Child-resistant, senior-friendly package
A package for containing tablets or like items is provided and has child-resistant and senior-friendly dispensing properties. The package includes an outer sleeve having opposed first and second wall panels. The first wall panel has a series of separate tear-away tabs. A separate card is contained within the sleeve and has a plurality of separate compartments and at least one reinforcement rib. A series of separate push-through chads is provided by the packaging and are directly opposed from and aligned with the tabs. The reinforcement rib provides a column support between the first and second wall panels and is of a height greater than that of the compartments. Each compartment is located directly between and aligned with one of the chads and one of the tabs, and the reinforcement rib provides a pre-determined amount of spacing between the tabs and the compartments.
Child-resistant and senior-friendly eco-friendly pill dispenser blister package
A blister and package system made of a blister card and an outer package with unique interacting locking mechanisms. The blister card or strip is inserted into the outer package or sleeve and locks immediately without having to further process the outer package or the blister card or strip. The user is able to expose the blisters from the outer package by disengaging the lock. The blister card or strip includes a formable, pliable sheet material, into which one or more individual cavities or blisters are formed. The separated cavities are loaded with product and sealed with one or more layers of puncturable or tearable sheet material, such as aluminum foil. The blister card or strip contains a plastic rivet assembly that forms an interference mechanism. The rivet is trapped by an internally formed panel and stopped by a catch flap included in the outer package.
PILL DISPENSER WITH CYLINDRICAL PACKAGE HOLDER FOR ARRAY-TYPE PACKAGES
A dispenser for dispensing pills stored into any one of a plurality of individual containers of an array-type pill package is provided. The individual containers have a generally flexible common top surface and all extend on a same side. The 5 dispenser includes a cylindrical package holder having a cylindrical periphery configured for holding the array-type pill package thereon with the individual containers projecting radially away and is rotatably mounted on a chassis. A controller system controls the rotation of the cylindrical package holder to bring a selected one of the individual containers in alignment with a pill extracting 10 mechanism.
ROTATING BLISTER DISPENSER
The present invention relates generally to dispenser packs (10) and in particular rotating blister dispenser packaging structures. A dispenser pack (10) comprises at least one circular blister pack (12) including blister cavities (14), wherein the blister cavities (14) are arranged along the circumference of the blister pack (12), and a casing (18) in the form of a closed box, wherein two of the opposite surfaces (A, B) of the casing (18) are square and a corner (C) of the casing (18) is removable for providing an opening (20) in the casing (10). The diameter D of the blister pack (12) is equal to the side lengths L of the two opposite surfaces (A, B) of the casing (18). The blister pack is rotatably mounted inside the casing (18) such that the axis of rotation passes through the center of the blister pack (12). The opening (20) provides access to at least one of the blister cavities (14).
A PACKAGE COMPRISING MEANS FOR OPENING BLISTERS
The present invention relates to a package (7) for pharmaceutical blister packs (12) comprising means (11) for removing the protecting foil of the blister packs. The package protects the blister packs (12) and at the same time provides an easy and convenient way of opening the blister pack for people at all level of ability and dexterity.
Packaging
A package includes a container having an open end and a closed end, and a slider slidably mounted within the container. A releasable locking feature is provided at a side of the package, which comprises a pair of locking edges, one associated with a sidewall of each of the slider and container respectively, and a release area for releasing a locking abutment between the locking edges. The release area is provided in the sidewall of the container having the locking edge, and the locking edge of the slider comprises two or more plies of a material used to provide the slider.
Multidrug pain management package
Disclosed herein is a multidrug pain management package to dispense two or more medicaments to treat pain comprising a primary n-polygon, and one or more concentric m-polygons, wherein each side of the n-polygon and m-polygons have at least n or m-medicament chambers capable of holding the two or more medicaments. Also disclosed herein is a multidrug pain management package comprising a disk, wherein the disk is divided into equally spaced regions, and wherein each region has chambers capable of holding medicaments. Also disclosed herein are single formulations to treat pain.
CHILD RESISTANT BLISTER PACKAGE
A package includes a blank having a face panel and a back panel. The face panel includes apertures and face tabs. The back panel includes gates that correspond with apertures, and tab strips that overlap the gates and are adjoined to back tabs. A blister pack is sealed between the face panel and the back panel whereby blisters align over gates and protrude through apertures. To remove an item from a blister, a tab is pressed out of the panels, a pull tab is pulled to move a slidable tab clear from the gate, and pressure is applied to force the item through the backing sheet of the blister pack and the gate.
MEDICATION PACKAGING AND DISPENSING SYSTEM
A medication packaging and dispensing system is provided. The system may include a plurality of medication booklets containing medication and a tray that is configured to retain the medication booklets. Each medication booklet may include a sequential tab assembly of pull tabs that aligns with a plurality of front cutouts and a plurality of back cutouts. This alignment configuration facilitates dispensing the medication from the medication booklet. The tray may include a riser that extends from a bottom wall of the tray at an oblique angle, and a first guide panel including a plurality of linear stops. The oblique angle may correspond to a pitch of the first guide panel. The riser and the plurality of linear stops may cooperate to maintain the medication booklets in a staggered configuration that is substantially parallel to the bottom wall of the tray. The system may further include a container for retaining the tray.

A multi-piece dispenser for confectionary products including a housing defining an inner chamber for storing a multi-piece package of confectionary product including a slot for receiving an end portion of the multi-piece package for dispensing the confectionary product and a retention member for retaining the end portion of the package within the slot for further dispensing.
