The dual-chambered liquid container canteen of the present invention includes a dual-chambered container with a vertical partition separating each chamber, the dual-chambered liquid container of the present invention includes a dual-chambered container with a vertical partition separating each chamber, three interchangeable lids with two separate non-removable inner wall compartments that fits inside each chamber of the container and securely separate the liquids while ensuring proper positioning of the lid over each compartment. A gasket molded into the rim of the container and vertical partition of the container to ensure a liquid airtight seal between each chamber and the lid, a gasket molded into the rim of the container and vertical partition of the container to ensure a liquid tight seal between each chamber and the lid, each lid has release holes for venting the container chambers to atmosphere as liquids are dispersed from the container.

DIELECTRIC HEATING OF FOAMABLE COMPOSITIONS

A method for dielectrically heating foamable composition to foam and set the composition is described. In particular, radio frequency (RF) heating is used to heat the foamable composition to provide insulation in the manufacture of an article.

Insulating cup

An insulating cup includes an outer body surrounding at least a portion of an inner body. The outer body folds inwardly and upwardly at the bottom end to form a distal fold that spaces the inner surface of the outer body at the bottom end away from the outer surface of the inner body. The outer body further includes an embossment across the majority of the length and width of the sidewall such that the inner surface of the outer body projects outwardly away from the inner body to space apart the inner surface of the outer body from the outer surface of the inner body in the location of the embossment. The distal fold and embossment separate the inner body and the outer body creating an insulating air space between substantially the entire inner surface of the outer body and the outer surface of the inner body.

PROCESS AND APPARATUS FOR FORMING OVERWRAP CONTAINER USING CLAMPING AND REFORMING

A method for forming an overwrap container includes the steps of a) providing a base container having a first side seam on a side wall that extends along a longitudinal axis to define an internal volume, and a bottom secured to the side wall; b) providing the side wall of the base container with connecting elements on an outer periphery of the side wall; c) providing an overwrap having a second side seam over the side wall of the base container such that the overwrap is joined in spaced apart relationship by the connecting elements to the side wall of the base container; d) clamping the overwrap to the base container along the second side seam to form a first compressed area; e) clamping the overwrap to the base container in an area 180 removed from the second side seam to form a second compressed area: and f) reforming the second compressed area to define an overwrap container having a substantially uniform spacing and air gap between the base container and the overwrap except in the first compressed area.

An insulated container includes a double-walled structure having a closed end, an open end, and a side wall extending from the closed end to the open end. The side wall and the closed end of the insulated container together form a hollow interior. A glass structure may be arranged within the hollow interior. The glass structure includes a body having an open upper end and a closed base end. According to an aspect, the insulated container includes a cover having a sipping portion. According to an aspect, the glass structure includes a sipping portion protruding from the double-walled structure, and a collar is positioned over the sipping portion of the glass structure.

DOUBLE WALLED CONTAINER
20200377284 · 2020-12-03 ·

A double-walled container is used to thermally isolate a stored substance from the external environment. The double walled container has an interior container, an exterior sidewall a flat base and a spacer ring. The interior container serves as a receptacle into which the stored substance is placed. The exterior sidewall is mounted onto the flat base so that the double walled container can be rested on a surface. The spacer ring is connected in between a rim of the exterior wall and a rim of the interior container. Thus connected, the spacer ring maintains the interior container in a position offset from the exterior sidewall. This enables an insulating compartment to be positioned in between the two components. Thereby, thermally isolating the interior container from the exterior sidewall.
