In addition, the food preparation device can include a second frangible seal separating the first and second compartments. Fluid pressure introduced into the burst compartment can break the first frangible seal and the second frangible seal to introduce the first food ingredient and the second food ingredient to one another within the package. In other embodiments, a food preparation package can include a first compartment to contain a first food ingredient, and a second compartment to contain a second food ingredient. The food preparation package can also include a frangible seal separating the first and second compartments. In addition, the food preparation package can include a filter to prevent unwanted material carried by a fluid from entering or exiting the package. Introduction of the fluid can provide a fluid pressure that breaks the frangible seal and introduces the first food ingredient and the second food ingredient to one another within the package.
Hair color applicator
An apparatus for applying a two-component liquid composition to a surface has a housing having an open end, an inner surface and an outer surface, an applicator retained in the housing and projecting through the open end, two containers removably mounted to the inner surface of the housing, each container having a dispensing nozzle extending through an aperture in the housing and arranged adjacent the applicator. There is a cutting device arranged on the housing adjacent the nozzles, the cutting device having at least one blade, wherein pressing the cutting device causes the blades to pierce the nozzles and allow contents of the containers to exit the containers and flow to the applicator.
EDIBLE PASTE DISPENSER
An edible paste dispenser for applying decorative icing to cakes and other foods includes a tip assembly that connects paste containing chambers of a dual-chamber pastry bag and directs edible paste into a common extrusion nozzle. The tip assembly includes a pair of mating tubes secured via a locking nut to the extrusion nozzle. The tubes each have a sidewall portion that is generally S-shaped in cross-section and permits stable assembly and cooperative engagement of one tube with the other tube. After insertion of a tube into each pastry bag chamber, the tubes are attached to a common extrusion nozzle. The resulting extruded paste can include two different colored decorations, which can appear swirled S or other curvilinear shape provided by the two engaged cones. The tips of the cones, and paste containing bags, terminate just above the exit portal of the common nozzle.
