THERMAL INSULATION LINERS
Provided herein are products, methods, and kits, for use in regulating the temperature of an object. The present invention relates to thermal insulating liners for regulating the temperature of perishable goods or temperature sensitive products. The thermal insulating liners generally may be dimensioned to fit within a container. The thermal insulating liners may be quickly collapsed and reconstructed to improve stackability and diminish the amount of space required to store the thermal insulating liners prior to use.
Box insert with vertical rails
A method for using a register system, the method including engaging a cutout of a register with a rail of an insert, the rail connected to a center segment of the register, the register positioned substantially parallel to the center segment; and sliding the register along the rail while maintaining the register substantially parallel to the center segment.
RECYCLABLE, THERMALLY INSULATED SHIPPING CONTAINER WITH PACKED, LOOSE-FILL ORGANIC INSULATION AND PCM BLADDER INSERT
A recyclable, thermally insulated shipping container is entirely constructed from organic fiber materials in such a manner that the container is curbside recyclable without separation of component materials. The container includes a corrugated cardboard outer box having a bottom wall, a plurality of sidewalls and a top wall, a corrugated cardboard inner liner assembly comprising a corrugated cardboard inner box having a bottom wall and a plurality of sidewalls, and a corrugated cardboard lid assembly. The outer box, inner liner assembly and lid assembly cooperate to create a plurality of thermally insulated cavities which are filled and uniformly packed with predetermined volumes of loose-fill cellulose (organic fiber) insulation to create a predetermined insulating value. The container provides a fully insulated six-sided product cavity to receive a temperature-controlled product. A portion of the product cavity may be filled with a PCM or other thermal media to provide a consistent temperature profile.
Temperature insulated packaging systems and related methods
A temperature insulated packaging system includes a container having interior surface bounding an interior volume and a liner disposed within the interior volume and at least partially bounding a compartment configured to receive an item for temperature insulated shipping. The liner includes a first sleeve made of cellulose material and at least partially bounds a channel. The first sleeve has an outside wall disposed adjacent to the container and an opposing inside wall disposed adjacent to the compartment configured to receive the item for shipping, the channel being disposed between the inside wall and the outside wall. At least one insulation sheet is disposed within the channel of the first sleeve, the at least one insulation sheet being made of a cellulose material and having a plurality of recesses formed thereon.
Multiply-Insulated Assemblies
Provided are multiply-insulated articles, comprising at least first and second containers disposed together such that the interior volume of the first container is sealed against the environment exterior to the article.
INSULATED BOX ASSEMBLY WITH OVERLAPPING PANELS
A box assembly can include an exterior piece including a first middle portion, a second middle portion, a third middle portion, and a fourth middle portion; the first middle portion and the third middle portion positioned perpendicular to the second middle portion and the fourth middle portion; a plurality of insulator pads including a first side insulator pad, a second side insulator pad, and a third side insulator pad; the first side insulator pad contacting the first middle portion; the second side insulator pad contacting the first middle portion, the second middle portion, and the third middle portion; the third side insulator pad contacting the third middle portion; and an interior piece positioned within the exterior piece, the interior piece including a first side panel and a second side panel; the first side insulator pad positioned between the first side panel and the first middle portion.
NATURAL FIBER-BASED INSULATED PANEL AND TEMPERATURE CONTROLLED SHIPPING SYSTEM
A natural fiber-based insulating panel system to facilitate shipping. One or more natural fiber-based panels are inserted into the interior of a shipping container to encapsulate the payload, or on the exterior of the shipping container to encapsulate the shipping container and payload. A film or membrane may encapsulate one or more of the insulating panels. Micro perforations may be present in the membrane to facilitate the capture of moisture from the interior.
CUSTOMIZABLE, MODULAR THERMAL INSULATOR
A novel modular thermal insulator is disclosed. The insulator comprises a pliable, thermally insulated container and a one-piece, self-standing, pliable shell. The container includes a front wall, rear wall, left wall, right wall, and bottom wall defining an interior compartment preferably lined with a thermoplastic polyurethane coated nylon. The container also includes a top cover pivotally connected to the rear wall. Each wall and top cover of the container is preferably thermally insulated using high-density open-cell foam insulation. Each wall of the shell defines a form-fitting receptacle for frictionally receiving the container. The shell is preferably comprised of a fabric material capable of being embroidered with, for example, a logo, name, or other indicia. The front wall, rear wall, left wall, right wall, and bottom wall of the container are slid into the receptacle of the shell and held in place by frictional engagement. Thus, with this invention, a user may have multiple, personalized shells, and choose which shell to use depending on the occasion. The result is a high-performance, soft-shelled, customizable thermal insulator with different looks.
Thermal Insulation Box
A thermal insulation box includes a casing and a liner. The casing includes a casing body and a casing lid. The casing lid is openably coupled to an opening of the casing body. The liner is disposed in the casing body and includes a waterproof fabric and a thermally insulating layer disposed between the waterproof fabric and an inner wall of the casing body. The waterproof fabric is made of a mesh fabric having a mesh made of polyethylene yarns and at least one film bonded to each of two sides of the mesh.
Repulpable container
A repulpable insulated container assembly having a container formed of paper such as corrugated cardboard or varying paper materials and defining an interior; and a repulpable insert placed within the interior of the container and formed of a first paper layer; and a paper fiber pad coupled to the first paper layer.
