Recyclable, thermally insulated shipping container with packed, loose-fill organic insulation
A recyclable, thermally insulated shipping container is entirely constructed from organic fiber materials in such a manner that the container is curbside recyclable without separation of component materials. The container includes a corrugated cardboard outer box having a bottom wall, a plurality of sidewalls and a top wall, a corrugated cardboard inner liner assembly comprising a corrugated cardboard inner box having a bottom wall and a plurality of sidewalls, and a corrugated cardboard lid assembly. The outer box, inner liner assembly and lid assembly cooperate to create a plurality of thermally insulated cavities which are filled and uniformly packed with predetermined volumes of loose-fill cellulose (organic fiber) insulation to create a predetermined insulating value. The container provides a fully insulated six-sided product cavity to receive a temperature-controlled product. A portion of the product cavity may be filled with a PCM or other thermal media to provide a consistent temperature profile.
Portable Cooler
A newly designed portable cooler with a lateral opening, a lateral cover, a top opening, a top cover, and a storage compartment formed by four walls and a base. The lateral opening traverses through the first wall. The top opening is delineated on the top edge of the four walls located on the base. The user may store or remove food items via either the top opening or the lateral opening, depending on the user's position relative to the portable cooler.
PADDING ARTICLE WITH AGGLOMERATED CANCELLOUS BODY
The disclosure relates to padding articles comprising a cancellous body formed from an agglomeration of grains made from a polymer material and are bonded together in a cancellous structure. The padding articles provide thermal insulation, sound insulation, cushioning, or a combination thereof. The disclosure also relates to container systems that include the padding articles, apparatuses/methods for manufacturing the padding articles, and methods of use thereof.
Container system for transport of biological material, uses thereof and methods of packaging
The invention relates to a container system for transport of biological material comprising a container casing and an insulating device, wherein the container casing defines a container interior space for accommodation of the insulating device and for accommodation of biological material to be transported, and wherein the insulating device is constituted of at least two insulating portions, which are formed so as to surround the biological material inside the container interior space. The invention further relates to uses of such a container system for packaging and transport of biological material, as well as methods of packaging biological material for transport.
Transport container for transporting temperature-sensitive transport goods
In a transport container for transporting temperature-sensitive transport goods, there is a chamber for receiving the transport goods and a shell enclosing the chamber. The shell has at least one first latent heat storage element wherein the heat storage element is arranged in a heat exchanging relationship with the chamber. The at least one first latent heat storage element includes a carrier material which is dimensionally stable at use temperature, and a phase change material distributed within the mass of the carrier material, so that the at least one first latent heat storage element is dimensionally stable in a temperature range both below and above the melting point of the phase change material. The at least one first latent heat storage element is designed as a casting part which surrounds the chamber in one piece, seen in cross section, at least over half the circumference.
Pop-up liner
An insulating container liner comprising a first sectioned insulating panel piece comprising an insulating material and a thermoplastic shell enclosing the insulating material, wherein the first sectioned insulating paneling piece forms the bottom, a side and top of the insulating container liner; a second sectioned insulating panel piece comprising an insulating material, and a thermoplastic shell enclosing the insulating material, wherein the second sectioned insulating paneling piece forms the remaining three sides of the insulating container liner; and a flexible outer bag housing the first and second sectioned insulating panel pieces wherein the bag is attached to the first and second sectioned insulating panel pieces.
A CORE MATERIAL FOR A VACUUM INSULATION PANEL AND A METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME
Provided are a core material for a vacuum insulation panel, a vacuum insulation panel, an insulated container, and a method for manufacturing a core material for a vacuum insulation panel. A core material for a vacuum insulation panel includes: an intermediate layer containing a polyester fiber or a polypropylene (PP) fiber; and an outer layer laminated on the intermediate layer; wherein the outer layer contains a thermoplastic fiber capable of thermal bonding.
Hinged wrap insulated container
An insulation wrap includes an insulation batt defining a top end and a bottom end, the insulation batt defining an inner side and an outer side; a wrap liner blank including an inner portion extending across a first panel and a second panel of the wrap liner blank, the inner side of the insulation batt positioned facing the inner portion; a ledge portion extending across the first panel and the second panel of the wrap liner blank, the ledge portion hingedly coupled to the inner portion by an inner hinge, the top end of the insulation batt positioned facing the ledge portion; and an outer portion extending across the first panel and the second panel of the wrap liner blank, the outer portion hingedly coupled to the ledge portion by a ledge hinge.
NESTABLE COOLERS
Various examples are provided for a nestable cooler and a nestable cooler system. In one embodiment, the nestable cooler includes a hard-shelled body. A lid is coupled to the hard-shelled body and movable between an open position and a closed position. The hard-shelled body includes a first and a second longitudinal sides formed with a shelf on an interior surface of each of the first and second longitudinal sides, each shelf protruding inwardly into a cavity. The nestable cooler system can include the nestable cooler and a second nestable cooler. A base of the second nestable cooler can rest on the shelf when the second nestable cooler is disposed within the cavity.
CONTAINER FOR TRANSPORTING TEMPERATURE-CONTROLLED ITEMS
A container for transporting materials in a temperature-controlled manner.
