CUSTOMIZABLE, MODULAR THERMAL INSULATOR
A novel modular thermal insulator is disclosed. The insulator comprises a pliable, thermally insulated container and a one-piece, self-standing, pliable shell. The container includes a front wall, rear wall, left wall, right wall, and bottom wall defining an interior compartment preferably lined with a thermoplastic polyurethane coated nylon. The container also includes a top cover pivotally connected to the rear wall. Each wall and top cover of the container is preferably thermally insulated using high-density open-cell foam insulation. Each wall of the shell defines a form-fitting receptacle for frictionally receiving the container. The shell is preferably comprised of a fabric material capable of being embroidered with, for example, a logo, name, or other indicia. The front wall, rear wall, left wall, right wall, and bottom wall of the container are slid into the receptacle of the shell and held in place by frictional engagement. Thus, with this invention, a user may have multiple, personalized shells, and choose which shell to use depending on the occasion. The result is a high-performance, soft-shelled, customizable thermal insulator with different looks.
INSERT FOR HOLDING AN INSULATING MATERIAL OF A TRANSPORT CONTAINER
Insert for accommodating an insulating material of a transport container, comprising a lid compartment, a base compartment and at least one side wall which comprises a continuous accommodating compartment for an insulating material, which accommodating compartment completely encloses a receiving space delimited by the top compartment and the base compartment.
Recyclable cellulose based insulated liner
A recyclable expandable insulating liner comprising: a web of multilayer cellulose-based material configured to form a one-piece box shape when expanded, comprising four side panels and a bottom panel, wherein each side panel is connected to adjacent side panels and the bottom panel, and at least one of the side panels comprise an intra-panel connection line connecting two sections of the panel.
INSULATED BOX ASSEMBLY
An insulated box assembly includes a monolithic outer box comprising four outer lateral sidewalls, the four outer lateral sidewalls defining an inner surface of the monolithic outer box, the inner surface defining an inner cavity; a monolithic inner box comprising four inner lateral sidewalls, the monolithic inner box received in the inner cavity, the four inner lateral sidewalls defining an outer surface of the monolithic inner box; and a monolithic sidewall liner affixed to the outer surface of the monolithic inner box and received in the inner cavity between the outer lateral sidewalls and the inner lateral sidewalls, the monolithic sidewall liner configurable in an unfolded configuration and a folded configuration; wherein, in the unfolded configuration, the monolithic sidewall liner is substantially planar, and in the folded configuration, the monolithic sidewall liner is folded to define four lateral liner panels.
Compartmentalized shipping container for temperature control material distribution
An insulated shipping container is provided for maintaining a substantially uniform internal temperature. The base, walls and lid of an outer box define an enclosure. An insulating body and an insulating cover are located within the enclosure and define an insulated cavity. A chamber having a plurality of chamber sides is configured to hold one or more payloads at the substantially uniform internal temperature. A temperature control material distribution structure is located within the insulated cavity for constraining motion of temperature control material units. The temperature control material distribution structure comprises at least one partitioned tray or trough. The at least one partitioned tray comprises a tray bottom; and a plurality of partition walls extending away from the tray bottom and defining a plurality of partition compartments.
Cup with integrated folding lid
Embodiments provide a cup with an integrated lid that comprises top, center, and bottom portions. The top portion of the cup defines an opening and is attached to a plurality of integrated lid sections extending from the top portion and separated from the top portion by one or more fold lines. The plurality of integrated lid sections may be folded inward over the opening defined by the top portion to cover and at least partially seal the opening. The center portion defines a sidewall that extends between two ends that are affixed to at least each other. The bottom portion extends from the center portion and defines a base. The plurality of integrated lid sections may interlock to define a lid. The lid may be configured with a hole or spout for drinking or pouring the contents of the cup. The base, sidewall, and lid may define a frustoconical shape.
PACKAGING FOR THE COOLED STORAGE OF AT LEAST ONE PRODUCT AND ASSOCIATED CONTAINER
The invention relates to packaging (10) for the cooled storage of at least one product (12), with (a) an outer casing (14) that comprises (i) a base (22) and (ii) at least three walls (24), (b) an inner compartment (16) for accommodating the product (12) and (c) a coolant compartment (18) that (i) surrounds the inner compartment (16) on at least three sides and (ii) is water-tight, wherein (d) the outer casing (14) surrounds the coolant compartment (18) and wherein (e) the outer casing (14) and the inner compartment (16) are designed in such a way that the coolant compartment (18) is watertight and can be filled with water such that, after the water freezes, the water cools the products (12) in the inner compartment (16).
TELESCOPING INSULATED BOXES
A telescoping box assembly including an outer box including a plurality of outer side walls and an outer bottom, the plurality of outer side walls defining an outer top edge positioned opposite from the outer bottom, the outer box defining an interior cavity extending from the outer top edge to the outer bottom; an inner box including a plurality of inner side walls and an inner bottom, the plurality of inner side walls defining an inner top edge positioned opposite from the inner bottom, the inner box positioned upside down within the interior cavity with the inner top edge facing the outer bottom; and an access tab covering a corner of the inside bottom and a portion of the outer top edge, the access tab securing the inner box within the interior cavity.
CUP WITH INTEGRATED FOLDING LID
Embodiments provide a cup with an integrated lid that comprises top, center, and bottom portions.
