Disassembleable cheese container with wrap-around interlock and increased fill volume
A disassembleable, reusable plastic container that can be used for the manufacture, storage and transportation of cheese products. The container may utilize wrap-around interlocks. The endwalls of the container may be flexible to allow the container to undergo minimal deformation when filled with cheese products. The container may also have a recessed pressboard that allows for increased capacity in the container. The container may also utilize positive corner interlocks that minimize unintentional disengagement.

Tray with re-closeable lid
A tray for displaying a product for sale, where the tray includes a re-closeable lid. The tray includes a base having a peripheral side wall with a rim bounding an opening to a cavity which retains the product. A portion of the lid is permanently engaged with a section of the base. The rest of the lid is selectively engageable with the rest of the base and is movable between open and closed positions. When closed, a part of the lid is positioned laterally adjacent the rim and is located in a common plane therewith. The edges of the rim and lid frictionally engage each other to secure the base and lid together. The movable part of the lid, which includes a frame member and flexible film, rotate about a living hinge in the frame member. A latching mechanism is engaged to keep the lid and base engaged.
Method for Applying a Coating Layer to a Packaging Material, and Coating Layer Application Device
Method for applying a coating layer to a cellulose packaging material, comprising: providing a cellulose layer with a first side and a second side: providing a moving endless surface comprising a grid zone with a plurality of recesses: taking up a predetermined quantity of coating layer material in the plurality of recesses of the grid zone: retaining the predetermined quantity of coating layer material in the plurality of recesses: bringing the grid zone into contact with the first side of the cellulose layer: applying the predetermined quantity of coating layer material to the first side of the cellulose layer from the plurality of recesses: and forming a coating layer on the first side of the cellulose layer with the predetermined quantity of coating layer material.

METHOD FOR PRODUCING A DAIRY PRODUCT AND SYSTEM FOR PACKAGING THE SAME
A method for producing and packaging a dairy product, particularly mozzarella cheese, and a packaging method for facilitating the handling and improve preservability of the latter. Particularly, the present invention relates to a method for preparing and packaging a pasta filata cheese, comprising a step of substantially dry packaging, i.e. without preserving liquid, and heat packaging of the pasta filata cheese.
Stackable and Pallet-Transportable Cheese Log Forming and Holding Tray
A tray that eliminates the need for wrapping or packaging edible food articles that are in a malleable form, such as when made or otherwise produced, with the tray formed with at least a plurality of pairs of article holding compartments each three dimensionally contoured so as to define an edible food article mold that shapes or forms an edible food article received therein that is in a formable or moldable state so as to substantially conform at least a portion of the edible food article to the shape of the three-dimensional contour of the mold of the compartment in which the article is received. A preferred embodiment of the tray has at least a plurality of pairs of elongate article holding compartments that are generally parallel with one another with the article shaping or forming mold defined by each compartment formed of a compartment sidewall that has a concavely curved cross-section that preferably is generally semicircular in a transverse cross-section. In a preferred embodiment, each compartment has a mouth through which an edible food article enters during the filling of the tray with the mouth preferably defined by opposed portions of the generally semicircular compartment sidewall that are generally parallel to one another and which preferably can be obtuse the angled relative to one another to define a guide chute that guides the article into a desired position and/or orientation in the mold of the compartment that optimizes forming or shaping of the article before it cools, dries, cures or otherwise hardens thereby setting or fixing its shape memory so as to substantially conform at least a part of the shape of the article disposed in contact with the sidewall with the mold of the compartment in which the article is received.
CONTAINER FOR STORING MOISTURE LEVEL-SENSITIVE PRODUCTS
The invention relates to a container (100) for the storage of products sensitive to the degree of humidity (5), in which are arranged at least two adjacent inner spaces (2, 3) having atmospheres (20, 30) in them that are connected via a plurality of atmosphere connection and exchange elements, particularly bridges, in order to have a unified overall atmosphere (230), having only a defined degree of humidity without local humidity gradients, and that cannot be influenced by the outside atmosphere (Aa), whereby one (2) of the two inner spaces (2, 3), namely that provided for the long term reception and storage of the products sensitive to the degree of humidity (5) whose quality is to be preserved in full, preferably has a substantially cubic shape with flat inner walls (201 to 204) or with a substantially cylindrical concave shape in order to form a substantially self-contained complete wall (200), against the outside atmosphere and having a substantially higher volume, than the at least one other flat inner space (3) with a relatively smaller volume, which can also be sealed tight against the outside atmosphere (Aa), and which is intended to receive and store a humidity regulation means (4).
