FIXING PLATE FOR AEROSOL CONTAINER
To provide a fixing plate for an aerosol container that allows positioning thereof, fittable to a mounting cup, applicable to aerosol containers without changes in shape, and fittable to the mounting cup without displacing out of position relative to the mounting cup. The fixing plate (100) for an aerosol container is mounted to a mounting cup (310) having two stems (320) protruding therefrom and is used for positioning of an exterior component. The fixing plate is formed in a cylindrical shape fittable to the mounting cup (310), includes, on an inner circumferential side thereof, container positioning unit and container lock unit for positioning and retaining and fitting of the fixing plate (100) and the mounting cup (310), and includes, on an outer circumferential side thereof, exterior component positioning unit and exterior component lock unit for positioning and retaining and fitting of the fixing plate (100) and the exterior component (200).
Dispenser and method for dispensing fluids from a fluid container
The invention relates to a dispenser for dispensing fluids from a fluid container, comprising a dispenser head provided with a dispenser nozzle; a dispenser base, holding the dispenser head, provided with a coupling for connection to the fluid container; and a fluid feed leading from the dispenser nozzle into the dispenser base for connection to the fluid container; wherein the fluid feed is provided with at least one valve. The invention also relates to a fluid container provided with a dispenser as well as a method for dispensing fluids from a fluid container.
Foam formulation and aerosol assembly
A foam formulation and an aerosol assembly containing the foam formulation and a propellant where the foam formulation is produced as a shaped foam and/or as a foam that has a density less than that of air.
NOZZLE ARRANGEMENT AND DISPENSING HEAD
A nozzle arrangement for the preferably fan-like atomization of a fluid, particularly oil, a dispensing head with such a nozzle arrangement, and the use of such a nozzle arrangement for the particularly fan-like atomization of a fluid, particularly of an oil, is proposed, wherein a channel of the nozzle arrangement has a first channel portion and a second channel portion that connects to the first channel portion in the direction of flow of the fluid, wherein the first channel portion converges in the direction of flow of the fluid, wherein the second channel portion is elongate and/or slot-like in cross section and bordered by two elongate side surfaces and two short leg surfaces, wherein the leg surfaces are inclined relative to the direction of flow and/or a longitudinal axis of the channel, and/or wherein the second channel portion is embodied as a trapezoidal prism and the side surfaces are arranged so as to be at least substantially parallel to one another.
DUAL COMPONENT INSERT WITH UNIFORM DISCHARGE ORIFICE FOR FINE MIST SPRAY
A dual component insert for use with a spray actuator for dispensing a pressurized product. The dual component insert comprises a support insert and an insert disk. The support insert includes a base wall which has a support discharge orifice formed therein and a cylindrical wall is formed integral with and extends from the base wall so as to define an insert cavity. The insert disk has a disk discharge orifice, a diameter of the disk discharge orifice is smaller than a diameter of the support discharge orifice, and the insert disk is received and captively retained within the insert cavity so that the disk discharge orifice is axially aligned with the support discharge orifice. The insert disk is manufactured from a relatively thin durable material which facilitates fabrication of a consistent, accurate, uniform and well defined small diameter discharge orifice which results in dispensing a fine mist spray.
DEVICE FOR PRODUCING SCLEROSING MICROFOAM
This invention relates to apparatus and devices that generate sclerosing microfoams for the treatment of venous disorders, such as varicose veins. The invention includes adaptors which provide fluid connections to microfoam generating devices, to enable filling with gas and/or dispensing of the microfoam product. The adaptors are generally cylindrical elements with open ends to enable attachment to pressurisable container on one end and are configured to enable rapid and easy attachment of a filling means or a dispensing means through the other end of the adaptor. A particular configuration comprises three or more circumferentially and downward extending cam tracks which cooperate with corresponding cams on the filling means or dispensing means and which connect a pressurisable container to a fluid path of a filling or dispensing means when the pressurisable container and filling or dispensing means are rotated relative to each other.
AEROSOL DISPENSER WITH REPLACEABLE CARTRIDGE
Aerosolizing delivery apparatuses can include cartridges configured to be detachably connected to a delivery device. The cartridges can include: a housing defining a reservoir and a cartridge outlet, the cartridge outlet configured to permit fluid communication between the reservoir and an exterior of the cartridge. A surface of the housing can be configured to define a bypass port between the housing and a surface of the delivery device when the cartridge is assembled with the delivery device.
Dosage aerosols for the application of pharmaceutical formulations
The invention relates to pharmaceutical active substances, active substance mixtures and formulations for use as an aerosol in propellant-containing [1.1.1.2-tetrafluoroethane (HFC-134a) or 1.1.1.2.3.3.3-heptafluoropropane(HFC-227)] metered-dose aerosols and the metered-dose aerosols for administering these active substances, active substance mixtures and formulations.
Foam dispenser
A dispenser for producing a foam without requiring the use of liquefied gas, from an outlet. The dispenser includes a receptacle for holding a surfactant solution, means for supplying a gas, means for conveying the surfactant solution in the receptacle and said gas along a flow path towards the outlet. The conveying means includes a conduit having a foaming section for generating the foam from the surfactant solution and said gas; and wherein the foaming section has internal dimensions adapted to provide a foam having a quality characterized by predefined limits.
REPELLENT SPRAY DISPENSERS AND METHODS OF USE
Repellent spray dispensers and methods of their use. Such a repellent spray dispenser includes a case configured to enclose a canister containing a repellent, an exit orifice configured so that a stream of the repellent propelled from the canister exits the case through the exit orifice, means for generating an audible alarm, a first actuating member operable to cause the audible alarm to be generated simultaneously with the stream of the repellent being propelled through the exit orifice of the case, and a second actuating member operable to cause the audible alarm to be generated without causing the stream of the repellent to be propelled through the exit orifice of the case.
