Insulated block packaging assembly
A packaging assembly includes first insulation blocks, second insulation blocks, and third insulation blocks, each insulation block arranged in contact with at least one other insulation block to define a void, the packaging assembly including at least one enclosure, the insulation blocks at least partially surrounded by the at least one enclosure.
Thermal insulation box with cooling mechanism
The invention relates to a smart thermal insulation box, including thermally insulated layers with mitered edges forming a thermally insulated space, and said space surrounded by cardboard material. The box has externally viewable and operable temperature and humidity sensors, where the sensors are preferably fixed inside the box to one side. The temperature monitoring system monitors temperature of the insulated space and facilitates delivery of refrigerant into it through a refrigerant delivery system when the temperature of insulated space exceeds a set value. One of the cardboard panels forming the top of the box which overlays the insulation layer has a window configured to overlay the display panel. An audible alert system may also be included to alert users to temperature or humidity excursions.
Cooler assembly with turreted article-storage legs
A cooler assembly includes a cooler body and a plurality of turreted article-storage legs. The cooler body has integrally formed insulated side walls and an insulated bottom. The side walls and bottom cooperate to define an insulated interior compartment of the cooler assembly. The turreted article-storage legs are located adjacent the side walls of the cooler body and reside outside of the interior compartment. Each turreted article-storage leg has a hollow interior and an open top for receiving an article to be stored within the hollow interior.
CONFIGURABLE CONTAINER
A portable insulated storage container includes a first divider and an insulated body. The first divider includes a first projection defining a length having a first dimension and a width having a second dimension. The insulated body has an internal cavity adapted for storing items and at least partially bounded by a bottom, a first wall, and a second wall opposite the first wall. The first wall includes a first groove adapted to receive the first projection in a first orientation. One of the first wall and the second wall includes a second groove adapted to receive the first projection in a second orientation. The first groove has a width adapted to receive the width of the first projection and the second groove has a width adapted to receive the length of the first projection.
COLLAPSIBLE HARD-SIDED COOLER
A hard-sided collapsible cooler includes a cooler body and a lid rotatably attached to the cooler body. The cooler body includes a frame, a base, and multiple panels. First one or more panels of the multiple panels are rotatably attached to the frame, and second one or more panels of the multiple panels are rotatably attached to the base. The multiple panels and the base define a cavity of the cooler body when the hard-sided collapsible cooler is un-collapsed.
Transport container for transporting temperature-sensitive transport goods
A transport container for transporting temperature-sensitive transport goods includes an interior for receiving the transport goods and an enclosure enclosing the interior and provided with a heat insulation, wherein at least one latent heat accumulator and at least one active temperature-control element are provided for controlling the temperature in the interior. The enclosure is preferably a multilayer enclosure, wherein a heat insulation, a latent heat accumulator, and optionally an active temperature-control element, are configured as mutually separate, superimposed layers of the enclosure.
Thermally insulated container
The present invention provides a thermally insulated shipping container comprising a thermally insulating layer defining a first void, a main layer containing phase change material (main PCM layer) within the first void and defining a second void within the first void, a barrier layer containing phase change material (barrier PCM layer) within the second void and distinct from the main PCM layer, the barrier PCM layer defining a third void within the second void, the container being arranged to receive a product for transportation inside of the third void, wherein the main PCM layer has an average thickness greater than the average thickness of the barrier PCM layer, the barrier PCM layer comprises of an envelope in which the phase change material of the barrier PCM layer is contained and the barrier PCM layer is configured to maintain the phase change material with a relatively even distribution within the envelope.
METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR MAINTAINING TEMPERATURE-SENSITIVE MATERIALS WITHIN A DESIRED TEMPERATURE RANGE FOR A PERIOD OF TIME
Method and system for maintaining temperature-sensitive materials. According to one embodiment, the method involves positioning temperature-sensitive materials within a product box and positioning phase-change material around the product box. If the edges of the product box where adjoining sides meet are covered by phase-change material, then the product box and the phase-change materials are loaded into a frame-and-panel-type insulated container in which an insulating material having a higher R-value is located along the container edges and an insulating material having a lower R-value is spaced away from the container edges. By contrast, if the edges of the product box are not covered by phase-change material, then the product box and the phase-change materials are loaded into a frame-and-panel-type insulated container in which an insulating material having a lower R-value is located along the container edges and an insulating material having a higher R-value is spaced away from the container edges.
Customizable Storage Container
A customizable storage container is provided. The device includes a shell member comprised of a shell base and at least one shell sidewall disposed around a perimeter of the shell base, thereby defining a shell interior volume. A lid is rotatably secured to an open end of the shell sidewall and is secured to the shell sidewall by a shell closure. The shell member is disposed around an insulation material, and the insulation material is further disposed around a storage compartment. The storage compartment is comprised of a storage base and at least one storage sidewall disposed around a perimeter of the storage base, thereby defining a storage interior volume. A pouch is disposed on an exterior surface of the shell member. The pouch and the shell member include a cleanable material that can be drawn on by a marking material. The cleanable material can be cleaned off and reused.
Free-standing modular frame and liner for holding liquid in a shipping container
A system for treating wastewater includes an intermodal shipping container and a scalable, modular receptacle spaced apart from interior walls of the container. The receptacle includes a plurality of frame structures spaced apart from one another. The frame structures each include two elongate frame members that are spaced apart from one another and that extend in parallel. The receptacle further includes an insulation member supported between the frame members of adjacent frame structures. The insulation member defines an inner surface that is coplanar with inner surfaces of the frame members.
