Stackable microwave tower
A stackable microwave covers including a first food cover that includes a top wall for supporting a first food item and having a particular shape that has a first area, one or more side walls slanted at an outward angle from beneath the top wall, wherein a top of the one or more side walls defines a second area that is smaller than the first area, wherein a bottom edge of the one or more side walls defines a substantially similar shape to the particular shape of the top wall and has a third area greater than the second area and less than the first area, and wherein the top wall and the one or more side walls form a first cavity for positioning a second food item.
Methods and Tools for Hip Replacement with Superscapsular Percutaneously Assisted Total Hip Approach
A minimally invasive surgical procedure for replacing a hip joint is provided. A main incision is initiated at a point being a projection of a tip of a greater trochanter and extends proximally about a distance in the range of from 1 cm to 8 cm in line with the femoral axis. An inline capsulotomy is performed, while keeping muscles and posterior capsule intact, to expose the hip joint capsule for accessing the hip joint. The femoral canal is prepared for receipt of a femoral implant. The femoral head is resected and removed out of the acetabulum. A step of acetabular preparation is performed using a retractor comprising two tip rails, each tip rail having a plurality of tines. Related tools, devices, systems and methods are also provided.
Food cooking system
A food cooking system (1A) of the present invention includes: a single-serving food package (19) including food (F) and an accommodating body (10) that accommodates the food (F); a heating chamber (2); a steam supplier (3); and a microwave supplier (4); and heats and cooks the food (F) in the single-serving food package (19) with steam and microwaves. The accommodating body (10) has a wall portion that defines an accommodating space for the food (F). The wall portion includes a bottom surface portion (11) on which the food (F) is placed and a peripheral surface portion (12), and vent holes (15) for steam to pass through are formed in the wall portion. Steam at a temperature of 85 to 130 C. is supplied into the heating chamber (2) by the steam supplier (3), and microwaves with an actual output of 500 to 3000 W are supplied for 15 to 180 seconds by the microwave supplier (4) while the steam is supplied into the accommodating body (10) via the vent holes (15).
Adjustable Tray
A tray for supporting a food product includes a plurality of panels extending at least partially around an interior of the tray, the plurality of panels including a central panel, at least one side panel, and at least one end panel. At least one corner flap is foldably connected to the at least one end panel, and at least one adjustment feature receives at least a portion of the at least one corner flap such that the tray is reconfigurable between an erected configuration and a collapsed configuration.
Food Storage Container
A food storage container is described. The food storage container includes a base with sidewalls extending upward from the base. The base and the sidewalk forming an interior volume. A plurality of tracks disposed in the base on the interior of the container. The tracks are configured to accept at least one divider therein. Dividers are placed in the container to create partitions. The container has a lip located at the top of the sidewalls. A lid may be included with the container to seal the container. In one embodiment the lid creates a waterproof seal. Handles may extend from the sidewall such that the handles can be used to carry the container.
Packaging for a food item
A packaging or wrapping for a food product, capable of resisting to high temperatures and of eliminating the overpressure generated by the water vapour inside the packaging due to temperature rise, without the same packaging having any aperture communicating its inside and the outside environment. The packaging is also adapted to restrain/reduce the emission of odor-generating substances that are generated during the heating or baking of the packaged food product, with respect to what occurs in the absence of a packaging, or with a packaging provided with apertures.
Method of producing a heat-resistant polymer-coated oven board, an oven board obtainable by the method, a food tray and a food package
The invention covers a method of producing a heat-resistant polymer-coated oven board, the resulting oven board, a food tray and a food package, which comprise such board and withstand heating in a range or microwave oven. According to the invention the coated oven board (1) is made by adhering a premade heat-resisting film (4) comprising polyethylene terephthalate (PET) or its derivate, such as glycol-modified PET known as PETG, to a board base (2) by extrusion lamination, in which an adhesive layer (3) comprising polyamide (PA) is extruded between the heat-resisting film and the board base. To improve the strength and barrier properties, the film (4) may be an extruded multilayer film and/or the film may be stretch-orientated to bring about crystallization in PET.
COOKING CONTAINER HAVING STEAM DISCHARGE PORTION
The present disclosure relates to a cooking container having a steam discharge portion, wherein a lid film attached on the steam container does not need to be opened when seal-packed food is heated and cooked by using a microwave oven, and a uniform pressure can be maintained during heating and cooking so that cooking quality of the corresponding content can be improved.
Dent prevention structure of food cooking container
The present invention relates generally to a dent prevention structure of a food cooking container. More particularly, the present invention relates to a dent prevention structure of a food cooking container, in which the dent prevention structure allows vapor produced from contents in the container to be discharged to the outside of the container through a discharge hole, and allows outside air to be supplied to an inner space part of the container through the discharge hole, thereby preventing the container from being dented inwards. The dent prevention structure being open at an upper part thereof to store food includes: an inner space part; a flange surface; a main sealing protrusion part; an auxiliary sealing protrusion part; a discharge hole; a sharp part; and protrusion guides.
Microwave packaging material
A microwave packaging material for forming a construct for holding a food item. The microwave packaging material can include a film at least partially secured to a substrate by a pattern of adhesive. A plurality of closed cells can extend between the film and the substrate, each closed cell of the plurality of closed cells can be at least partially defined by the pattern of adhesive, and each of the closed cells can be configured to expand during heating to form respective expanded cells. The microwave packaging material further can include a bonded region extending along at least a portion of the microwave packaging material. The film can be secured to the substrate along the bonded region, and the bonded region can be for forming at least one recess among the expanded cells and can be for extending along the food item when the microwave packaging material is heated.
