Packaging sheet, packaging and use of such a packaging sheet
A packaging sheet (1) which is intended for packaging a cheese product. The packaging sheet (1) comprises an internal membrane (5) and a printable external surface (10). The internal membrane comprises at least one internal plastic layer (7) intended to be oriented towards the cheese product and at least a first water-absorbing layer (12) made of a first water-absorbing material. The external surface (10) is intended to be oriented away from the cheese product. The or each internal plastic layer (7) has a plurality of microperforations (8, 9) arranged in a random fashion on the or each internal plastic layer (7) in such a manner that the aft permeability of the internal membrane (5) is comprised between 5 mL/min Bendtsen and 500 ml/min Bendtsen, the first water-absorbing material having a water absorption rate comprised between 1 and 30 g/m.sup.2 as measured using the COBB test C.sub.3600.

Method for structuring food for microwave
Methods are generally described herein for structuring food for microwave heating. In some examples, food with high dielectric loss factor is dispersed in a matrix of foods with low dielectric loss factors to promote uniform heating and efficient heating. In other examples, microwave susceptors are sandwiched between layers of food and attached to a handle whereby said microwave susceptors can be removed by pulling on the handle after microwave heating.

Embossed sheet and method of making and using same
A embossed sheet embossed with projections creating an intermittent support surface for food. The embossed sheet may be inserted into a food package after cooking the food on which the cooked food is to be supported. Alternatively, the embossed sheet may be placed onto or into a pan or directly onto an oven rack to support the food while cooking and/or after cooking. Alternatively, the embossed sheet may be formed into a food package. The embossed sheet may be prepared using a one-pass or two pass process using a platen press or a roll-to-roll press or a multi-stage one pass machine.
CHEESE VAULT
A food storage container including a bottom side having bottom surface features with differential heights, sides with at least one pair of opposing vertical channels; at least one divider panel sized for selective placement in the opposing vertical channels, and a lid. The divider panel has an upper edge that sealingly engages the lid and a lower edge that sealingly engages the bottom surface of the bottom side. Food placed on the bottom surface can breathe without passing odors to food in a neighboring compartment.

PACKAGING SHEET FOR PACKAGING OF CHEESE, AND ASSOCIATED PACKAGING AND MANUFACTURING METHODS
Disclosed is a packaging sheet for packaging of cheese, in particular white moulded soft cheese. The packaging sheet comprises: an inner surface and an outer surface of the packaging sheet, said inner surface being configured for facing the cheese in a packaged use position of the packaging sheet; a paper layer with a first surface and a second surface; a coloured layer provided on a first surface of the paper layer, an outer surface of the coloured layer establishing said outer surface of the packaging sheet; and a polymer layer with a water vapour transmission rate of at least 300 g/m.sup.2/24 hours at 38° C. and 90% atmospheric humidity. The polymer layer being coated on the second surface of the paper layer with a first surface of the polymer layer facing the paper layer and a second surface of the polymer layer establishing said inner surface of the packaging sheet.
