LIQUID SPRAY SYSTEM
A spray system for dispensing a homogenous mixture of a liquid formulation and propellant as an atomized aerosol where a fill cup containing a liquid base is connected to a charge can to pressurize the inside of the fill cup and to act as a propellant. The charge can is attached to the fill cup through a fitting in fluid communication with the interior of the fill cup, where the fitting may be configured to allow the pressurized charge can to be detached after adding a propellant compatible with the liquid base to the fill cup. Preferably the liquid formulation is a paint base that can be tinted at the point of sale before charging with the charge can.

Replaceable beverage outlet and conduit for dispenser
A beverage dispenser having replaceable dispensing components allows beverage-contacting elements to be removed and replaced. A needle or other conduit arrangement may be adapted for replacement, and the needle may be adapted to be inserted through a cork or other closure of a beverage container. A dispensing outlet may also be replaceable, allowing all beverage-contacting components to be replaced. The needle or other conduit may be engagable with a dispenser body by inserting a distal end of the needle into and through an opening in the body. A dispensing outlet may secure the needle to the body in an operation that fluidly connects the dispensing outlet to the needle.
System and method for assembling a pressure unit with a container
A new method for fully automatically manufacturing a fluid container with a pressure unit is described, which pressure unit is mounted in a fluid container. In a station the high-pressure container of the pressure unit is mounted with the closure and the bottom part and is clamped at the upper and lower ends by clamping means and is rotated by rotating means associated with the clamping means. The rotating pressure unit is welded by first laser means and by second laser means, whereas the laser beam of the first laser means being directed to a first joint area of the bottom part of the pressure unit with the container, and the laser beam of the second laser means being directed to a second joint area of the bottom part of the pressure unit with the container, which first and second joint area are separated at a distance to each other.
Spray applicator
A spray applicator assembly discharges distributable product from a cartridge using low air pressure. The cartridge is held captive between a piston advancing from the rear to expel contents and a nozzle snugly attached at the front to receive expelled contents and to convert the contents into droplets by subjecting the contents to an array of focused high velocity air streams. The nozzle has an open barrel design and is able to discharge a variety of liquid or viscous distributable product without readjustment, other than resetting a proportioning valve in the low pressure air feed line. An air chamber immediately in front of the cartridge nose provides constant backpressure, which dominates to cleanly stop flow of distributable product into the nozzle whenever the piston stops advancing. When the piston resumes advancement, the flow restarts cleanly. Clean stopping and starting saves distributable product from waste. Variations in the distributable product might include, without limitation, a broad variety of materials including coating materials and combustibles.
Dispenser comprising pressure control device, method of manufacturing dispenser parts and method of assembly
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a pressurizable cylindrical vessel for use in a pressure control system for maintaining a constant predetermined pressure in a fluid container configured to dispense when in use a fluid contained in said fluid container at said constant predetermined pressure, characterized in that the manufacturing is by injection moulding. The invention also relates to a method for assembling a pressurizable fluid container configured to dispense when in use a fluid contained in said container at a constant predetermined pressure. In addition, the invention relates to a pressurizable cylindrical vessel, a pressurizable unit, a pressure control system, a bottom plate and a dispenser; as well as their methods of manufacturing. In a final aspect the invention relates to uses of said parts in a bag-on-valve type packaging or metal can type packaging.
TWO-COMPONENT PRESSURIZED CAN
A two-component pressurized can having a body, a dome, a valve arranged in the dome, an inwardly curved bottom, an upper chamber and a lower chamber for a first and a second component, which chamber are separated from one another by a separating element, and an opening device which is arranged in the bottom, can be activated from outside and, upon actuation, removes the separation between the chambers for the first and second component, wherein the separating element between the chambers is a piston which is mounted so as to be displaceable in the pressurized can and which has at least one opening closed by a closure element, and the opening device has an opening element which extends through a passage in the bottom and is suitable for separating the closure element from the at least one opening of the piston.
DISC-SHAPED PRESSURE CONTROL DEVICE FOR PRESSURE PACKAGING
A pressure control device for pressure packaging based on a disc with fluid connection and a collecting basin, with associated closing means. The closing mechanism in the pressure control device is no longer based on a cylinder with a central opening in the separation wall and closing-off of the opening by means of a piston with stem. The proposal is extremely simple, compact and easy to assemble. The use of O-rings is superfluous. A method for manufacturing a pressure control system and a kit of parts for the assembly thereof.
