DRINK CONTAINER AND LEAK PROOF PLUG LID FOR USE THEREWITH
A drink container and three position plug lid for use therewith. The lid includes a tubular seal with a flexible perimeter seal wall attached between upper and lower seal carriers, a lifter member attached to the lower seal carrier and a cam member to control movement of the lower seal carrier relative to the upper seal carrier and thereby laterally flex and axially move the perimeter seal wall and move the lid between closed and opened positions where the lid is retained within the drink container against removal, and a removal position permitting removal of the lid for washing the lid and drink container.
Transport container
The present invention provides a transport container comprising; a first container having a first inner wall with a storage space for storing a transported object and a first outer wall provided on the outside of the first inner wall so as to form, with the first inner wall, a vacuum space therebetween; a first lid that is heat-insulating and is for removably sealing a first opening of the first container; a second container having a second inner wall with a space for storing the first container and the first lid and a second outer wall provided on the outside of the second inner wall so as to form, with the second inner wall, a vacuum space therebetween; a second lid that is heat-insulating and is for removably sealing a second opening of the second container; and a heat storage material for surrounding the transported object inside the storage space.
Insulated bottle
An insulated bottle includes an inner container having an inner wall that defines an inner chamber within which a product is received. The insulated bottle includes an outer container having an outer wall that defines an outer chamber. The inner container is received within the outer chamber of the outer container. A space is defined between the inner wall and the outer wall. The insulated bottle includes a label shrink wrapped to an outer surface of the inner wall of the inner container. The label is positioned within the space defined between the inner wall and the outer wall.
FLASK WITH ATTACHED TUMBLERS
A transportable flask. The transportable flask includes a bottle, where the bottle is configured to hold a liquid beverage. The transportable flask also includes a cap, where the cap is configured to attach to the bottle and prevent removal of the liquid beverage when in position. The transportable flask further includes a first cup, where the first cup is releasably attached to the bottle and a second cup, where the second cup is releasably attached to the cap.
ACTIVELY HEATED OR COOLED DRINKWARE CONTAINER
A container has a chamber and a phase change material (PCM) that can remove heat from the chamber. The container can have a thermal conductor movably coupled in the container between a retracted position and a deployed position, where in the deployed position, while on a heat sink unit, the thermal conductor can draw heat from the PCM to solidify or charge the PCM, which can then maintain the chamber in a chilled state for a prolonged period of time. The container can have one or more heating elements in thermal communication with the chamber and operable to add heat to the chamber to increase or maintain a temperature of the chamber in a heated state for a prolonged period of time.
Bowl and Method of Forming a Bowl
A bowl may be configured to include an outer body that has a u-shaped cross section, and the outer body may have a bottom configured to support the bowl on a surface, the bottom also including a circular groove around a circumference of the bottom and a bracket within the circular groove, wherein a foot is inserted within the groove, and wherein the foot is secured to the circular groove by the bracket. The bowl may include an inner body, wherein the inner body is concave and dome-shaped. The inner body may hold a liquid or solid, and the inner body is connected to an upper edge of the outer body. An internal cavity is formed by the outer body and inner body, and the internal cavity is insulative. The connection formed by the upper edge of the outer body and the inner body may be seamless.
DECOMPRESSION HEAT-INSULATING PIPE STRUCTURE
A decompression heat-insulating pipe structure that can exhibit the desired heat-insulating performance and is easy to assemble. In the structure, a space between ends of inner and outer tubes is decompressed. The outer tube includes a first flange, which extends radially inward from an axially one end thereof, and a second flange, which extends radially outward from the axially other end thereof. The inner tube includes a third flange, which extends radially inward from an axially one end thereof and is opposed to the first flange at an axially inward position of the first flange, and a fourth flange, which extends radially outward from the axially other end thereof and being opposed to the second flange at an axially outward position of the second flange. First and second elastic seal members are disposed between the first and third flanges and between the second and fourth flanges, respectively.
CELLPHONE COUPLABLE CONTAINER ASSEMBLY
A cellphone couplable container assembly having a portable and reusable container operably configured to store liquid contents within an internal cavity while simultaneously retaining a cellphone or other similar electronic device magnetically selectively attached to the exterior of the portable container. In one embodiment, a plurality of magnets with ferromagnetic properties are disposed on the outer shell of the cellphone couplable container assembly and are proportionately shaped and sized to correspond to a cellphone magnet disposed on a user's cellphone. Additional protrusions may provide additional structural support for a more secure of the cellphone to the cellphone couplable container assembly.
Portable Thermal Insulated Apparatus
A portable thermal insulated apparatus for cooling or heating items stored therein. The thermal insulated apparatus includes a container having a lid that removably secures to an open first end thereof and a reservoir unit that removably secures to an open second end. The container includes an inner tube and an outer tube forming an insulated double-wall sealed at both ends in which the lid and reservoir unit can be connected thereto. The reservoir unit removably receives a thermal unit that provides cooling or heating to the contents of the container when affixed thereto. The thermal unit is separable from the reservoir unit, such that the thermal units are interchangeable as needed. In some embodiments, the thermal unit is directly securable to the lid and the second end of the container is permanently sealed.
Lid for container
An insulating container may include an opening, which can be sealed by a closure. The closure may have an upper portion with a handle that has a circular curvature equal to the cylindrical portion of the closure. The closure may also have a lower portion that is joined to the upper portion by an injection molded polymer element. The closure may also be in the form of flip type of closure such that the lid can be selectably opened or closed by the user by rotating a flip closure into either the opened or closed position. The closure may also be a two-part lid having a lower cap that may be configured to be removably-coupled to the container and an upper cap that may be configured to be removably-coupled to the lower cap.
