Storage containers, products, and methods of packing a smokable product
Storage containers, products, and methods of packing a smoking product are described. An example storage container has a main body that has a first end, a second end, a lengthwise axis, a width, and defines a chamber and an indicium. The lengthwise axis has a midpoint. Each of the first end and second end is moveable from a sealed configuration to an unsealed configuration. The width of the main body tapers from the second end toward the first end. The indicium is defined at a location between the midpoint of the lengthwise axis and the first end and extends along a portion of the width of the main body. The main body has a first width at the location between the midpoint of the lengthwise axis and the first end and a second width at the second end. The first width is less than the second width.
WRAPPING MATERIAL FOR COMMERCIAL TOBACCO PRODUCTS AND PACKAGE FOR COMMERCIAL TOBACCO PRODUCTS
Provided are a wrapping material and package that are for commercial tobacco products, that are capable of tightly sealing commercial tobacco products, and that are environmentally friendlier than conventional materials and packages because of using less amount of resin materials. This sheet-shaped wrapping material is for forming a package that is for commercial tobacco products and that wraps the commercial tobacco products in a tightly-sealed internal containing portion. The wrapping material comprises: a paper base layer containing a fibrous cellulose material; an aluminum-containing layer that is layered on top of the paper base layer; and a heat seal layer that is formed as an outer layer on at least one side of the wrapping material, and that is a coating of a heat-sealing agent that heat-seals edges of the wrapping material together. The thickness of the heat seal layer is 0.5-5 μm.

A CONTAINER HAVING A SEALED COMPARTMENT
There is provided a container (4) for consumer goods, the container (4) comprising a first substrate layer (8) and a second substrate layer (10) overlying the first substrate layer (8). A first portion (3) of the first substrate layer (8) and a first portion (5) of the second substrate layer (10) form a compartment region (7), wherein a perimeter (18) of the compartment region (7) is completely sealed to form a sealed compartment (16) for containing one or more consumer goods. A second portion (9) of the first substrate layer (8) and a second portion (11) of the second substrate layer (8) form an access region (13) directly adjacent to the compartment region (7). The access region (13) comprises an unsealed area (22), wherein a perimeter (20) of the access region (13) extends around the unsealed area (22). The first substrate layer (8) is attached to the second substrate layer (10) at the perimeter of the access region. The unsealed area (22) is separated from the sealed compartment (16) by the completely sealed perimeter (18) of the compartment region (7). The container (4) further comprises a first line of weakness (128) extending at least partially within the unsealed area (22) of the access region (13) in the first substrate layer (8) only, the container (4) further comprising a second line of weakness (131) in the second substrate layer (10) only. The second line of weakness (131) has a different shape to the first line of weakness (128), wherein the difference in shape between the first line of weakness (128) and the second line of weakness (131) defines a closure tab (143) in the second substrate layer (10) in the unsealed area (22) of the access region (13).

Container for consumer goods
A container for consumer goods includes an outer housing; and an inner liner for storing consumer goods, wherein the inner liner is arranged within the outer housing; and the outer housing includes a closing flap for opening and closing the container, wherein the closing flap is integral with the outer housing and includes a top panel and a front panel; and the inner liner includes an opening for allowing access to the consumer goods within the inner liner in an open configuration of the container, the opening being closed by a reclosable inner liner flap in a closed configuration of the container, wherein the inner liner flap is attached to the inner liner at least partially by a re-sealable adhesive; and wherein the closing flap is permanently attached to the inner liner flap.
Cigarette butt holding container
A cigarette butt holding tube including a tube assembly, lid assembly, and a cigarette pack assembly is disclosed. These assemblies in conjunction with one another provide an easy-to-use cigarette butt disposal solution to help reduce littering. The cigarette pack assembly includes a spacing within the cigarette pack for a tube of the tube assembly to be received therein. The tube includes a tube opening at a top end that is larger than the width of a cigarette butt. The tube is selectively sealed by a lid of the lid assembly. Once a user is finished smoking a cigarette, the used cigarette butt can be conveniently disposed of and sealed within the tube. The tube being smell proof, fireproof, and fire resistant prevents the smell of smoke within the cigarette pack. The tube also prevents a still lit cigarette butt from setting fire to the remaining cigarettes.
PACKAGE FOR SMOKING ARTICLES
The invention relates to a package of smoking articles comprising: a front wall; a rear wall; a bottom; two side walls; and at least a first support wall, which has a first group of seats for receiving, each one, a smoking article and is arranged in proximity to the front wall so as to be transversal to the front wall and to the rear wall. Each side wall has: a first portion proximal to the front wall; a second portion proximal to the rear wall; and a folding line arranged between the first portion and the second portion so as to allow the folding of the first portion on the second portion, or vice versa, causing the mutual distancing and approach of the front wall and of the rear wall.

A RIGID PACK FOR SMOKING ARTICLES PROVIDED WITH A HINGED LID
A pack for smoking articles comprising: a group of smoking articles wrapped by an inner wrap and housed in a rigid outer container provided with a lid hinged to the outer container; a collar partially projecting from an open upper end; and a locking system comprising: a support element arranged in the outer container in contact with the collar and provided with two coupling wings, which project movably outwards to move closer or away from each other; and two first through openings, each obtained through a wall of the lid, houses at least a portion of a corresponding coupling wing, to activate the locking system, preventing the lid from rotating from the closed to the open position. An external action of the user releases the coupling wing to deactivate the locking system. The locking system can be reactivated by rotating the lid from the open position to the closed position.
