CUP GUPPY AND BOTTLE BUDDY SYSTEM AND METHOD
A gripper for beverage containers, the gripper including; an elastomeric ring having; an outer surface; and an inner surface; wherein the outer surface and the inner surface are integral with one another separated by a thickness, the inner surface being configured to grippingly-receive and secure a hand-held beverage container such as a bottle or glass or cup for example.
Beverage container insulator
A beverage container insulator can include a body, an interior surface, an exterior surface, a first pattern of indicia, and a second pattern of indicia. The body can define a cylinder with an opening and a web at opposite ends. The body can also define interior and exterior surfaces. The first pattern of indicia can be positioned on the exterior surface, form readable text, and be oriented such that a bottom edge of the first pattern of indicia is positioned closer to the web than the opening. The second pattern of indicia can be positioned on the interior surface and does not form readable text. The body can fold over whereby both patterns of indicia are concurrently exposed and viewable. The patterns of indicia cooperate with one another to convey a message when the body is folded over.
BEVERAGE CONTAINER SLEEVE
A beverage container sleeve has a construction that simulates the appearance of a folded pocket square design when the sleeve is placed in a traditional suit pocket, or a pocket of any other garment. The sleeve has a cover that is collapsible to a generally flat configuration. The cover has an outer surface, an inner surface, and an open end for receiving a beverage container. The open end has an edge that is formed to define a profile of a folded pocket square. The sleeve has indicia imprinted onto the outer surface of the cover to simulate a folded pocket square when the sleeve is slid into a pocket.
CONTAINER AND METHOD OF FORMING A CONTAINER
An insulating container can be configured hold a wine bottle or other bottles that includes an outer shell and an inner shell. The outer shell and inner shell may be integrally joined together to form an insulated double wall structure with a sealed vacuum cavity between the two shells. A compressible support member may be placed to between a bottom wall of the outer shell and a bottom wall of the inner shell to help form a planar bottom wall of the inner shell when the vacuum cavity is formed. The insulating container may further include a cylindrical elastomeric disc that is a similar size and shape as the inner bottom wall and is located on the inner bottom wall.
SLEEVE, SLEEVE WITH WINDOW AND METHODS OF MAKING
The invention relates to a sleeve with a window for use with an item. The sleeve includes a substantially planar body, a first surface and a second surface, first part and second part, and a window formed in the first part. A print area is defined on the first surface of the second part, where a graphic can be added and the window substantially overlays the graphic in the assembled article. The invention also relates to a protective sleeve with a substantially planar body, an inner surface and an outer surface, a first junction area of substantially planar body and a second junction area of the substantially planar body. The first and second junction areas enable co-operating attachment therebetween, such that the substantially planar body is maintained as a sleeve. The invention also relates to a method of construction of a sleeve.
Absorbent Insulated Beverage Sleeve
An absorbent insulated beverage sleeve that is able to provide a moisture absorptive and thermal insulation to a variety of different types of beverage containers. The configuration of the absorbent insulated beverage sleeve allows many types of beverage containers to be readily inserted into the absorbent insulated beverage sleeve. More specifically, absorbent insulated beverage sleeve is comprised of two layers of material. The outer layer is an absorbent material and may have a woven textured to aid in grasping the container. The inner layer fabric absorbs the condensation forming on the beverage container and wicks the moisture away from the surface of the beverage container and the lid. The outer layer and inner layer includes a top elastic strip, a bottom elastic strip and lateral edge elastic strip. The outer layer and inner layer may be bonded together by an overlapping seam construction as known in the sewing arts.
BEVERAGE CASE WITH WALLS HAVING DETACHABLE INSULATION DEVICES
Some examples of the present disclosure include a beverage case for carrying multiple beverage containers. The beverage case can include multiple walls. At least one of the walls can have a detachable insulation device that is configured to be removed from the beverage case and attached to a beverage container.
Beverage Container Enclosure
A container enclosure for removably enclosing a container, the enclosure including a base component and a cap component configured to be removably coupled to the base component. The base component includes an outer shell having a base wall and a cylindrical sidewall extending upwardly therefrom, and an interior sleeve configured to be inserted within the outer shell. Further, the cap component includes an opening and a sliding tab configured to transition between a rearward position and a forward position to open and close the opening, respectively.
METHODS AND SYSTEMS FOR CONTROLLING AND MAINTAINING THE TEMPERATURE OF A DRINK WITHIN A DRINKING VESSEL
Disclosed herein are systems for controlling and maintaining the temperature of a drink. The system may include a receptacle defining a recess for receiving a drinking vessel. The system may have a stand for holding the receptacle upright. The stand may be releasably attached to the receptacle. The receptacle may include a top end portion, a bottom end portion, an inner wall portion, and an outer wall portion. The top end portion may define a top opening of the recess. A system may include a first receptacle defining a first recess for receiving a drinking vessel. The system may include a second receptacle for receiving a drinking vessel, wherein the second receptacle defines a second recess. The system may include a first stand operable to releasably attach to the first receptacle and the second receptacle. Also disclosed are methods for controlling and maintaining the temperature of a drink.
