A lighter holder for a cigarette or cigar package, comprising a substantially rectangular member foldable into the lighter holder, the rectangular member having a length and a width and five discrete panels defined in the length direction by foldable score lines in the width direction, the second and fourth panels being internally foldable and having apertures at corresponding locations in the width directions thereof.

A cigar tube is provided having an ash catcher and an ash collection cap, for receiving and containing lit or extinguished cigars for later consumption an elongated tubular member having opposite first and second ends and defining a hollow inner cavity disposed between the first and second ends adapted to receive and contain a cigar. The ash catcher is disposed within the inner cavity and has a generally planar body positioned transverse to the tubular member and has a plurality of apertures. A plurality of truncated cones project from the planar body such that each truncated cone preferably aligns with each respective aperture to provide substantially unidirectional ash passageways from the inner cavity to the ash collection cap. In a preferred embodiment, the truncated cones are characterized as having a length sufficient to provide air space between the cones and the ash collection cap for the collection of ashes and dissipation of heat. In one embodiment, a blade is attached to an interior surface of the tubular member and configured to slice longitudinally through an outer sheath of the cigar when inserted through said opening into the inner cavity.

A thin-walled polypropylene product display tube. The thin-walled polypropylene product display tube includes a tubular member having a closed end, an open end, an inner diameter and, between the closed end and the open end, a first outer diameter, the open end terminating in a flared portion having a second outer diameter, the tubular member having a wall thickness sufficient to yield a level of haze equal to or less than 8%. A process for forming a thin-walled polypropylene product display tube is also provided.

A product and method of making thereof for the consumption of smokable substances such as tobacco or herbs. The product is comprised of smokable materials such as tobacco, homogenized tobacco, natural leaf materials, vegetable materials, herbal materials, paper, cellulose, and other smokable materials and has a connected form mandrel which is used during the rolling process and disconnected after substantial completion of the rolling process.

The invention produces a packaging assembly and system therefor in which a naturally occurring organic tube (such as bamboo or a stem of Johnson grass) is used. The naturally occurring hollow organic tube is cut into a chosen length, and, after the product (such as cigars, marijuana, homeopathic medicine and spices) is put into the hollow tube, the ends are sealed using stoppers such as wax, rubber, glass, cork or plastic.

A trailer for transporting a liquid mixture having at least about 5% peracetic acid by weight includes a stainless steel tank having an external spill containment enclosure and a predetermined maximum allowable working pressure. One or more pressure relief valves are included in a wall of the tank within the external spill containment enclosure and configured to provide pressure relief to the tank at a pressure of between about 20%-50% of the maximum working pressure of the tank, thereby preventing over-pressurization of a reactive and decomposing fluid during a fire event. An apparatus is described herein related to remote monitoring of perishable trade items in environmentally-controlled storage containers. Relevant changes in the container environment are detected through various sensors-based event detectors. A timer serves to trigger a plurality of distinct alert states, comprising pre-alerts and full alerts, following an event-initiated time threshold expiry. A data repository of generic merchandise data is accessed in order to derive suitable timer pre-sets in relation to time thresholds for alert states. An account configuration engine serves to customize the threshold presets to the specific items stored inside the container.
