FLOW-LIMITING DEVICE AND CONTAINER FOR UNITARY PRODUCTS
A flow-limiting device that controls the distribution of unitary products from a container for holding said unitary products includes at least one dispensing opening, a body made of a polymeric material with an entry side, a dispensing side and a peripheral side extending in an axial direction of the body. The peripheral side has a lower and an upper axial end, the entry side has at least in part, a concave shape when viewed onto the entry side with at least one guiding surface. The dispensing side has at least in part, a concave shape when viewed onto the dispensing side. The dispensing opening is at an axial position between and spaced from the axial positions of the lower and upper axial end, wherein the entry side and/or the dispensing side include a plurality of elevated regions, which are arranged to define the concave shape.
ROTABLE CAP SYSTEM FOR DISPENSING ONE OR TWO TABLETS OR CAPSULES FROM A PHARMACY VIAL
A cap assembly for a pill bottle to allow dispensing only one or two pills at a time. The cap assembly has an inner cap with an opening and an outer cap with a similarly shaped and sized opening and allows for a pill to be dispensed when both openings are aligned. The inner cap has a mechanism for engaging the bottle and the outer cap has a mechanism for engaging the inner cap. The cap assembly reduces the dispensing area for a pill and prevents spillage. The invention may also have a third cap to provide a child-resistance cap assembly. Alternately, the cap assembly may comprise a removable insert with a triangular opening that fits into a mouth of the pill bottle.
Trash receptacle granule dispenser
A dispenser for dispensing scented granules into a trash receptacle includes an enclosure having an open top end, a bottom end, and a peripheral wall. The enclosure is fixed against a bottom side of a lid to the trash receptacle with a riser tube traversing an aperture of the lid and an attachment ring. A portion control flange is fixed inside the enclosure proximate the bottom end thereof to segregate a predetermined portion of the scented granules when the enclosure is in a first upright orientation. A top end of the portion control flange is fixed with the peripheral wall which has a discharge aperture therethrough below the portion control flange. When the enclosure is placed in a second orientation inclined towards the discharge aperture, the segregated scented granules slide between the portion control flange and the enclosure to exist the discharge aperture into the trash receptacle.
Trash receptacle granule dispenser
A device dispenses scented granules into a trash receptacle that has a least a side wall. An enclosure for holding the scented granules therein has at least a top end, a bottom end, a front wall, a rear wall, and includes at least one discharge opening in the rear wall and a refill opening proximate the front wall at the top end thereof. At least one conduit standoff projects away from each discharge opening and is adapted for fixing with the side wall of the trash receptacle. A portion control structure is fixed within the enclosure proximate the top end and cooperative therewith to segregate a portion of the scented granules when the enclosure is in an inverted orientation, and to deliver the segregated scented granules through a delivery conduit to the at least one discharge opening and conduit standoff when the enclosure is in an upright orientation.
PILL DISPENSER
A pill container and dispenser includes pill dispenser cap having a rotatable carousel with a pill receiving chamber. The carousel is rotatable between a position in which the chamber receives pills from a storage component of the pill dispenser, and a position in which the pill can be dispensed from the chamber to a user. The pill dispenser includes systems for detecting the dispensing of the pill, and systems for recording and/or reporting pill dispensing events to a mobile device or remote server to allow compliance tacking.
SWEEP BEAD DISPENSER
A single-bead dispenser including a container for holding plural beads in a spherical chamber, a wiper disposed within and rotatable about a horizontal axis of the chamber to sweep the inner wall of the chamber and transport a single contained bead upwardly from the chamber to an opening for discharge to a manually accessible platform on the container while leaving all the other contained beads in the chamber, a geared ring mounted externally of the container and manually rotatable about a vertical axis of the chamber, and a gear secured to the wiper and engaged and driven by the geared ring for effecting sweeping rotation of the wiper when the ring is turned. The wiper may be a lune of a hollow sphere close to and concentric with the chamber inner wall and may bear a dispensing scoop shaped to capture and convey a single bead to the opening.
DEVICE FOR DISCHARGING FIXED QUANTITY OF CONTENT, STORAGE CONTAINER HAVING SAME AND CONTENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
A discharge device coupled to a storage container accommodating contents to discharge a fixed quantity of the contents includes: a fixed portion configured to fix the discharge device to the storage container; a passage portion having an opening formed in a shape of a through-hole, through which the contents are discharged, at an upper end and configured to form a movement path for discharging the fixed quantity of the contents; and a passing movement portion rotatably installed at the fixed portion and configured to rotate for the contents to pass, wherein the passing movement portion includes an opening member configured to open or close the opening, a rotating shaft portion connected to the opening member and having a rotating shaft that serves as a center of rotational movement, and a blocking member connected to the rotating shaft portion and configured to rotate together with the opening member, while the storage container and the discharge device are tilted at a critical angle of inclination from an angle of inclination of 0? at which the storage container and the discharge device stand upright, a center of gravity of the passing movement portion is configured to be positioned relative to the rotating shaft for rotation of the passing movement portion to be suppressed, and the critical angle of inclination is an angle of the storage container relative to the angle of inclination of 0? at which the contents come in contact with the opening member.
Tablet Dispenser
A child resistant tablet product dispenser provides a container with a lid. The lid may be rotated along a first path in a first configuration which does not permit alignment of a window in the lid with a slot in the container. Upon activation of a latch mechanism, the lid can be moved vertically to permit rotation along a second path where the window and the slot align sufficiently to discharge product from the container.
DISPENSER
A dispenser or dispensing system. The dispenser can be a screw conveyor pill dispenser, tumbler pill dispenser, push-to-operate pill cap dispenser, twist-to-operate pill cap dispenser, or push-to-operate pill cap dispenser. The pill dispenser may include a pill dispenser control system that can interact with a personal device, such as a smart phone. The pill dispenser control system can implement communication with a personal device, pill identification, user identification and security, scheduling functions, and notifications. The pill dispenser can dispense pills manually, semi-automatically, or automatically.
A Medicament Dispenser
A dispenser for attachment to a medicament container is configured to convey a dose of medicament. The dispenser includes an outer part having a dose dispensing chamber, a circumferential wall and a dose dispensing outlet in the circumferential wall. An inner part is rotatably disposed within the outer part and has a dosing aperture, a circumferential wall, and a dose dispensing outlet in the circumferential wall. The outer part is rotatable relative to the inner part between a dosing position, in which the dosing aperture communicates with the dose dispensing chamber to allow a dose to pass through the dosing aperture and into the dose dispensing chamber, and a dispensing position, in which the dose dispensing chamber, the outlet in the circumferential wall, and the outlet in the circumferential wall align to define a dose dispensing path out of the dispenser for delivery of the dose to a user.
