20190308794 · 2019-10-10 ·

A food storage container includes two or more thermally insulated compartments that can facilitate storage of hot and cold items in a single container. The container includes sidewalls and interior walls that provide thermally insulated barriers. The container further includes a cover that also provides a thermally insulated barrier and securely complements each of the compartments within the container. The cover also includes a gasket or seal along its perimeter.

SHIPPING SYSTEM FOR STORING AND/OR TRANSPORTING TEMPERATURE-SENSITIVE MATERIALS

Shipping system for storing and/or transporting temperature-sensitive materials. In one embodiment, the system includes an outer box having four side walls, bottom closure flaps, and top closure flaps. A vacuum insulated panel (VIP) is detachably coupled to one of the top closure flaps and is removably covered by a cover. An insulation unit is removably positioned within the outer box, the insulation unit including a plurality of VIPs arranged to define a cavity bounded by a bottom wall and four side walls. A disposable liner is removably mounted on the insulation unit. The liner may be a thermoformed sheet and may cover the interior and top surfaces of the insulation unit. A plurality of temperature-control members and a product box may be removably positioned in the liner. Preferably, the liner is shaped so that the temperature-control members snugly fit around all sides of the product box.

INSULATING CONTAINER

An insulating container having a base and a lid is provided. The lid may be rotatable about a hinge from a closed configuration to an open configuration and may be secured, via one or more latching devices, in the closed configuration. In some examples, the insulating container further includes a pull handle assembly with a telescopic three-stage arm configuration defined by a stowed configuration, a partially extended configuration, and a fully extended configuration. In other examples, the insulating container further includes a wheel assembly with a pair of wheels mounted with one or two axles, and further including a wheel grommet for absorbing shock and cushioning the axle.

TRANSPORT CONTAINER SYSTEM AND TRANSPORT CONTAINER

The transport container (6) has an inner bottom (7) and an inner shell (8) and forms an upwardly open receiving space (9) for goods to be transported. The inner container (6) comprises at least one inwardly protruding projection (11), at least on each of two opposite sides, on the upper edge of the inner casing (8). The clear distance between the oppositely arranged projections (11) is slightly smaller than the corresponding inner dimensionlength or widthof the inner bottom (7) in the receiving space (9), such that the projections (11) form a support for a latent heat storage element (10), i.e. a latent heat storage element (10) with a corresponding outer dimension can be positioned on said projections (11).

A transportation box (100) comprising a plurality of first phase change materials (16), a plurality of second phase change materials (20), a first box (18) adapted to enclose a payload box (10), a second box (22) and an outer box (14). The payload box (10) is embedded with the plurality of second phase change materials (20). Further, each of the plurality of first phase change materials (16) is placed above and below the payload box (10). The second box (22) is adapted to contain temperature sensitive products and is nestable within the payload box (10). The first box (18) is nestable within the outer box (14). The plurality of first phase change materials (16) and the plurality of second phase change materials (20) are arranged in a manner such that air in between controls heat flow into and within the first box (18).

RETAIL DELIVERY PACKAGES AND METHODS OF PRODUCT DELIVERY

In some embodiments, systems, apparatuses and methods are provided herein that enable delivery of retail products. Some embodiments provide retail product delivery transport packages, comprising: a base; a first set of tapered walls comprising at least two side walls that are separated by a length of the base and extend from the base at an angle such that a distance between the first tapered wall and the second tapered wall at the opening is greater than a distance between the first tapered wall and the second tapered wall at the base, and wherein the first and second tapered walls are configured to frictionally engage first and second tapered package support walls, respectively, of a delivery package carrier system; and a second set of at least one wall comprising at least a first vertical wall.

Insulation System for Ground Mobile Robots Designed for Last-Mile Deliveries
