RE-PULPABLE INSULATED PAPER PRODUCTS AND METHODS OF MAKING AND USING THE SAME
Insulated paper products are disclosed. Methods of making and using insulated paper products are also disclosed.
SOLAR POWERED COLD CUP
A solar powered cooler cup is presented. The cup holds a beverage and may be transportable. The cup has a handle and a lid which allow for transport without fear of leakage or spillage. The cup also has a energy plant, a cooling segment and a heating coil. An on/off switch allows the power to be turned off when the cup is not in use. A system switch is provided that allows the switching from the cooling system to the heating system or vice versa. Further there is a charging port which may preferably be a USB port. A solar panel is coupled to the outside of the cup and provides energy for the system used to keep the beverage at a desired temperature. The solar panel may also charge the battery where the energy is stored in the plant.
Hollow Plastic Article
A hollow article for use as a beverage cup, or as a container, the hollow article having an annular sidewall and a base wall defining a central hollow cavity, a top rim of the sidewall and a bottom end of the sidewall, wherein the annular sidewall has a plastics material composed of a sandwich structure of inner and outer skins and an integral expanded cellular foam layer therebetween, wherein at least a portion of the annular sidewall has an inner surface of the sandwich structure inclined at a first acute angle to a longitudinal axis of the hollow article and an opposite outer surface of the sandwich structure inclined at a second acute angle to the longitudinal axis of the hollow article, wherein the second acute angle is greater than the first acute angle.
CONTAINER FOR RETRIEVABLY STORING SUBSTANCES AND RETAINING TEMPERATURES OF THE SUBSTANCES
A container for retrievably storing substances and retaining temperatures of the substances comprises a container body comprising a neck portion and a body portion, and a container cover comprising cover openings. The body portion comprises interior walls and an exterior wall disposed around the interior walls. The interior walls form chambers within the body portion. The neck portion comprises openings in a base wall of the neck portion. The openings lead into the chambers. Each of the interior walls is thermally isolated from the interior walls and the exterior wall. The interior walls and the exterior wall thermally isolate a substance for retaining a temperature of the substance stored in each of the chambers. The cover openings couple with the openings based on coupling the container cover with the neck portion. The container cover allows an independent retrieval of the substances from the chambers through the cover openings.
Packaging for a food item
A packaging or wrapping for a food product, capable of resisting to high temperatures and of eliminating the overpressure generated by the water vapour inside the packaging due to temperature rise, without the same packaging having any aperture communicating its inside and the outside environment. The packaging is also adapted to restrain/reduce the emission of odor-generating substances that are generated during the heating or baking of the packaged food product, with respect to what occurs in the absence of a packaging, or with a packaging provided with apertures.
Microstructured packaging surfaces for enhanced grip
A label with improved physical properties comprising: a base layer having a microstructured area; a composite microstructure having a first, second and third set of microstructures disposed on the microstructured area; a dry lift force attributable to the composite microstructure greater than 7 pounds according to lift testing; a wet lift force attributable to the composite microstructure greater than 7 pounds according to lift testing; an adhesive layer affixed to the base layer for affixing the label to a container; and, thereby providing a microstructured label having improved gripping physical properties that can be affixed to a container.
Beverage container system and components
A beverage container system may include a vessel having an interior volume for containing a beverage and shell having an interior volume for removably coupling vessel therein. The vessel may include an inner wall, an outer sidewall, and a sealed volume between the inner wall and the outer wall. The sealed volume may be at a vacuum pressure. The vessel may be constructed from glass while the shell may be constructed from a durable material such as stainless steel.
Method of assembling a double-walled container
A method of making a double-wall cup having an inner cup defining an inner wall and an outer wrapper defining an outer wall, the method comprising applying an adhesive on the inner wall, holding a portion of the wrapper, at a location between opposing ends of the wrapper, in contact with the adhesive while in spaced relationship with the inner wall to define a spaced condition, and wrapping the wrapper about the inner wall.
RE-PULPABLE INSULATED PAPER PRODUCTS AND METHODS OF MAKING AND USING THE SAME
Insulated paper products are disclosed. Methods of making and using insulated paper products are also disclosed.
Insulated multi-layer sheet and method of making the same
A multi-layer sheet includes an insulative cellular non-aromatic polymeric material, a film, and a polymeric-lamination layer. The insulative cellular non-aromatic polymeric material may be formed from a polymeric formulation comprising a base resin blend and a physical nucleating agent.
