A flow-through device includes a body, including a stem; a cap; a neck; a piston; and an applicator; and a bottle including a reservoir configured to hold a solution, wherein the piston is attached to the stem at a predetermined distance along a length of the stem away from a bottom face of the reservoir when the stem is inserted into the reservoir, forms a seal with a sidewall of the reservoir, and is configured to displace the solution filled in the reservoir into a hollow channel volume of the stem, an interior applicator volume of the applicator, and an interior cap volume of the cap, and the reservoir is filled with an overfilled volume of the solution filling into the hollow channel volume of the stem, the interior applicator volume of the applicator, and the interior cap volume of the cap.

The invention concerns a device for dispensing a cosmetic product (P) stored in heterogeneous form comprising solid elements (B) in suspension. The device comprises a container (1), a dispensing end-piece (4), a guide pipe for transporting the product between the container (1) and the dispensing end-piece (4), and means suitable for causing the product to flow from the container (1) towards the end-piece. The guide pipe comprises a device for breaking the solid elements (B) that comprises a first stage (E1), at the outlet of the container (1), forming a first portion of the guide pipe and comprising an evolving cross-section that has, at the outlet, edges that protrude into said guide pipe, and a second stage (E2), in the vicinity of the dispensing end-piece, forming a second portion of the guide pipe and having a gradually narrowing cross-section. The invention also concerns an assembly comprising such a device and a cosmetic or care product comprising solid elements (B) in suspension.

A device for securing a pet toy or treat and related methods are described. The device includes a body including one or more inner walls defining a void. The device further includes one or more non-slip features on the one or more inner walls that are configured to extend into the void. The device further includes a retaining feature movably coupled to the body. A cosmetics container simultaneously preventing leftover cosmetics therein and having an airtight function, the cosmetics container including a container main body in which cosmetics are accommodated; a rotating member rotatably coupled to the container main body, and having a cosmetics guide tube extending from the lower side thereof so as to be inserted into the container main body; a container cap for opening and closing the container main body; a brush rod extending from the lower side of the container cap so as to be inserted into the cosmetics guide tube, and having an applicator provided at the end portion thereof; and a piston screw-coupled to the outer periphery of the cosmetics guide tube of the rotating member while the outer peripheral surface thereof comes in close contact with the inner peripheral surface of the container main body.

A screw-operated dispenser providing for prevention of breakage of an engaged screw when a user rotates a turn member in the wrong direction, i.e., repels rather than propels an elevator. A tubular body holds a supply of product, which is dispensed by action of the elevator along a threaded shaft upon turning a base to either propel or repel the elevator along the shaft which is threadably engaged with the elevator. Certain lowermost revolutions of the thread on the shaft are chamfered at the bottom edge thereof so that when the elevator is in a lowermost position on the screw shaft and a user mistakenly rotates the turn member in a repel direction, the thread of the elevator will not engage, i.e., will override, the thread of the screw shaft thereby eliminating stress and/or pressure between the threads which may result in breakage of the screw shaft and render the dispenser inoperable.

A new type of syringe for delivering composite material for direct application of the material in the mouth of a patient. The new type of syringe includes a threaded screw for driving a piston through the syringe in order to extrude the material from the end of the syringe. The extrusion force is thus generated in the syringe, thereby allowing for a simpler, less costly motorised driving system using a torque driving movement. The syringe also includes a localised heating arrangement at the extrusion end.
